License许可证简介：FREEWARELICENSEAGREEMENTFOR:?S3D-Silent3ditor24-01-2009??IMPORTANT-READCAREFULLY:ThisFreewareLicenseAgreement(AGREEMENT)isalegalagreementbetweenyoLicense本文内容：FREEWARELICENSEAGREEMENTFOR:?S3D-Silent3ditor24-01-2009??IMPORTANT-READCAREFULLY:ThisFreewareLicenseAgreement(AGREEMENT)isalegalagreementbetweenyou(eachlicenseeisaddressedasyou)andskwas(skwas)forthesoftwareproductidentifiedabove,whichincludescomputersoftwareandmayincludeassociatedmedia,printedmaterials,andonlineorelectronicdocumentation(SOFTWAREPRODUCT).TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTalsoincludesanyupdatesandsupplementstotheoriginalSOFTWAREPRODUCTprovidedtoyoubyskwas.?AnysoftwareprovidedalongwiththeSOFTWAREPRODUCTthatisassociatedwithaseparatelicenseagreementislicensedtoyouunderthetermsofthatlicenseagreement.Byinstalling,copying,downloading,accessing,orotherwiseusingtheSOFTWAREPRODUCT,youagreetobeboundbythetermsofthisAGREEMENT.IfyoudonotagreetothetermsofthisAGREEMENT,donotinstallorusetheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.?SOFTWAREPRODUCTLICENSEskwasherebygrantsyouanon-exclusive,transferablelicensetouseitsSOFTWAREPRODUCTonthefollowingtermsandonlyfornon-commercialpurposes.?GRANTOFLICENSEThisAGREEMENTgrantsyouthefollowingrights:?*Youmayinstall,use,access,display,run,orotherwiseinteractwith(RUN)anunlimitednumberofcopiesoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTonanycomputerinyourpossession.?*Youmaycopythesoftware.?*YoumaydistributeanunlimitednumberofcopiesoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTonlyintheformoriginallyproducedbyskwas(thearchivecontaininginstaller,thislicenseandotherfiles),withnomodificationswhatsoever.IfyouhaveanydoubtthatyourcopyoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTisnotoriginal,youmustcontactskwasforanoriginalcopy.?LIMITATIONSOFLICENSEThelicensegrantedinGRANTOFLICENSEissubjecttothefollowingrestrictions:?a)TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTistobeusedonlyfornon-commercialpurposesunlessyouobtainskwas?priorwrittenconsent.Prohibitedcommercialpurposesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:?????(i)Selling,licensingorrentingtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTtothird????partiesforafee(bypaymentofmoneyorotherwise,whetherdirector????indirect);?????(ii)UsingtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTtoprovideservicesorproducts????toothersforwhichyouarecompensatedinanymanner(bypayment????ofmoneyorotherwise,whetherdirectorindirect),including,without????limitation,providingsupportormaintenancefortheSOFTWAREPRODUCT;?????(iii)UsingtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTtodevelopasimilarapplication????onanyplatformforcommercialdistribution;?????(iv)UsingtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTinanymannerthatisgenerally????competitivewithaskwasproductasdefinedbyskwas.?????(vi)Allrightsnotexpresslygrantedarereservedbyskwas.?b)However,mediacostsassociatedwiththedistributionoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTmayberecovered.Youshalluseyourbesteffortstopromptlynotifyskwasuponlearningofanyviolationoftheabovecommercialrestrictions.?c)OneachcopyoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTyoumustconspicuouslyandappropriatelyreproduceskwascopyrightnotices(seeSOFTWAREPRODUCTforexamplesofsuchnotices)anddisclaimerofwarranty;keepintactthisAGREEMENTandallnoticesthatrefertothisAGREEMENToranyabsenceofwarranty(whetherwrittenorinteractivelydisplayed);andgiveanyotherrecipientsoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCTacopyofthisAGREEMENT.?d)Youmaynotmodify,combineothercommercialapplicationswith,orotherwisepreparederivativeworksoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.?e)Inordertopreservethevalueoftheskwasnameand/oranytrademarks,servicemarks,tradedressadoptedand/orusedbyskwasfromtimetotime,youshallnotmakeuseofanyofthemforanyreason(e.g.,withrespecttoanAdditionalFile,inadvertising,marketingyourownproducts,pressreleases,orotherpublicity)exceptsolelyasmaybeexpresslyauthorizedbythisAGREEMENTorbythepriorwrittenconsentofskwas.?f)skwas,initssoleandabsolutediscretion,?mayhaveincludedaportionofthesourcecodeoronlinedocumentationoftheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.Exceptforanysuchportions,youshallnotREVERSEENGINEER,DECOMPILE,DISASSEMBLE,OROTHERWISEREDUCEANYPORTIONOFTHESOFTWARETOANYHUMANPERCEIVABLEFORM,excepttotheextentthisrestrictionisprohibitedbyapplicablelaw.?USAGEByusingSOFTWAREPRODUCTyouacceptthat:?*TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTsignsallfileswithasignature.Thissignatureistobeleftinplaceinallpublishedwork(MOD)toidentifywhichapplication(andversion)wasusedtomakethechanges.?*AnyMODpublishedandproducedwithSOFTWAREPRODUCTmustincludeacreditnoticetoskwasandtheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.?*?TheSOFTWAREPRODUCTisprovidedtoyoufreeofchargetostimulateopensourcepractice.Youagreetocontribute,share,discussandcollaborateinthatsamespirit,tothefurtherdevelopmentofthegame,themodcommunityandtheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.Ifyouhavenosuchintentions,donotinstallorusetheSOFTWAREPRODUCT.?DISTRIBUTIONAsusedinthisAGREEMENT,thetermdistribute(anditsvariants)includesmakingtheSOFTWAREPRODUCTavailable(eitherintentionallyorunintentionally)tothirdpartiesforcopyingoruse,includingprovidingtimeshareaccess.EachtimeyoudistributetheSOFTWAREPRODUCT,therecipientmustexpresslyagreetocomplywiththesetermsandconditions.?Therecipientautomaticallyreceivesthislicensetouse,copy,ordistributetheSOFTWAREPRODUCTsubjecttothesetermsandconditions.Youmaynotimposeanyfurtherrestrictionsontherecipientsexerciseoftherightsgrantedherein.Youarenotresponsibleforenforcing
