FoodLabellingRequirementsofVietnamJointcircularno.34/2014/TTLT-BYT-BNNPTNT-BCTissuedjointlybyMinistryofHealth,MinistryofAgricultureandRuralDevelopmentandMinistryofIndustryandTradeoutlinesthelabelingrequirementsforFoods,FoodAdditivesandPackagedProcessingFoodaids.ThisJointcircularstipulatesthelabelingofgoodsforprocessedfoods,foodadditivesandpackagedfoodprocessingaidscirculatinginVietnam.Itisnotappliedtogeneticallymodifiedfoods,preliminarilyprocessedfoods,freshfoodswhicharenotsolddirectlytoconsumersandplainlypackagedfoods(unclosedpackaging).Labelsoftheproductsproducedforexportmustensurenodeviationfromtruenatureoftheproduct,noviolationofVietnamlawandtheimporters’law.ThisJointcircularisappliedtoorganizations,individualsasproducers,tradersandimportersofprocessedfoods,foodadditivesandpackagedfoodprocessingaidsinVietnamThemandatorylabelrequirementsaspertheabovecircularare:ProductnameCompositionProductquantityDateofManufactureShelflifeandpreservationinstructionsUsageinstructionNameandaddressoforganizations,individualstakingresponsibilityfortheproductNumberofcertificateofdeclarationofconformityorCertificateofdeclarationofconformitywithfoodsafetyregulationsRecommendationsandwarningsonfoodsafetyWords,images,symbols,marksconveyingdifferentinformation.Nutritionlabelingrequirements:EnergyFatSaturatedfatCholesterolSugarSodiumProteinVitaminsandMineralsFiber越南食品标签要求由卫生部、农业和农村发展部、工业和贸易部联合发布的通告Circularno.34/2014/TTLT-BYT-BNNPTNT-BCT规定了食品、食品添加剂、包装加工食品助剂的标签要求。本通告适用范围为越南流通的加工食品、食品添加剂和包装食品加工助剂的标签。不适用于转基因食品、预加工食品、不直接出售给消费者的新鲜食品、简单包装食品（未闭合包装）。出口食品标签必须符合产品属性，不违反越南法律和进口法规。在越南生产、销售、进口加工食品、食品添加剂和包装食品加工助剂的组织和个人都应遵守。其中，标签的强制要求包括：产品名称组成产品数量生产日期保质期和储存方法使用说明对产品负责的组织、个人的名称和地址符合性证书的证书编号或符合食品安全法规的声明关于食品安全的建议和警告传达不同信息的文字、图像、符号、标志另外，通告规定的营养标签的要求如下：能量脂肪饱和脂肪胆固醇糖钠蛋白质维生素和矿物质纤维
