西宁市贵南路(桥)市政工程冬季施工专项方案中铁十五局集团有限公司第1页共37页目录一、编制依据···································································································11.1编制依据·····························································································1二、工程概况···································································································22.1总体工程概况·······················································································22.2冬季施工工程概况·················································································3三、冬季施工组织····························································································53.1冬施项目组织管理及人员配置计划····························································53.2施工作业队及劳动力组织·······································································93.3冬季物资准备情况·················································································9四、冬季施工安排···························································································114.1冬季施工的一般规定·············································································114.2冬季施工作业内容:·············································································114.3冬季施工作业内容施工时间安排······························································114.4工程准备情况······················································································12五、冬季施工方案···························································································135.1钢筋工程····························································································135.23号桩基、承台、墩柱混凝土冬季施工方案···············································145.3冬季砼养护温度应急措施·······································································155.4河道满堂支架膺架螺旋管临时支墩体系施工··············································155.5大体积混凝土冬期施工要求····································································185.6冬季河道螺旋支墩施工方案····································································195.7冬季排水管道施工方案··········································································225.8搅拌站冬季施工保温措施·······································································235.9冬季施工混凝土搅拌站的要求································································245.10冬季施工测温规定和要求······································································265.11项目部测温管理·················································································27六、冬季施工质量管理·····················································································296.1质量管理体系······················································································296.2质量保证措施······················································································296.3施工保证措施······················································································30七、冬季施工安全管理·····················································································317.1项目安全管理目标及管理机构·································································317.2冬季施工管理······················································································31西宁市贵南路(桥)市政工程冬季施工专项方案中铁十五局集团有限公司第1页共37页一、编制依据1.1编制依据:(1)《西宁市贵南路(桥)施工图纸》;(2)《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTJF80—2008);(3)《建筑工程冬期施工规程》(JGJ/T104—2011);(4)冬期施工手册中国建筑工业出版社(5)西宁市建设工程质量站文件宁质监(2012)026号文件《关于建设工程冬期施工的通知》西宁市贵南路(桥)市政工程冬季施工专项方案中铁十五局集团有限公司第2页共37页二、工程概况2.1总体工程概况:西宁市贵南路(桥)工程位于西宁市城东区,南起八一路,北至朱家庄,起始点桩号K0+000—K1+391.308,道路全长1391.308米,为城市次干道,其中桥长135.21米,规划宽度26米(车行道16米+人行道2×5米),主要建设内容有:道路、桥梁、排水、照明、绿化、交通及附属设施等。1、桥梁工程:贵南桥设计起点桩号为:K0+071.37,终点桩号为:K0+206.58,总长135.21米,横断面布置为5米(人行道)+16米(行车道)+5米(人行道),桥宽26米。桥梁采用(22+18+35+35+18)米的变截面预应力混凝土连续梁。箱梁采用预应力混凝土现浇连续箱梁,单箱五室断面,梁高1.7米—2.4米,边腹板为弧形。桥梁下部桥墩采用顺河道布置,每一支承点处为3根直径为1.5米圆柱墩。3号墩柱端部扩大直径1.8米,桩与墩之间设置2.0米和2.5米厚的承台,尺寸6.5*2米,承台下设2根1.5米的桩,横桥向承台由系梁连接成“王”字型。桥台采用钢筋混凝土柱式桥台,台后接路基。基础均采用直径为1.5米的钻孔灌注桩。箱涵及U型槽:因下穿兰西铁路和付东路,设置箱涵2座,一是下穿兰青铁路,桩号K0+925.324—K0+951.039,全长25.715米;一是下穿付东路公路箱涵,桩号K1+008.354—K1+063.358,全长55.00米。箱涵横断面净宽17米,顶板厚1.1米,侧墙厚1.2米,底板厚1.3米,现浇钢筋砼结构。在两个箱涵的进出口处均设置U型槽,U型槽起点桩号为K0+800.00,终点桩号为:K1+225.00(其中K0+925.73—K0+951.40为下穿铁路箱涵段)总长399.33米。U型槽断面净宽17米,侧墙、底板均厚0.8米,现浇钢筋砼结构。根据道路横断面,U型槽分为A、B、C、D四类。2、道路工程:贵南路南起八一路与贵南路交叉路口,北至付东路北侧400米。设置主线一条,四条辅道。主线路面宽度:16米车行道+2*5米人行道=26米;A、B、C、D辅道宽度12米—22米不等。3、排水工程:贵南路雨、污水工程,全线共设一条主线,A、B、C、D四条辅道。雨水管道共分为A、A1、B、C、D五段。其中主线A、A1由南向北排入湟水河,辅道B、C、D三段由北向南排入沙塘川河内。雨、污管道设计管径d500mm—d800mm。污水管道:污水管道设计起点位于兰西高速路南侧,污水由北向南排放,终点接入西宁市贵南路(桥)市政工程冬季施工专项方案中铁十五局集团有限公司第3页共37页滨河路已设计d800cm污水干管,设计管径d400mm,设计管道长度458.40m。设计污水管道位于设计道路中线西侧9.5米处。雨、污管材均采用Ⅰ、Ⅱ级抗硫酸盐水泥砼管,基础均采用120°和180°混凝土基础。2.2冬季施工工程概况:2.2.1、桥梁工程:3号桩基6根,桩基直径150cm,设计长度34米;3号承台1个,长度18.5米,宽度6.5,高度2.5米,“王”字型结构;3号墩柱3根,直径150cm,顶端1.5米渐变为扩大直径为2.0米。混凝土强度等级采用C35抗硫混凝土。2.2.2、桥梁跨湟水河河道膺架体系施工:(1)河道围堰施工:因3号墩在现状河道中央、跨湟水河河道膺架螺旋管支墩施工需要进行河道围堰,按照项目部编制的河道施工方案,河道围堰需进行两阶段施工,第一阶段在北岸设置围堰,将水引入南侧,进行3号桩基、承台、墩柱和河道条形扩大基础和螺旋管支墩施工,第二阶段设置围堰在南岸,将水引入北岸,进行南侧河道条形扩大基础和螺旋管支墩施工。(2)条形扩大基础及螺旋管支墩施工根据施工方案,河道内共设置8道临时墩,第一阶段围堰,进行4—8号条形扩大基础及螺旋管支墩的施工;第二阶段围堰,进行1—3号条形扩大基础及螺旋管支墩的施工。(3)工字钢横梁、贝雷架组装、安装。2.2.3、排水管道施工:(1)雨水管道:污水管道施工YA29—YA33四个井段,施工长度147.7米,接入现状湟水河河道内。管道采用D1000mmⅡ级抗硫酸盐钢筋砼承插口管。基础采用
