长沙金霞经济开发区简介AnIntroductiontoChangshaJinxiaEconomicDevelopmentZone长沙金霞经济开发区，是1992年经湖南省人民政府批准成立的省级重点开发区，国务院批准的长沙市总体规划近期重点开发园区。开发区地处长沙城北中心地段，总规划面积52.14平方公里，是湖南省唯一集水运、公路、铁路、空运、管道五元化网络交通优势于一体的开发园区，也是湖南省乃至全国最大的专业物流园区。园区先后获批“中国物流实验基地”、“中国物流学会产学研基地”和“湖南省物流示范园区”等荣誉称号。ChangshaJinxiaEconomicDevelopmentZoneisaprovincial-levelkeydevelopmentzoneapprovedbythePeople’sGovernmentofHunanProvince,andtherecentkeydevelopmentzoneintheoverallplanningofChangshaapprovedbytheStateCouncil.LocatedinthecentrallotofNorthChangsha,withaplanningareaof52.14squarekilometers,thedevelopmentzoneistheonlyoneinHunanProvincetocombinefive-dimensionaltransportationnetworkadvantagestogether,i.e.waterway,roadway,railway,air,andpipelinetransportation,anditisthelargestprofessionallogisticszoneinHunanProvince,eveninChina.Ithasalsobeenawardedlotsofhonorabletitlessuccessively,suchas“ExperimentalbaseforChina'slogistics”,“Production,LearningandresearchbaseofChinaLogisticsAssociation”,and“LogisticsDemonstrationParkinHunanProvince”.开发区辖金霞、沙坪、高岭、鹅秀四个组团。凭借保税物流中心、铁路货运中心、港口、公路一级口岸和物流信息中心等五大物流平台，金霞组团成为定位长沙，辐射中部，影响全国的国家一级物流节点和重要的国际物流转换基地；沙坪组团重点发展装备制造业、能源工业等大运量工业和以IT产业、电子信息为主体的出口加工业；高岭组团重点发展物流商贸业，形成集仓储、配送、批发、贸易、展览、运输、信息以及其他专业服务为一体的专业市场群；鹅秀组团拥有良好的自然生态环境，将建成以生活居住、商贸办公、休闲旅游等多功能结合的综合型社区。ThedevelopmentzoneiscomposedofJinxiaGroup,ShapingGroup,GaolingGroupandExiuGroup.Withthebondedlogisticscenter,therailwayfreightcenters,ports,highwaysaportandlogisticsinformationcenterfivelogisticsplatform.PositioningofChangsha,radiationincentral,Jinxiagroupwillbebuiltasthecountry-affectingnational-levellogisticsnodesandimportantinternationallogisticsbase;Shapinggroupwillfocusonthelargecapacityindustry,suchasequipmentmanufacturing,energyi.e.andtheexportprocessingindustry,suchasITindustry,electronicinformationindustry.Gaolinggroupwillfocusonthelogisticsbusinesssector,becomeaprofessionalmarketincludingstorage,distribution,wholesale,trade,exhibition,transport,information,andotherprofessionalservices.Withagoodnaturalenvironment,ExiuGroupwillbebuiltintoamulti-functionalcomprehensivecommunity,combinedwithlivelife,businessoffice,leisureandtourism.在园区内，一大批高标准的物流公共平台已经建成或者正在建设。园区依托这些物流平台，繁荣商贸流通业，呈现出广阔的发展前景。Batchesofhigh-standardcommonlogisticsplatformshavebeenbuiltorareunderconstruction,dependonwhichthezoneprospertradecirculationandshowawideprospect.长沙新港：是由交通部确认的全国28个内河主枢纽港口之一，是湘江水路向国际航运中心——上海港最大的喂给港，是湖南唯一能常年通航千吨级船舶的内河深水港，总占地面积1125亩。目前港口一、二期已建成投入使用，具备运输管理、中转换装、装卸存储、多式联运、国际货运、信息服务和通关商检7大功能，成为辐射湖南乃至我国中西部的重要内河枢纽港口。ChangshaNewPort:Asoneofthe28rivermainhubsconfirmedbyStateMinistryofCommunicationsinChina,itisthelargestfeederportinXiangRiverwaterwaytotheinternationalshippingcenter----ShanghaiPort,andtheonlydeep-waterriverportthatthekilotonshipscannavigationthroughouttheyearinHunanProvince，Withatotalareaof1125mu(aunitofareainChina).Bynow,thefirstandsecondperiodoftheporthasbeencompletedandputintouse.With7majorfunctions,i.e.transportationmanagement,transferandreloading,loading/unloadingstorage,multi-modaltransportation,internationalfreighttransportation,informationservice,customsclearanceandcommodityinspection,ithasalreadybecomeanimportantriverhubthatradiatesHunanProvince,eventhecentralandwesternpartofChina.长沙金霞海关保税物流中心：它是湖南省首家B型保税物流中心。占地面积1500亩，总投资10亿元。目前第一期占地700亩，已经投入使用。该中心具备保税仓储、国际物流配送、简单加工和增值服务、进出口和转口贸易、口岸和退税、物流信息处理等六大功能，将成为湖南现代物流和外向型经济发展的新平台。ChangshaJinxiacustomsbondedLogisticsCenter:ItisthefirstB-typedbondedlogisticscenterinHunanProvince,withanareaof1500mu,andatotalinvestmentof1billionRMB.Aspresent,thefirstperiod,Occupies700mu,hasbeenputintouse.With6majorfunctions,i.e.bondedstorage,internationallogisticsdistribution,simpleprocessingandvalue-addedservice,import&exportandentrepottrade,portandtax-free,andlogisticsinformationtreatment,itwillbeanewplatformofHunanmodernlogisticsandthedevelopmentofexport-orientedeconomy.长沙铁路货运中心：由长沙市原铁路南、北货运站拆建合并而成，是湖南省、长沙市“十一五”重点工程。总占地约2平方公里，总投资26亿元，现已建成四条配套道路，正在进行站场建设。建设规模近期按500万吨／年实施，远期到2020年按2000万吨／年规划预留用地，是中部最重要的货运枢纽站之一。ChangshaRailwayFreightCenter:Asakeyprojectofthe“EleventhFive-YearPlanning”inbothChangshaandHunan,itiscombinedbytheoldnorthandsouthrailwayfreightstationafterrebuilding.Thetotalareaisabout2squarekilometers,andthetotalinvestmentisabout2.6billionRMB.Bynow,4Supportingroadshavebeenbuilt,andtherailwayyardisunderconstruction.Therecentconstructionscaleis5milliontonsperyear,andthereservedlandwillbeplanedby20milliontonsperyearin2020.ItwillbeoneofthemostimportantrailwayfreighthubsincentralChina.长沙出口加工区：位于长沙金霞经济开发区中北部，规划面积5平方公里，总投资52亿元。出口加工区建成后，将成为湖南承接沿海产业转移的重要平台，对湖南出口加工贸易和对外经济的发展具有深远意义。ChangshaExportProcessingZone:LocatedatcentralandnorthernpartofChangshaJinxiaEconomicDevelopmentZone,ithas5squarekilometersintheplan,andthetotalinvestmentof5.2billionRMB.Afterthecompletionofconstruction,itwillbecomeanimportantplatforminHunantoundertakethecoastalIndustrialtransfer,andhavefar-reachingsignificancetothedevelopmentofexportprocessingtradeandforeigneconomicofHunanProvince.开发区拥有得天独厚的物流优势，在产业发展方向上，选择以物流产业为先导，带动装备制造业、重化工业、出口加工业及商贸房地产业共同发展。目前，已有百多家企业进入开发区投资兴业，涵盖了粮油、钢材、化工、建材、医药贸易、重型机械
