PowerSupplyandDistributionSystemABSTRACT:Thebasicfunctionoftheelectricpowersystemistotransporttheelectricpowertowardscustomers.Thel0kVelectricdistributionnetisakeypointthatconnectsthepowersupplywiththeelectricityusingontheindustry,businessanddailylife.Fortheelectricpower,allcostumersexpecttopaythelowestpriceforthehighestreliability,butdon'tconsiderthatit'sselfcontradictoryinthecoexistenceofeconomyandreliable.Toimprovethereliabilityofthepowersupplynetwork,wemustincreasetheinvestmentcostofthenetworkconstructionBut,ifthecostthatimprovethereliabilityofthenetworkconstruction,buttheinvestmentonthiskindofconstructionwouldbeworthlessifthereducinglossisonthepoweroffislessthantheincreasinginvestmentonimprovingthereliability.Thuswefindoutabalancepointtomakethemosteconomic,betweentheinvestmentandthelossbycalculatingtheinvestmentonpowernetandthelossbroughtfrompower-off.KEYWORDS:powersupplyanddistribution,powerdistributionreliability，reactivecompensation,loaddistributionTherevolutionofelectricpowersystemhasbroughtanewbigroundconstruction,whichispushingthegreaterrevolutionofelectricpowertechniquealongwiththeapplicationofnewtechniqueandadvancedequipment.Especially,thecombinationoftheinformationtechniqueandelectricpowertechnique,togreatextent,hasimprovedreliabilityonelectricqualityandelectricsupply.Thetechnicaldevelopmentdecreasesthecostonelectricconstructionanddrivesinnovationofelectricnetwork.Onthebasisofnationalandinternationaladvancedelectricknowledge,thedissertationintroducestheresearchhotspotforpresentelectricpowersystemasfollowing.Firstly,Thisdissertationintroducesthebuildingconditionofdistributionautomation(DA),andbringsforwardtwotypicalconstructionmodesonDAconstruction,integrativemodeandfissionmode.ItemphasizetheDAstructureundertheconditionofthefissionmodeandpresentsthesystemconfiguration,themainstationscheme,thefeederscheme,theoptimizedcommunicationschemeetc.,whichisforDAresearchreference.Secondly,asforthe(DA)troublemeasurement,position,isolationandresume,Thisdissertationanalyzesthechangesofpressureandcurrentforlineproblem,getsmathequationbyeducingphaseshortcircuitandproblempositionundertheconditionofsinglephaseandworksoutequationandseveralparametersU&,sI&andeI&tableonproblem.Itbringsoutoptimizedisolationandresumeplan,realizesautoisolationandnetworkreconstruction,reducesthepoweroffrangeandtimeandimprovesthereliabilityofelectricpowersupplythroughproblemself-diagnosesandself-analysis.Italsointroducessoftwareflowanduseforproblemjudgementandsetsamodelonnetworkreconstructionandcomputerflow.Thirdly,electricitysystemstateisestimatedtobeoneofthekeytechniquesinDArealization.Thedissertationrecommendstheresolventofbadmeasurementdataandstructuremistakeonthegroundofdescribingstateestimateway.Italsoadvancesapracticaltestandjudgingwayontopologymistakeinstateestimateaboutbaddatatestandabnormityinstateestimateaswellastheproblemandeffectonbaddatafrom.statemeasuretostateestimate.Asforrealtimemonitorandcontrolproblem,thedissertationintroducesanewwaytosolvethembyelectricitybreakandexceptionalanalysis,andthewayhasbeentestedinWeifangDA.Fourthly,aboutthedifficultyforbuildingthemodelofloadforecasting,bigparameterscatterlimitandsomethingconcerned,thedissertationintroducessomeparameters,eg.weatherfactor,datetypeandsocialenvironmenteffectbasedonanalysisofroutineloadforecastingandmeans.Itpresentsthewayforelectricityloadforecastingfoundedonneuralnetwork(ANN),whichhasbeentestedit’svaliditybyexampleandmadetobegoodpracticaleffect.Fifthly,concerningthelackofconcordantwaveonpreventingconcordantwaveandnonpowercompensationandnoncontinuityoncompensation,thereisatopologystructureofPWMmaincircuitandnonpowertheoryonactivefilterthewavestechniqueandbuildsflatproofonthegroundofSaberDesignerandprovestobepractical.Meanwhile,itanalyzesanddesignsthewayofnonpowerneedofelectricnetworktrendsanddecreasinglinelosscombinedwithDA,whichhavebeentesteditsobjectiveeconomicbenefitthrou-ghcountingexample.Sixthly,notonlydothedissertationdesignawayfoundedonthemagrginalelectricpricefittedtoourpresentnationalelectricpowermarketwithregardstofuturetrendsofelectricpowermarketinChinaandfairtradeunderthegovernmentsurveillance,thatisgroupcompetitioninshorttermtradeunderthewayofgroupedpriceandquantityharmony,butalsoputsforwardcombinationarithmetic,mathmodeloftradingplanandsaftyeconomicalrestriction.Itcansolvetheoriginalcontradictionbetweenmediumandlongtermcontractpriceandshorttermcompetitivepricewithimprovementoncompetitivepercentageandcutdowntheunfairincomedifferenceofelectricfactory,atthesametime,itcanoptimizetheelectriclimitforallelectricfactoriesandreducethetotalpurchasechargeofelectricpowerfromburthencurveofwholeelectricmarketnetwork.Thedistributionnetworkisanimportantlinkamongthepowersystem.Itsneutralgroundingmodeandoperationconnectssecurityandstabilityofthepowersystemdirectly.Atthesametime,theproblemaboutneutralgroundingisassociatedwithnationalconditions,naturalenvironment,devicefabricationandoperation.Forexample,theactivitysituationofthethunderandlightning,insulatingstructurea
