1“人生如戏”——主题小咖秀征集活动策划书ZERO工作室2目录一、活动背景··············································································3二、活动目的及意义··································································3三、活动主题··············································································3四、活动单位··············································································3五、活动时间与地点··································································4六、参与对象··············································································4七、活动开展··············································································4八、奖项设置··············································································5九、应急方案··············································································5十、经费预算··············································································63一、活动背景沉重的学业使校园生活未免乏味,日常的社团活动仍然不能满足大多数同学的娱乐需求。通过举办小咖秀征集旨在活跃学校的文化氛围,沉淀和发掘理工学子的娱乐精神,并积极推动和引导学校的精神文明建设,同时也给广大学子提供一个表现自我、展现自我的舞台,陶冶学生的思想道德情操,引导大家树立正确的价值观、人生观、世界观,弘扬积极向上、努力奋斗的时代精神,提高自身涵养。通过本次小咖秀征集展示也可以在一定程度上丰富积极正面的内容,净化和提升广大学生的学习和生活环境。二、活动目的及意义由主办方ZERO工作室运营的微信平台”宅理工“,通过线上与粉丝的互动活动让“宅理工”以及ZERO工作室进行双向推广,同时又能吸引更多的粉丝。力求让”宅理工“的平台品牌化,在校内新媒体领域具有更高影响力。三、活动主题人生如戏,全靠演技四、活动单位ZERO工作室五、活动时间与地点4月18日至5月3日在”宅理工“利用图文推送进行活动的宣传。首日可占据主版面,后几日只随日常推送内容在文末出现。4征集4月18日开始征稿,5月20日截稿,为一季。以链接或视频材料采取微信后台和邮箱投递材料。甄选5月3日至5月23以一周为周期,后台对征集材料进行整理汇合。展示5月5日每周四进行集中展示,每期5到7个展示。六、参与对象“宅理工”粉丝,长春理工大学在校大学生七、活动开展(一)宣传准备阶段(4.18~5.3)1、宣传形式:1)在微信平台做出图文推送、拟定相应主题,制定相应征集体系与安排2)在各期推送文末、做简洁的宣传提示,同时在菜单栏栏上做出本次活动的相应投递功能,保持大致一个月的时间2、人员安排:1)4月22日前定出相应的主题(全体zero)2)宣传图文设计与制作(图文组)3)征集体系与征集邮箱管理(人事组,电台组)4)后台功能开放(功能组)(二)活动进行阶段4月185月20日截稿。投稿方式主要有两种:一是将稿件投放至后台。二是将稿件发送至指定邮箱,作品一旦上传不能更改。(三)活动甄选,展示5月3日至5月23,随后编辑图文推送,5同时进行线上投票活动。(四)后续阶段为优秀作品制作特别推送,颁发荣誉证书(娱乐版)。甄选组成员图文组,电台组,人事组全体。八、奖项设置每期得票最多者将联系进行一期专门的优质作品推送。荣誉证书(娱乐电子版)。九、应急方案宣传阶段中后台功能若出现不稳定,可统一由客服代理收取材料。甄选与展示阶段若甄选组未收集到指定数量的投递材料,时间可适当推迟。十、经费预算后台维护和人员犒劳,视情况而定。
