本科毕业设计说明书(论文)I摘要随着电子元件的科研生产逐步走向成熟,产业整体呈现出向小型化发展的趋势,而且,随着电子信息产业整体发展,对于电子行业的发展也提出了新要求。目前,电子元件正进入以新型电子元件为主体的时代,它将基本上取代传统元件,由原来只为适应整机的小型化及其装配新工艺的要求,变为满足数字技术、微电子技术发展所提出的特性要求。同时,电子元件是信息技术的重要支撑,是电子装备、电子信息系统以及武器装备控制系统的重要基础。跟踪世界电子元件科技发展新动向,总结各国发展电子元件科技发展新举措,找出电子元件科技发展新特点,密切关注电子元件领域的新材料等,对促进我国电子元件科技的发展、提高电子元器件整体水平、推动电子信息产业发展,都具有重要的理论和现实意义。本次设计的是一套电子元件目检设备,其工作原理是将电子元件放在料带中,通过传动机构输送到摄像头下,并通过显示屏放大,使工作人员能清楚的看到该元件的结构,便于人工识别,然后将不同型号的电子元件经控制系统自动分拣开。为了减轻以往作业上所需耗费的时间与劳力,且让出货作业更准确,并降低检测成本,所以设计这套方案其目的就是想改进这些不足。该设备可大大提高工人工作效率,减轻劳动强度并提高工作的准确度,降低劳动成本。课题基于机械设计基础理论知识,确定了电子元件目检设备的设计方案,根据设备运动形式和运动参数的要求确定原动机的类型和参数,设计出各组成机构的零、部件外形和基本尺寸,绘制相应的装配图以及主要零部件图。关键词:电子元件,目检设备,料带,传动机构本科毕业设计说明书(论文)IIAbstractWithresearchandproductionofelectroniccomponents,graduallymaturedindustryasawholeshowedthetrendtosmaller,and,withtheoveralldevelopmentofelectronicinformationindustry,electronicindustryforthedevelopmentofnewdemands.Atpresent,theelectroniccomponentsareenteringaneweraofelectroniccomponentsasthemainbody,itwouldessentiallyreplacethetraditionalelementsfromtheoriginalmachineonlytomeettheminiaturizationandassemblyofnewprocessrequirements,intoameetdigitaltechnology,microelectronicscharacteristicsoftheproposeddevelopmentrequirements.Meanwhile,theelectroniccomponentsisanimportantsupportofinformationtechnology,electronicequipment,electronicinformationsystems,andweaponscontrolsystem,animportantfoundation.Trackingtheworld'stechnologicaldevelopmentofelectroniccomponents,electroniccomponentssummingupthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologycountriesinthedevelopmentofnewinitiatives,identifynewfeaturesofscientificandtechnologicaldevelopmentofelectroniccomponents,closeattentiontothefieldofelectroniccomponents,newmaterials,topromotethedevelopmentofChina'selectroniccomponentsandtechnologytoenhancee-yuantheoveralllevelofthedevicetopromotethedevelopmentofelectronicinformationindustry,hasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Thisissueisasetofelectroniccomponentsdesignedbyvisualinspectionequipmentthatworksonelectroniccomponentsisexpectedtobringin,transportthroughthetransmissionmechanismunderthecameraandzoomthroughthescreensothatstaffcanclearlyseethedevicestructure,easytomanualidentification,andthendifferenttypesofelectroniccomponentsbythecontrolsystemofautomaticsortingopen,whilecontrollingdischargeofelectroniccomponentsandspeedofcollectionmaterials.Previousworkoninordertoreducetherequiredtime-consumingandlabor,andshippingoperationstomoreaccuratelyandreducetestingcosts,sothedesignpurposeofthisprogramistoimprovethesedeficiencies.Thedevicecangreatlyimprovetheefficiencyofworkersandreducelaborintensityandimproveaccuracy,reducelaborcosts.TopicsbasedontheoreticalknowledgeofMechanicalDesign,Visualinspectionofelectroniccomponentstodeterminethedesignofequipment,accordingtotheformofequipment,movementandmotionparametersoftheoriginalmotivationoftherequesttodeterminethetypeandparametersoftheconstituentinstitutionstodesignpartsandcomponentsofthebasicshapeandsize,drawthecorrespondingdiagramassemblydiagramandmajorcomponents.Keywords:Electroniccomponent,Visualinspectionequipment,Tape,Transmission本科毕业设计说明书(论文)III目录摘要....................................................................................................................I1绪论...................................................................................................................11.1研究背景.....................................................................................................................11.2研究意义.....................................................................................................................21.3国内外发展现状.........................................................................................................22总体方案的确定...............................................................................................42.1电子元件目检设备的工作原理..................................................................................42.2方案设计与评价.........................................................................................................43原动机和减速器的选定...................................................................................63.1电动机的分类和选择.................................................................................................63.2减速器的分类和选择.................................................................................................73.3减速器的计算..............................................................................................................84传动机构的设计..............................................................................................174.1同步带传动...............................................................................................................174.2同步带轮的计算.......................................................................................................174.3放料机构的设计.......................................................................................................204.4导料带轮的设计.......................................................................................
