SuzhouTaihuGolfHotel苏州太湖高尔夫酒店PolicyNumber序号：ENG-005EffectiveDate生效:Policy&Procedure政策和程序SupersedesNo.废止号:PreparedBy制定:JAMJIN空调工岗位职责ApprovedBy审核:Distributeto发放:AllDept.Heads&HotelExecutiveUPolicy&Procedure政策和程序POLICYSTATEMENT政策声明：苏州太高尔酒店工程部所有人员均制定了岗位职责Objective目的：明确该职位人员的责任与义务PROCEDURES程序：JobSummary/岗位概述Torespondtojobassignmentsintherepairing,installation,preventivemaintenanceanddaytodayoperationofallHVACsysteminaproductiveandcosteffectivemannersoastooperatethesysteminamostefficientandoptimumcondition接受工程部安排的维修任务，以高效率、低成本的工作方式对酒店的中央空调系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。Duties&Responsibilities/职责义务1.Toexecuteallworksassignedinaccordancewiththeguidelineandpolicesandprocedures,especiallyinrelationtofireandlifesafety.按照既定的政策和法规、工作程序与标准、消防规范执行上级安排的工作。2.Toexecutepreventivemaintenanceandrepairinaccordancewiththeguidelinebyengineerandmanufacturer'srecommendations按照工程师的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养。3.Toperformemergencydutiesasperoutlinedunderemergencyprocedure在紧急情况下执行应急程序4.TofamiliarwiththeHVACsystem,itsoperatingrequirementandcharacteristics,soastooperateinstrictcompliancewithrequirement熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行5.Toattendonthejobtraining积极参加岗位培训6.TopracticeGSSduringcourseofduty在工作中按照对客服务满意标准的要求服务客人1.Toattendtoguestrequestandcomplaintspromptlyandefficientlytoavoidinconvenienceordiscomfort.满足客人的需要，及时有效地解决客人的投诉，避免为客人造成不便和不适2.Topracticeandmakerecommendationstoengineeronenergyconservationimprovement在能源节约和设备改良方面进行探索和实践，积极向工程师提出合理化建议3.ToperformallotherdutiesasmaybeassignedbyChiefEngineer,Asst.ChiefEngineer.执行由总工程师，副总工程师下达的其它任务。4.Toassisttheothertradeswhereisrequested.如有需要积极协助工程部其他小组的工作5.ToinspectallHVACsystemsandmakeoperationstatusrecordsasperinspectionlist.Tocorrectandreportoperationdeficiency,unusualeventsandsafetyhazardsconditionstoengineer.Tofeedbackandmakerecommendationstoengineerforneedsofsystemandplantsmodification,upgrading,methodsofoperationorrepairs,etcthatcouldimproveefficiencyandproductivitySuzhouTaihuGolfHotel苏州太湖高尔夫酒店PolicyNumber序号：ENG-005EffectiveDate生效:Policy&Procedure政策和程序SupersedesNo.废止号:PreparedBy制定:JAMJIN空调工岗位职责Page9of41ApprovedBy审核:Distributeto发放:AllDept.Heads&HotelExecutiveU对中央空调系统进行检查并按照设备检查单上的要求仔细记录。更正错误，及时向工程师报告所发现的问题、异常现象和不安全隐患。为提高工作效率和促进生产力，应不断向工程师进行信息反馈，在设备改良、技术6.Tomaintaintoolsandequipmentproperlyandkeeptheworkplacecleansandtidy升级和操作方式方法更新方面向工程师提出合理化建议7.Toperformshiftandovertimedutieswhennecessary.工具和设备管理有序，保持工作环境的整洁8.Toperformdailywatertreatmentinaccordancewithwatertreatmentspecialistrecommendation开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作；每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作9.AbidebytheSuzhouTaihuGlofHotelCodeofConduct.遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒商业行为规范10.AbidebytheSuzhouTaihuGlofHotelAssociatesHandbook遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒员工手则。11.AbidebySuzhouTaihuGlofHotelpoliciesandprocedures遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒政策及执行程序。JobKnowledge/Skill专业知识技能1.GoodknowledgeandhandonskillsofHVACsystemoperation,repairandmaintenance.熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序2.Knowledgeandskillofrepairandmaintenanceofrefrigerationsystem,coldroom,etc精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作3Knowledgeofchilleroperationandmaintenance熟练操作冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养Education/教育:TechnicalvocationalinstitutetraininginHVACandrefrigeration.在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训。Experience/经验:Min.3yearsworkingexperienceinHVACsystempreferablywithhotel.至少3年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。BasisMechanical&Electricalknowledge.掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识Skillofelectrical&gasweldingwillbeadvantage.有水电焊技能者优先Skillofpipeworkinstallation有管道安装技术
