干豆皮机生产线说明书修订版I干豆皮自动生产线——蹲脑破脑系统设计DryYubaAutomaticProductionLine-SquattingBrainBreakCerebralSystemDesign专业:机械设计制造及其自动化姓名:丁强指导教师签名:申请学位级别:学士论文提交日期:2016年6月日学位授予单位:天津科技大学II摘要自古以来,中国就是大豆的盛产地,我国大豆制品的历史非常悠久。随着现代科学技术的发展,各种豆制品生产设备应用而生。相对于传统的豆腐皮生产,豆腐皮机机械减少了工人的劳动量,提高了豆腐皮生产产量,但是在这个过程中,这些机械在给人们带来方便的同时,也出现了一些问题,例如在豆腐皮生产过程中,豆皮机的自动化程度不高,人为干涉较多,生产效率高不成,低不就,生产出来的豆腐皮质量也参差不齐,口感差,劲道不足。针对目前豆腐皮机生产出现的问题,研制了一种自动化程度高、方便的豆腐皮生产线,其结构主要包括蹲脑、破脑两部分,在蹲脑部分,包括间歇式拨叉机构、点脑机构及电动机的传动。电动机通过减速器将动力传给曲柄,曲柄带动拨叉做往复运动,拨叉继而带动拨盘做间歇式运动,在这个过程中,实现豆浆的注入、点脑、倾倒及简单破脑,在点脑时,首先是凝固剂的自动调配及注入,然后凝固剂通过导管注入豆浆桶的同时时,搅拌杆搅拌豆浆,实现豆浆的点脑。破脑部分,包括破脑杆、倾倒机构及均质机的均质,当蹲脑完成后,首先破脑杆将其进行破脑,使豆腐脑成为块状,然后通过倾倒机构倒入破脑池,先利用泵将豆腐脑吸入破脑桶,继而用均质机对豆腐均质,使得其中的蛋白质被均匀的破坏,接下来就是沥水环节,整个装置自动化程度高,维护方便。运用SolidWorks对豆皮机进行实体绘制和建模,检验蹲脑破脑系统设计中可能存在的干涉,对设计中标准件等零件进行校核,并对其中的重要零件通过施加载荷及约束进行有限元分析,对其所受应力和安全性进行分析,确保设计的零件能满足要求,验证方案的合理性和可行性。关键字:豆腐皮;蹲脑;破脑;三维建模;有限元分析;IIIABSTRACTSinceancienttimes,Chinaisrichinsoy,thecountry'ssoyaverylonghistory.Withthedevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnology,allkindsofrawsoybeanproductionequipmentapplications.Comparedwiththetraditionalproductionoftofuskin,tofuskinmachinemechanicallyreducingtheamountoflaborofworkersandimproveproductionyieldstofuskin,Withthedevelopmentofmodernscienceandtechnology,avarietyofmechanicalequipmentandrawsoyproducts,suchasmechanizedproductionofbeancurdskin.Comparedwiththetraditionalproductionoftofuskin,tofuskinmachinemechanicallyreducingtheamountoflaborofworkersandimproveproductionyieldstofuskin,butintheprocess,thesemachinesbringconveniencetopeopleatthesametime,therehavebeensomeproblems,suchastofuskinintheproductionprocess,thedegreeofautomationYubamachineisnothigh,morehumanintervention,productivityhighfragmentation,lownotto,beancurdskinproducedunevenquality,poortaste,lesschewy.Tofuskinmachineproductionforthecurrentproblems,developedahighdegreeofautomation,easytofuskinproductionline,thestructureconsistsoftwopartssquattingbrain,brokenbrain,squattinginbrainparts,includingintermittentforkmechanism,somebraintransmissionmechanismandmotor.Thepowertothemotorthroughreducercrank,crankdrivenreciprocatingfork,forkandthendointermittentmotiondrivewheel,intheprocess,achievemilkinjectionpointbrain,braindumpandsimplebreak,atthepointwhenthebrainisthefirstcoagulantinjectionandautomaticdeployment,andtheninjectedthroughthecathetermilkcoagulantbarrelssimultaneously,stirringrodstirringmilk,soymilkpointtoachievethebrain.Brokenpartofthebrain,includingthebrainstemhomogeneousbroke,dumpingbodiesandhomogenizer,aftersquattingbrainiscompleted,thefirstbreakofthebrainstemtobebrokenbrain,makingbeancurdbecomemassive,thenpouredthroughthebrokenbraindumpbodiespool,thefirstuseofasuctionpumpcurdbrokenbrainbucket,andthenonthroughthehomogenizerarehomogenizedcurd,whichmakestheproteinisevenlydestroyed,thenextstepisdrainingIVaspectoftheentireapparatussimpleoperation,highdegreeofautomation,maintenanceConvenience.ApplicationofSolidWorksYubamachineforthree-dimensionalmodeling,testingmaybreaksquattingbrainbraindesignsysteminterference,thedesignofstandardpartsandotherpartstobechecked,andoneoftheimportantpartsbyapplyingloadsandconstraintsforfiniteelementanalysisitssafetyandthestressanalyzedtoensurethatthepartscanbedesignedtomeettherequirements,reasonableandfeasibleverificationscheme.Keywords:beancurdskin;uattingbrain;brokenbrain;three-dimensionalmodeling;finiteelementanalysis;V目录摘要................................................................................................................II第一章绪论.....................................................................................................1第一节引言.......................................................................................................1第二节研究背景...............................................................................................1第三节研究内容...............................................................................................5第四节小结.......................................................................................................7第二章蹲脑破脑设计方案...............................................................................8第一节点脑设计方案.......................................................................................8第二节蹲脑设计方案.......................................................................................9第三节破脑设计方案.....................................................................................10第四节小结.....................................................................................................13第三章关键机械装备设计.............................................................................14第一节蹲脑系统设计.....................................................................................14第二节破脑机构设计.......................................................................................17第四章整机三维建模与关键零件的有限元分析...........................................24第一节整机三维建模.....................................................................................24第二节有限元分析.........................................................................................
