1、锤片式粉碎机设计摘要饲料粉碎在生产过程中是非常重要一种程序。本次设计锤片式粉碎机就是当前粉碎机中最为广泛一种,它原理是运用高速旋转锤片来击碎饲料,低速物料在初次与高速锤片发生激烈撞击后,被撞击拉入加速区,在此颗粒速度能在很短时间内被提高到接近锤片末端线速度,并随着锤片一起作圆周运动,而在全速区逐渐形成物料环流层,同步物料也得到进一步粉碎。它不但有通用性广、效率高、粉碎质量好长处,并且尚有操作维修以便、动力消耗低等长处。本次设计对粉碎机每个零件都做了很详细地计算,例如锤片安装、主轴计算及筛片选取和计算。力求设计粉碎机有便于拆卸、操作简便、度产量高等长处。我想对此后先进锤片式粉碎机设计以及推广、进一步理论研究起到了一定作用。核心词:粉碎、饲料、锤片式粉碎机HammertypecrusherdesignABSTRACT:Theshatteringofthefeedintheprocessofproductionisveryimportantforaprogram.Thedesignofhammertypecrusherisoneofthemostwidelyincurrentpulveri。

10、.............................................................................40附录...................................................................................................42前言当前,国内还是一种农业国,农作物秸秆也是相称多,过去人们多秸秆运用还没有引起足够注重,要么就地焚烧,要么就是丢掉任其发展。这样不但污染了咱们赖以生存生活环境,还导致了能量白白流失。随着当代养殖业和畜牧业迅速发展,饲料需求量也是越来越大,对饲料质量规定也越来越高。那么运用农作物秸秆作为动物饲料也得到了人们极度注重。不但可以使能量得到充分运用,还可觉得养殖人节约一定养殖费用。就是变废为宝!这样以来,不但保护了环境,还使能量得到了再运用。将秸秆粉碎成为饲料,其目提高饲料转化率,减少动物粪便排泄量,提高动物体生产,有助于饲料混合、制粒、膨化。通过粉碎可使物料粒度基本相似,减少混合后物料分级。当前国外对粉碎机研究也在日益加强,美国Jac。
