中南民族大学硕士学位论文民办高校核心竞争力研究姓名:罗华陶申请学位级别:硕士专业:教育经济与管理指导教师:杨卫东20060605I(Prahalad)(Hamel)20901234123IIAbstractPrivately-runinstitutesofhighereducationinourcountryconfrontmoreandmorevehementcompetition.Itisnecessaryforthemtoformcorecompetenceowingtotheirweakcompetitivenessandthegeneralstudyonit.Thisthesisisjustbasedonthissituation.Researchindicatesthatsomestudiesmadebytheoreticalcommunityaboutcorecompetencestillneeddeliberating,asrepresentedmainlybyobscurestudyofthat,needingdiscussedexpressionofitscharacteristicandtoomanyresearchesandcommentsonlyaftertheevent.Theestablishmentofcorecompetenceinhighereducationcan’tsimplyimitatethatoftheenterprises,becauseprivately-runinstitutesarespecialorganizations.ThetheoryofcorecompetencewereputforwardbyPrahaladandHamelintheearlyof1990s,andmanyscholarsineveryfieldshavepaidattentiontoit.Basedontheflexiblesystemofrunningaschool.Thecorecompetenceofprivately-runinstitutesmeanstheabilityofobtainingsocialhigh-qualityresourceintheprocessofrunningsuchaschoolwiththe‘core’ofbriningaboutthehighereducationalsocialfunctions.Thecorecompetenceofprivately-runinstitutesofhighereducationshouldbeorientedwiththepolicy,thesystemandtheresource.Besidespossessingoneorseveralcharacteristicsofthecorecompetenceofenterprises,themoreimportantisthatitshouldhaveitsindividualcharacteristics:1.reactingtothefunctionofhigheducation;2.thecharacteristicofstage;3.publicbenefitscoexistwithseekingprofits;4.thecharacterofcontaining.Thecorecompetencetheoryofprivately-runinstitutesofhighereducationisjuxtapositionalwithenterprise’s.Nottheformersubordinatestothelater,butallbelongtothetheorysystemofcorecompetence.Onlyifitformsthecorecompetence,privately-runinstitutesofhighereducationmayhavethepossibilitytogainafootinginChinesehighereducationalfieldandplayaroleinthefutureofinternationalcompetition.Thisthesisexplainstheactiveandnegativefactorsofaffectingthecompetitivenessofprivately-runinstitutesofhighereducation.Theactivefactorsinclude:themodelsofadministrationarevariedandmanagerial,payingattentiontocostandprofit,thesystemofmakinguseofpersonneltogetherwiththeeducationalmodelsareflexible.Thenegativefactorsinclude:shorteducationalhistory,loweducationallevel,singleeducationalfunds,lowcomprehensivestrengthofteachersandawfulstabilityofit,lowscorestudents,socialprejudiceandthediscriminationofgettingajobwhenthestudentsgraduate,etc.Opinionfromthethesisisthatprivately-runinstitutesofhighereducationshouldsetaboutthepolicy,thesystemandtheconceptsoastocultivatingandhoistingthecorecompetence.Concretelyspeaking:Thefirst,thepolicyshoulddependonthesupportingofcentralandlocalgovernment.Includingformulatingpoliciesofpermission,supporting,propertyright,finance,obtainingprofit,fairenrollment,fairtreatment,etc.IIIThesecond,thesystemshouldelaboratetheflexibleadvantages,chooserightadministrativemodels,widenthechannelsoffunds,compoundtheresourcereasonably,establishstimulatingsystem,strengthentheteachers,determineflexibility.Thethird,theconceptshouldsetupschoolscredibleandtransformtheideas.Theformerincludesestablishingrightviewofprofit,ideasofcredibilityandstrengtheningtheconstructionofinsidecrediblesystem.Thelatterincludesestablishingandtransformingtheviewofquality,credibility,educationalfunction,profitandtalent.Keywords:privately-run,university,highereducation,system,corecompetence,strategies1______2112006-5-9200111342003200210019942002-1-177001100111360806052112005524249234080%1031027068%4thecorecompetence(Hamel)(Prahalad)5671.2.3.4.5.1.2.82MIT·E·(PaulEdwardGray)198319849199920006771944838%28%498537041011199619972002435122006·27282930199860%TCL199811136SCI45,2002.P3572002,0831—323334209035913036800243738394020062005200541A1.2005,42.2005,73.200511民办高校核心竞争力研究作者:罗华陶学位授予单位:中南民族大学相似文献(10条)1.期刊论文杨树兵.YANGShu-bing民办高校核心竞争力影响要素及构成要件-黑龙江高教研究2009,(5)在分析民办高校和企业类似性基础上,借鉴当代管理学和经济学理论交叉融合的最新理论成果--核心竞争力(CoreCompetence)理论,阐述了民办高校核心竞争力的内涵及特点,提出民办机制是民办高校核心竞争力的关键性影响要素,构建坚实的资源保障机制、科学的管理运行机制、效益至上的经营机制、敏捷的市场反应机制、严格的质量保障机制、优质的服务供给机制、构建持续的创新机制则是民办高校核心竞争力的构成要件.2.学位论文徐立国陕西民办高校核心竞争力评价指标体系研究2008核心竞争力理论被引入国内后,目前国内文献对高校核心竞争力的研究大部分还停留在核心竞争力外在表现内容的一般研究上,而没有提出具体的评价指标和可操作的评价方法,且具体针对民办高校核心竞争力的研究也较少。陕西民办高校经历了20多年的发展,已走在了全国的前列,随着其规模和质量的扩大与提高,其竞争也越来越深层化、全方位化,构建自身的核心竞争力,已成为陕西民办高校可持续发展的关键。因此,本文对陕西民办高校核心竞争力评价指标体系进行研究,望能为陕西民办高校的可持续发展提供一定的借鉴。本文以核心竞争力理论、大学核心竞争力研究现状、民办高校核心竞争力研究现状为分析基础,确定民办高校核心竞争力的整合性和动态性两个基础特征作为本文的分析基点,针对陕西民办高校的发展历史与现状,分析出陕西民办高校核心竞争力的构成要素及形成机理,并建立了陕西民办高校核心竞争力形成机理概念模型。据此,确定出陕西民办高校核心竞争力评价指标体系,然后,运用模糊综合评价法对所确定的评价指标体系进行实证分析。陕西民办高校核心竞争力的构成要素为对外和谐度、学校资源、知识状态、战略、组织结构、管理整合能力及组织文化。陕西民办高校核心竞争力的形成,是在学校的对外和谐度、知识状态、学校资源、战略、组织结构等诸多要素的影响下,通过学校文化与管理整合而达到系统最优化的一种复杂过程。陕西民办高校应重视与外部环境的和谐度,加强院校之间的竞合关系,强化专业建设
