目录1、编制依据··················································································-1-2、工程概况··················································································-1-2.1、工程概况············································································-1-2.2、技术参数············································································-1-2.3、主要工程数量······································································-1-3、施工顺序··················································································-2-4、施工方法及施工工艺···································································-2-4.1、边坡开挖及防护···································································-2-4.2、地基处理及回填···································································-3-4.3、主楼和灰罐基础施工·····························································-3-4.4、主楼和灰罐基础施工·····························································-3-4.5、拌和站其他设施基础施工·······················································-4-4.6、储料仓施工·········································································-5-4.7、其他设施施工······································································-5-4.8、调试及试生产······································································-6-5、拌和站设置标准及标识································································-6-5.1、拌和站设置标准···································································-6-5.2、标识···················································································-7-6、施工进度··················································································-7-7、质量保证措施············································································-7-7.1、地基基础质量保证措施··························································-7-7.2、混凝土浇筑质量保证措施·······················································-8-7.3、混凝土浇筑质量措施·····························································-8-7.4、喷锚网质量措施···································································-9-8、拌和站防雷接地·········································································-9-9、安全技术措施············································································-9-10、文明施工及环保措施·······························································-10-10.1、文明施工措施····································································-10-10.2、文明施工措施····································································-11-11、资源配置················································································-11-11.1、主要施工人员····································································-11-11.2、主要施工机械设备······························································-12-4#混凝土拌和站施工组织设计-1-1、编制依据1)、×××××合同文件及投标文件;2)、现场踏勘调查所获得的工程地质、水文地质、当地资源、交通状况及施工环境等调查资料;3)、混凝土搅拌站平面布置图、基础布置图及基础结构图等相关施工图纸;4)、相关的施工技术规范;5)、国家及地方关于安全生产及环境保护等方面的法律法规。2、工程概况2.1、工程概况4#混凝土拌和站场地布设在线路××××××右侧200m左右,占地面积约10亩,布设混凝土搅拌站1座(90m3/h),料仓布设已检区和待检区两处,其中碎石分中石和小石两级储存,储料总量达3200m3,布设清水池1个,污水沉淀池1个,值班室8间,实验室1间,外加剂房1间,小型机料库1间,厕所1处。2.2、技术参数密实混凝土产量:90m3/h。总装机功率:220kw。配料仓容积:20m3×4。水泥仓容积:150t×3。添加剂箱容积:50㎏(选配)。称量精度:骨料±2%,水泥±1%,水±1%,添加剂±1%。储料仓:400m3×8(合格区及待检区)。2.3、主要工程数量主要工程数量表4#混凝土拌和站施工组织设计-2-序号项目部名称单位数量备注1挖方m314030.52填方m37631.33HZS90拌和站套14C25混凝土基础m3199.845C20混凝土基础m3192.456C15混凝土基础m3921.7场地硬化C15砼、厚10~30cm7钢筋㎏30405.118砖砌护壁m384.289场地围墙m30310房屋m221811储料仓m21252合格区和待检区12清水池个113污水沉淀池个1三级沉淀14彩钢敞棚房m2125215厕所m22016喷C20混凝土m222063、施工顺序场地平整主楼及灰罐基础施工(其他设施的施工)拌和站相关设施的安装生产调试4、施工方法及施工工艺4.1、边坡开挖及防护1、边坡开挖前先将地表植被进行清除,采用挖掘机清理人工配合整理。2、边坡开挖前应先做好截水沟,截水沟采用红砖砌筑,厚13cm,M10沙浆抹面1cm,沟宽0.5m,深0.5m。3、边坡开挖由上至下按照设计边坡依次进行开挖,开挖采用2台挖掘机进行开挖装车,4~5辆自卸汽车(15t)配合出渣,将渣料运输到回填处或指定的渣场。4、边坡防护(详见图BHZ/BPFH/01)1)、边坡上方开口线3m外,布设截水沟,截水沟采用梯形状,上口宽0.5m,下口宽0.3m,深0.5m,沟底及侧壁采用M7.5浆红砖砌4#混凝土拌和站施工组织设计-3-筑,厚12cm。2)、边坡坡面采用喷锚防护,喷射混凝土厚度采用8cm,喷射混凝土标号为C20混凝土,锚杆采用Ф20钢筋;锚固深度为2.42m,锚杆垂直于坡面直接打入土体中,间排距采用2.0m×2.0m,梅花型布置,钢筋网的孔眼尺寸采用25cm×25cm的方孔,钢筋采用φ6.5。3)、边坡坡面应布设急流槽,间距10m,槽深0.2m,宽0.3cm,槽内喷C20混凝土护壁,厚5cm,可根据现场实际施工情况进行适当调整。4)、边坡坡脚采用护脚挡墙进行防护,墙高1.5m,厚0.8m,顺现有边坡的坡脚进行砌筑,墙身采用M7.5浆砌片石。5)、渗水量大或集中处设排水管,采用PVC管,深1.0m,外露5cm。6)、碎落平台采用喷C20混凝土进行封闭,厚5cm,设2%排水横坡。4.2、地基处理及回填1、鱼塘、水沟及软土处采用换填法进行处理,采用开挖密实性较好的土质进行回填,应达到重型机械运输正常行走的要求。2、场地回填部分应分层碾压回填,分层厚30cm,压实度应达到90%以上,回填土全部采用表层以下较好的土质回填。4.3、主楼和灰罐基础施工施工用水采用自来水,施工用电采用自发电源、50kw发电机两台。4.4、主楼和灰罐基础施工1、本拌和站主楼基础采用整体式方形基础,C25钢筋混凝土,基础厚80cm;灰罐基础采用整体式扇形基础,C25钢筋混凝土基础,拌和站厚80cm(详见图BHZ/90/J/03、04、07和厂家提供的基础图)。2、主楼和灰罐基础布设在开挖密实的基础上,待开挖高程到位后,由测量放出主楼及灰罐基础的开挖边线,考虑施工作业的空间,将主楼及灰罐基础开挖边线在原开挖线上放大50cm左右,基础开挖深度为55cm,基础开挖应考虑场地硬化厚度20cm及碾压的沉降量5cm。基础开挖采用挖掘机进行开挖,人工配合找平,后采用12T压4#混凝土拌和站施工组织设计-4-路机进行碾压密实,碾压8~10遍。碾压完成后检验地基承载力是否满足主楼及灰罐的垂直荷载的要求。3、钢筋安装:主楼及灰罐基础钢筋加工完后,先放出混凝土基础的边线,留出下层钢筋的保护层,安装好架力钢筋、间排距2m,开始布置下层钢筋,待下层钢筋安装完成后,铺设上层架力钢筋,后开始铺设上层钢筋。钢筋接头采用双面焊接,焊接长度为5d,钢筋接头交错布置,主筋与分布筋应采用绑扎连接。4、基础钢筋安装完成后,进行模板安装,模板应采用钢模,在安装模板的同时,测量应放出主楼及灰罐支柱的位置,及时安装支柱的钢筋,模板安装时应注意钢筋保护,不小于5cm。5、钢筋安装就绪后,应快速组织人员进行混凝土浇筑,按C25混凝土施工配合比进行拌料,采用JZC350搅拌机,拌和时间应在90秒以上,保证混凝土和易性。基础混凝土应一次浇筑完成,浇筑中要求振捣密实,混凝土表面应抹平。6、基础混凝土浇筑完成48小时后,方可浇筑支柱混凝土,测量应校核支柱的位置及高程,并定出预埋件的准确位置,安装支柱模板,模板安装要求垂直不漏浆。再按要求的混凝土配合比进行浇筑支柱的混凝土,要求振捣密实到位。表面应抹平,与预埋钢板顶面水平。7、基础混凝土及支柱混凝土强度达到100%后,应
