汉口北3号仓储中心工程墙体砌筑方案第1页目录一、工程概况·····························································································11.1、工程概述······················································································11.2、结构形式······················································································11.3、建筑规模······················································································11.4、填充墙体:···················································································1二、编制依据·····························································································1三、施工准备·····························································································1四、工程操作工艺及施工方案········································································34.1、工艺流程······················································································34.2、测量放线······················································································34.3、基层清理······················································································34.4、构造柱钢筋绑扎·············································································34.5、立皮数杆、排砖·············································································34.6、砖墙砌筑······················································································4五、质量控制及质量标准·············································································10六、施工注意事项及成品保护·······································································11七、质量证措施·························································································12八、安全文明施工······················································································13九、环保措施····························································································15汉口北3号仓储中心工程墙体砌筑方案第1页一、工程概况1.1、工程概述本工程位于武汉汉口北盘龙城经济开发区,位于2号仓库南侧,占地面约101406.32㎡,总建筑面积约181073.37㎡,由3栋4层精品仓库、5栋2层普通仓库组成。1.2、结构形式本工程设计1#、2#、3#精品仓库采用四层框架结构,4-8#楼一层为层高10.5m框架结构,二层为层高10m钢架结构;基础形式为2-8#楼仓库人工挖空墩基础、1#仓库为夯扩桩基础。建筑结构的安全等级:二级,结构设计使用年限50年,屋面防水等级为二级。1.3、建筑规模本工程为由3栋4层精品仓库、5栋2层普通仓库组成,其中1#、2#、3#楼建筑面积为4940.8m2;4#、5#、6#、8#楼为33323.26m2;7#楼为32599.24m2.1.4、填充墙体:1、正负零以上墙体采用A5.0级蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块,用M5.0砂浆砌筑;正负零以下部分采用Mu20灰砂砖,用M10水泥砂浆砌筑,厨房、卫生间墙体采用M7.5预拌水泥砂浆砌筑。二、编制依据1、武汉市中设计研究院有限公司设计的全套电子版施工图。。2、施工组织设计。3、《工程建设标准强制条文》4、《建筑工程质量验收统一标准》(GB50300-2001)5、《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-20106、《工程测量规范》GB50026-20077、《砌体工程质量验收规范》(GB/T50203-20011)8、《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》2011年版(GB50204-2002);9、《蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体构造》11ZJ10310、相关规范、规程要求三、施工准备1、技术准备1)、砌筑前,应认真熟悉图纸,核实门窗洞口位置及洞口尺寸,明确预埋、预留位汉口北3号仓储中心工程墙体砌筑方案第2页置,算出窗台及过梁顶部标高,熟悉相关构造及材料要求。2)、已审核完建筑施工图纸,并确保填充墙、门窗洞口的位置、轴线尺寸准确无误,确保圈梁、过梁的标高正确。3)、监视和测量工具按要求进行校验并达到合格。4)、施工前,工程技术人员应结合设计图纸及实际情况,编制出专项施工技术交底和作业指导书等技术性文件。5)、制定该分项工程的质量目标、检查验收制度等到保证工程质量的措施。6)、植筋的拉拔试验合格。2、材料准备:1)、砌块:正负零以上墙体采用A5.0级蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块,用M5.0砂浆砌筑;正负零以下部分采用Mu20灰砂砖,用M10水泥砂浆砌筑,厨房、卫生间墙体采用M7.5预拌水泥砂浆砌筑。2)、砂浆:地下部分墙体采用M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑,地上部分墙体采用M5砂浆砌筑。3)、水泥:水泥进场必须有产品出厂合格证,水泥进场后,实验员应按规定进行取样试验合格后才能使用。水泥可以存放在临时搭建的仓库,存放时要做好防潮处理,出厂三个月后或受潮后结块的水泥应经过试验方可使用。4)、砂:宜用中砂,并过5mm孔径的筛。不得含有草根等杂物。砂中含泥量不能超过5%。5)、其它材料:Φ6拉结筋、预埋件等,提前做好防腐处理;3、主要机具:塔吊、搅拌机、切割机、手推车、砖笼、胶皮管、大铲、瓦刀、托线板、线坠、小白线、卷尺、平尺、皮数杆、小水桶、砖夹子、手工锯、扫帚等。4、作业条件1)、清理好基层,弹好墙身线、轴线,根据现场砖的实际规格尺寸,再弹出门窗洞口位置线,经验线符合设计图纸的尺寸要求,办完预检手续。2)、轴线、墙边线、门窗洞口线复核、预检。3)、立皮数杆:用30mm*40mm木料制作,皮数杆上门窗洞口、木砖、拉接筋、圈梁、过梁的尺寸标高。按标高立好皮数杆,皮数杆的间距15m,转角处距墙皮或墙角50mm设置皮数杆。皮数杆应垂直、牢固、标高一致,经复核,办理预检手续。4)、每1m高拉通线一次,检查通线下面第一皮砌块标高,如标高误差超过20mm,用C15细石砼找平。汉口北3号仓储中心工程墙体砌筑方案第3页5)、切割异形尺寸砌块。6)、砌筑前二天砌块宜浇水湿润。7)、植筋已完成,GZ的钢筋绑扎已完成,隐检验收完毕。。8)、砂浆运到现场,准备好试模。9)、做好水电管线的预留预埋工作。四、工程操作工艺及施工方案4.1、工艺流程4.2、测量放线根据楼层中的控制轴线,事先测放出每一楼层墙体的轴线和门窗洞口的位置线,将窗台和窗顶的位置标高线标识在框架柱上。待施工放线完成后,上报技术部门验收合格后,方可进行墙体砌筑。4.3、基层清理在砌筑砖体前应对墙基层进行清理,将楼层上的浮浆、灰尘清扫冲洗干净,并浇水使基层湿润。4.4、构造柱钢筋绑扎构造柱钢筋笼可预先制作,和原结构梁上预留插筋的搭接绑扎长度满足设计要求,柱子中心线应垂直,后植式留置的构造柱插筋,植入砼内的长度应满足所使用植筋胶的技术性能要求,且应通过拉拔强度试验。4.5、立皮数杆、排砖1、砌筑前,应先抄出水平线,立好皮数杆,应在房屋四角或楼梯间转角处设皮数杆,皮数杆间距不宜超过15m,以控制砌体标高和保证砖缝的平直。如果楼板面不平时,2cm以内用砂浆找平,超过2cm的用不低于C15的细石砼找平。2、在皮数杆上或墙上排出砖块的皮数及灰缝厚度,并标出窗台、洞口及墙梁等构造标高。3、根据要砌筑的墙体长度、高度试排砖,摆出门、窗及孔洞的位置。放线立皮数杆基层清理排砖与撂底盘角、拉线勾缝质量验收验线砂浆拌制砌筑汉口北3号仓储中心工程墙体砌筑方案第4页4、外墙第一皮砖撂底时,横墙应排丁砖,梁及梁垫的下面一皮砖、窗台等阶台水平面上一皮砖应用丁砖砌筑。4.6、砖墙砌筑4.6.1、砌筑砂浆要求1、水泥砂浆和水泥混合砂浆,不得小于2分钟。2、拌制水泥砂浆,应先将砂与水泥干拌均匀,再加水拌合均匀。3、拌制水泥混合砂浆,应先将砂与水泥干拌均匀,再加掺加料(石灰膏、黏土膏)和水拌合均匀。4、掺用外加剂时,应先将外加剂按规定浓度溶于水中,在拌合水投入时投入外加剂溶液,外加剂不得直接投入拌制的砂浆中。5、砂浆拌成后和使用时,均应盛入贮灰器中。如灰浆出现泌水现象,应在砌筑前再次拌合。6、砂浆应随拌随用。水泥砂浆和水泥混合砂浆必须分别在拌成后3小时和4小时内使用完毕;当施工期间最高气温超过30度时,必须分别在拌成后2小时和3小时内使用完毕。对掺用缓凝剂的砂浆,其使用时间可根据具体情况延长。7、每一检验批,且不超过250m3,砌体的水泥砂浆或水泥混合砂浆,每台搅拌机应至少制作一组试块。4.6.2、砌砖方法及要求砌块在运输、装卸过程中,严禁倾倒和抛掷,进场后的砖砌块经验收后应按品种、规格分类堆放整齐,堆置高度不宜超过2m,加汽块到现场,有防雨淋的措施。挂线:砌筑一砖厚以下混水墙时,宜采用单面外手挂线,可照顾砖墙两面平整。砌筑一砖半厚以上者,必须双面挂线。如果长墙几个人同时砌筑共用一根通线,中间应设支线点,小线要拉紧,每层砖都要穿线看平,使水平缝均匀一致,平直通顺。砌筑前楼面清扫干净,洒水湿润。1、混凝土实心砖砌筑1)、混凝土制品砖的龄期不得小于28天。2)、砖应提前1~2d浇水湿润,湿润程度达到水浸润砖体15mm为宜。不宜在砌筑时临时浇水,未浇水湿润的砖一律不准上吊栏,严禁干砖上墙,严禁在砌筑后向砖墙冲水。3)、组砌方法:砖墙厚度在一砖以上可采用一顺一丁、梅花丁或三顺一丁的砌法;汉口北3号仓储中心工程墙体砌筑方案第5页页岩模数砖墙须采用三顺一丁简称法“三一”砌筑法进行砌筑。4)、砖体砌筑必须内外搭砌,上下错缝,灰缝平直,砂浆饱满。砌砖采用铺浆法砌筑时,应在铺浆后,立即砌筑,铺浆长度不得超过750mm;施工期间气温超过30℃时,铺浆长度不得超过500mm。并随手将挤出的砂浆刮去。通过对砖的挤揉使砂浆进入砖竖缝内,并使砂浆粘结饱满,增加砖体间的粘结能力。操作时要经常进行自检,如有偏差,应随时纠正,严禁事后采用
