河北工程大学毕业设计1设计总说明本设计来源于实际工程片上水库,水库控制流域面积10000平方公里,库容7.16亿立方米。死库容0.44亿立米可进行防洪、兴利的调节库容6.72亿立米。片上水库兴利任务,主要是农业灌溉和工业供水,发电服从灌溉和工业供水,在灌溉和工业引水出口各修建一水电站,利用灌溉和工业供水发电。灌溉供水电站为季节性发电,引水流量33m3/s,采用2台机组,总装机容量1.6万千瓦。电站尾水位为105.0~109.6m。工业给水结合发电,引水流量为4m3/s,装机2台机组,总装机容量2500千瓦,电站尾水水位为110.3m。由于水头变化范围较大,库水位在149m以下时,工业用水用旁通管下泄,此时机组可进行检修。枢纽建筑物包括主坝、溢洪道、导流泄洪洞、灌溉发电洞及枢纽电站组成。根据工程规模及其在国民经济中的作用,按SDJ12--78规范中设计标准,工程等级为二等,水库枢纽属于大(二)型,主要建筑物按二级设计,次要建筑物按三级设计,临时建筑物按四级设计。本设计的主要任务是片上水库导流泄洪洞设计。设计的内容是:确定进日高程,选样首部进日建筑物的型式,拟定喇叭口、渐变段形式,构造及尺寸,选择拦污栅,闸门及启闭机械类型;根据泄洪流量确定隧洞断面型式及尺习,并根据水流、地质、隧洞直径拟定衬砌的型式及尺寸,进行相应的水力计算及结构计算;拟定细部构造:如灌浆孔布置、分缝、排水等。本设计的主要技术资料:沿线岩层岩性主要为粉砂岩、细砂岩及砾岩,岩石较为坚硬,坚固系数Fk=4,单位弹性抗力系数Ko=2KN/cm³(200Kg/cm³),弹性模数E=4×105KN/cm2(0.4×105Kg/cm2),透水性较大。岩层顷向下游,山口段节理发育。本设计的原则为:通过毕业设计,使所学过的知识得到巩固扩大加深和系统化,同时加强运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,提高对实际工程的设计计算,绘图等基本技能,并有助于培养和建立正确的设计思想,实事求是,刻苦钻研,通过自己的努力从中受益,为尽快适应将来的工作和学习打下坚实的基础。由于时间比较短,有些地方难免做的不到位,做的不细致,望老师多多包涵。关键词:隧洞;闸门;衬砌;挑流消能:闸室。河北工程大学毕业设计2TheInstructionoftheDesignOriginallydesignandstemfromtheactualproject-piecesofgeakreservoir,piecesofpeakreservoirlieshanxiprovinceRinshuicountyNanpingditch1inthenorthwestofthevillage.0ozingtherivermastersteamtogetonofplaceof5kilometers,thereservoircontrols4990sq.km.ofdrainageareas,capacityofreservoir3.9,300millioncubicmeters.Reservoirrelymainlyonirrigatingandgeneratingelectricity,isitpreventfloodtocombine,canisitirrigatehighf1at,Jincheng,Yangcheng,Qinshuifourlandofcountytopilotashipintoharbour,area71.1333.333,long-termspreadto69333.333hectares.Theirrigatedareai,settocanupthetotaltrunkcanalofthericeandfourtrunkcanalstomakeupfor45secondsbyaflowofpilottingashipintoharbour,buildthehydropowerstationofthepivotandhydropowerstationoftheChinesescholartreevillageinplaceof24kilometersofthetotalheadofthecanaloftruckcanalandlowreaches,totalinstalledcapacity31450electricity.Thereservoirpreventsfloodthestandard.isdesignedasacentury,checkinmillennium,protectthedamintenthousandyears.Pivotbuildingincludingmaindam,spillway,waterconservancydiversionletoutliongdong,isitgenerateelectricitytheholeandpivothydropowerstationmakeuptoirrigate.Accordingtothescaleofprojectandroleinnationaleconomy,pressSDJ12-Designstandardinthe78norm,project,etc.second-class,resevoirpivotbelongslarg(2)type,themainbuildingisdesignedaccordingtosecond,thesecondarybuildingisaccordingtodesigningtertiarily,thetemporarybuildingisdesignedaccordingtofourgrades.Maintaskthatdesignoriginallywhetherpiecesofpeakresevoirwaterconservancydiversionreleasefloodwaterthedesignofthetunnel.Themaincontentdesignedis:ConfirmandimporthighCheng,choosethefirstpatternofenteringwaterbuiding,drafttheformofthehornmouth,accordingtoreleasefloodwaterflowconfirmtunnelsectionpatternandsize,andaccordingtoravers,geology,tunneldiameterdraftisitbuidformandsizetolinewith,carryoncorrespondingwaterconservancyandcalculateandthestructureiscalculated,Draftingthedetailisbeingconstructed.Blockastospillwaywaterandsoildesign,stoneofdamtomakesomeroughsurenessofthesizennthewhole.河北工程大学毕业设计3Maintechnicaldataoriginallydesigned:Therockstratum,rockalongthe工ineare,mainlyfloursandandrock,finesandandrockandconglomerate,therockiscomparativelyhard.FirmcoefficientFk=4,unitelasiticreactancestrengthcoeffcientKo=2KN/cm³(200Kg/cm³),playsmouldE=4×105KN/cm2(0.4×105Kg/cm2),waterpermeabilityisrelativilygreat.Theinclinationlowreachesofrockstratum,exportthehaircutforafestivaltobreed.Prinicipleoriginallydesignedismainly:Throughgraduationproject,maketheknowledgestudiedconsolidate,expandedstrengthensandsystematizedding,isitusetheoryknowledgesolveabilityofpracticalproblemtostrengthenatthesametime,raisetoactualdesigncalculating,drawing,etc.basicskillofproject,trainandsetupcorrectdesignphilosophy,seektruthformfacts,studyassiduousl.y,benefitfromitthroughonesefforts,finishtheessentialaccumulationinordertomeetneedsofsocietyassoonaspossible.Becausetimeisshorter,unavoidablydouncompletlyinsomeplaces,doesnotdoitcarefully,hopetheteachersforgivemore.Keywords:tunnel:Gateway;liner;choosingcandisappear;thefloodgateroom.河北工程大学毕业设计4目录设计总说明···············································································1TheInstructionoftheDesign·························································21基本资料························································错误!未定义书签。1.1流域概况·························································································71.2气象·······························································································71.3洪水·······························································································71.4年径流····························································································81.5泥沙·······························································································81.6特征水位及库容···············································································81.7兴利调节·························································································91.8水电站··························································································10
