ResearchonCleanProductionTechnicsoftheTriglycidylIsocyanuratebyFENGDeLiB.E.(HunanUniversity)2005AthesissubmittedinpartialsatisfactionoftheRequirementsforthedegreeofMasterofScienceinEnvironmentalScienceintheGraduateSchoolofHunanUniversitySupervisorProfessorZENGGuangmingProfessorSHANWenweiNovember,2007III摘要涂料行业是建筑、工业领域的配套行业,也是使用原材料昀为广泛的工业之一[1,2]。自2003年以来,世界涂料业发展迅猛其产量约以5%逐年递增,中国做为涂料需求大国增幅昀大其产量也约以6.4%逐年递增[3,4]。由于传统涂料的生产和使用会对环境造成一定的污染,粉末涂料凭其低VOC、高涂装效率及优异的工艺特性脱颖而出。目前中国已成为仅次于美国的第二大粉末涂料生产国。粉末涂料是20世纪60年代开始发展起来的一项涂料新品种、新技术,具有节省能源和资源、减少环境污染、工艺简便、易实现自动化、涂层坚固耐用、无公害、劳动生产效率高、粉末可回收等特点[5]。粉末涂料是一种含有100%固体成分、以固态粉末状态存在并以粉末状态进行涂装,然后加热熔融流平,固化成膜的涂料[6]。粉末涂料与一般溶剂型涂料和水性涂料不同,不是使用溶剂或水作为分散介质,而是借助于空气作为分散介质。目前,粉末涂料的应用已涉及到家用电器、仪器仪表等二十多个行业,取得了巨大的经济和社会效益。三(环氧丙基)异氰尿酸酯(TGIC)是应用于粉末涂料中的一种固化剂。由于其具有热稳定性好、耐候性好、耐黄变性优、力学性能卓越而被广泛使用[7]。近年来,由于资源的各种不合理利用,TGIC生产行业中的大量资源和能源变成“三废”排入环境,造成了严重的环境污染,防治生产污染刻不容缓。从我国经济和环境的总体情况及有效防治环境污染的发展趋势来看,实行清洁生产具有积极的意义[8]。通过改进TGIC传统的生产工艺[9]:用干燥取代了传统的脱水方法,从根本上减少了脱水过程中产生的污水;选用高效的催化剂及阻聚剂,大大提高了产品的收率;采用减压分馏等方法分离产物,减少了产物分离过程中产物的损失及污染;并根据实际的工业生产情况,解决了TGIC生产过程中母液和含盐废水的排放问题,制成了新型的紫外光固化树脂和水溶性树脂两种副产品,不仅实现了清洁生产还增加了企业的收益。关键词:清洁生产;UV固化树脂;水溶性树脂;TGICIIIAbstractPaintindustryisnotonlyasupportingindustriesoftheconstructionandindustrialareas,butalsotheoneofthemostwidelyusedindustrialrawmaterials.[1,2]Since2003,theworldpaintindustryhasrapidlydevelopeditsyieldandtheyearlybasisabout5%,Asacountryofbigneedsonpaint,Chinahasalsoincreaseditsoutputbiggestaboutto6.4percentyearonyear.[3,4]Becausetheproductionandtheuseofthetraditionalcoatingmakecertainenvironmentalpollution,PowderCoatingsinitssolelowVOC,highefficiencyandexcellentcoatingprocesscharacteristicscometothefore.Atpresent,ChinahasbecomethesecondlargestpowdercoatingsproduceraftertheUnitedStates.Powdercoatingisthecoatingofnewvarietiesandnewtechnology,withsavingenergyandresources,reducingenvironmentalpollution,simpleprocess,easyautomation,coatingsturdinessanddurability,andpollution-free,highlaborandproductionefficiency,recoverablepowdercharacteristicssincethe1960s[5].Powdercoatingisacompositionwhichcontaining100%solid,solidpowdertothestateexistsandthestatetopowdercoating,andthenmeltflow-heating,curingthecoatingfilm[6].Powdercoatingisdifferentfromthesolvent-basedpaintandgeneralwaterbornecoatings,insteadofusingwaterasasolventordispersionmedium,butthroughtheuseofairasadispersionmedium.Atpresent,theapplicationsofthepowdercoatingarerelatedtohouseholdappliances,instruments,andsomorethan20industries,hasmadetremendouseconomicandsocialbenefits.TGICiswidelyusedasacuringagentinthepowdercoatingbecauseofitsgoodthermalstability,weatherability,andresistantyellowdegenerationexcellent,excellentmechanicalproperties[7].Inrecentyears,becauseofallkindsofirrationalusesofresources,alotofresourcesandenergywasmadeintotheenvironmentasthreewastesintheproductionofTGICindustries,causingseriousenvironmentalpollution,pollutioncontrolproductiondelay.China'seconomyandtheenvironmentfromtheoverallsituationoftheeffectivepreventionandtreatmentofenvironmentalpollutionanddevelopment,theimplementationofcleanerproductionhaspositivesignificance[8].Thetraditionalproductionprocessisimproved[9]:thetraditionalmethodofdehydrationisreplacedbytorrefaction,inordertoreducethesewerageappearedduringthedehydrationradically;highefficientcatalyzerandpolymerizationinhibitorarechosentogreatlyimprovedtheyieldofproduct;methodslikedecompressIVfractionationarechosentoseparatetheproduct,inordertoreducetheproduct’slossandpollutionduringtheprocessofseparation;baseontheactualindustrialproduce,theproblemoftheliquidwhichhavetobeventduringtheprocessissolved,andtheliquidistranslateintoanewUV-curedcoating,thecostisreduce,thecorporation’sincomeisincrease,andthecleanerproductionisachieved.KeyWords:Cleanerproduction;UV-curableresin;Water-solubleresin;TGICV目录学位论文原创性声明和学位论文版权使用授权书..................................................I摘要.......................................................................................................................IIAbstract..................................................................................................................III插图索引..............................................................................................................VIII附表索引.................................................................................................................IX第1章绪论.............................................................................................................11.1清洁生产总述...............................................................................................11.1.1清洁生产的渊源......................................................................................11.1.2清洁生产的含义......................................................................................21.1.3清洁生产的具体内容..............................................................................31.1.4清洁生产的主要目标..............................................................................41.1.5实行清洁生产的紧迫性................................................................
