电焊作业安全守则

电焊作业安全操作守则所有的现场工人:为保证现场电焊作业的安全，您在工地的任何时间都必须严格遵守下列安全操作守则。同时，本要求并不能免除您遵守当地相关法律及法规的义务。以下热作业安全操作守则必须牢记并严格遵守：1.只有经过了培训，有资质的人员才能进行电焊作业；2.所有电焊作业之前必须获得经签字确认的热作业施工许可，并将许可张贴在现场；3.所有电焊作业现场需要明确标识，并与周围场地分隔开来。在任何时间都要保证现场良好的文明施工面貌；4.所有电焊作业现场需要有清洁明确的进出通道和应急逃生通道；5.所有电焊作业现场需要充足和稳定的照明；6.所有电焊作业现场必须有灭火器；7.在封闭、半封闭的空间内进行电焊作业，必须开启通风设备；8.电焊作业必须使用电焊面罩或电焊头盔、电焊手套、防护服、防护鞋；9.使用电焊机必须保证用电安全，电焊机箱体必须良好接地，所有设备经检查不存在漏电风险，所有电线悬挂在2米的高度；10.电焊作业现场应干燥，地面积水的情况下，不得从事电焊作业，搭铁线、焊把线不得浸没在水中。11.严禁在可燃物存放区域进行电焊作业；12.开始作业之前要对设备情况和现场状况进行检查，确保没有安全隐患后开始作业；项目经理：汪佑平雅益轩项目公司HotWorkSafetyRulesToAllWorkers:Hotworksincludewelding,cuttingandburningworkonsite.Toensuresafetyofhotworks,youmuststrictlycomplywithfollowinghotworksafetyrulesatanytime.Thisrequirementwillnotfreeofyourobligationstofollowfocalstatutorystipulationsoursafetyandhealthasandwhenrequiredwhentheyapply.BASICHOTWORKSAFETYRULESMUSTBEREMEMBEREDANDCOMPLIEDWITH:2.Onlycompetentworkerswhohaveattendedbe-monthlyrefreshtrainingcanworkonwelding,cuttingandburningworks.3.Beforeanyhotworkiscarriedout,theHotWorkPermitToWorkmustbeagreedandsignedbyMGKT,anddisplayedonsite.4.Hotworksiteshallhavespecificsignage,andseparatedfrompublicareawithphysicalbarriers.Goodhousekeepingshouldbemaintainedatanytime.5.Hotworksiteshallhaveclearaccessandemergencyescapeaccess.6.Sufficientandstableilluminationshouldbeprovidedforanyhotwork.7.Theremustbefireextinguisherathotworksites.8.Ventilationequipmentmustbeprovidedforhotworkinconfinedspace.9.Weldingmask,helmet,specialgloves,protectiveclothesandsafetyshoesmustbeusedinweldingwork.10.Protectivemask,specialgloves,protectiveclothesandsafetyshoesmustbeusedinoxy-acetylenecutting.11.Alloxy-acetylenegascylindersandburningtorchesmustbewithflashbackarrestorornon-returnvalve.12.Metalcuttingmustusespecialequipment.Measuresshallbetakentopreventsparks.13.Allequipmentandtoolsusedinhotworkmusthavetagsofinspectioninformations.Anyinspectionshouldberenewedmonthlyatleast.14.Electricalhotworkmustensureelectricalsafety;hangallwiresofequipmentsothatthereisnotelectricleakagerisk.15.OxygenandacetyleneCylindersarenotallowedtobestoredintunnelorstationmainbox.Theyshallbeplaceduprightinuseandstorage,andhavefixmeasurestopreventfalling.16.Inspectiontoequipmentandsiteconditionshallbecarriedoutandensurenosafetydangerpriortobeginninghotwork.17.AllhotworkersmustattendtheregularsafetytrainingorganizedbyNYTE.Mr.SunHangProjectManagerNanyangTunnelEngineeringSdnBhd
