合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案(百善新站)深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司二○一二年六月合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司1目录一、编制依据·······································································1二、工程概况及主要工程数量·················································2三、施工组织机构及主要人员及联系方式··································3四、工程施工方案··································································41.天网·················································································41.1避雷带···········································································41.2避雷网···········································································41.3引下线···········································································42.综合地网的建设································································52.1施工内容········································································52.2施工工艺技术标准····························································53.室内接地汇集线及等电位连接线············································73.1施工内容········································································73.2施工工艺技术标准····························································74.机械室及微机屏蔽房···························································94.1施工内容········································································94.2施工工艺技术标准····························································9五、电源系统防雷技术方案····················································10六、信号设备传输线防雷技术方案···········································11七、施工进度安排及质量保证体系··········································127.1质量方针·······································································127.2质量目标·······································································137.3施工质量保证措施···························································137.3效果保证措施·································································13八、安全保证及注意事项························································13九、文明施工及环境保护························································13合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司2一、编织依据国内标准:铁运[2006]26号《铁路信号设备雷电及电磁兼容综合防护实施指导意见》运基信号[2007]230号关于进一步加强铁路信号设备雷电综合防护管理的通知运基信号〔2007〕535号铁路信号设备雷电及电磁兼容综合防护举例设计TB10006-99《铁路通信设计规范》TB10007-99《铁路信号设计规范》国际标准:IEC61024《建筑物防雷》IEC61312《雷电电磁脉冲的防护》工程概述合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司3二、工程概况及主要工程数量1、施工范围:地方铁路各站序号车站序号车站1百善镇车站22、施工任务:合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷工程施工需完成的项目主要为:1)安装避雷带、避雷网、引下线;2)埋设综合接地装置;3)铺设室内接地汇集排和室内外接地引出线,信号设备接地连线;4)计算机连锁机房安装屏蔽。合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司4三、施工组织机构及主要人员及联系方式主要人员及联系方式序号姓名职务主要职责联系方式1孙伟义项目经理及工程管理整体工程管理138233430522蒋晓东商务负责人负责商务沟通协调186216688503张新禹项目经理助理现场总负责,协调及管理153742246785熊学敏技术员资料管理134287139196施工负责人现场施工管理与实施项目经理工程负责人商务负责人技术负责人作业队1作业队2作业队3作业队4合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司5四、工程施工方案1、天网1.1避雷带:1.1.1避雷带采用直径不小于8mm热镀锌圆钢,沿屋顶周边设置一圈,在直线段不应有高低起伏及弯曲等情况;距离墙体高度0.15m;并均匀设置避雷带支撑柱,间距不大于1m。1.1.2焊接:圆钢与圆钢的焊接长度必须大于圆钢直径的6倍且无虚焊,焊点平滑无毛刺,并做防锈防腐处理,焊接处先刷防锈漆,再刷银漆,防腐层在焊点四周延伸20~25mm。1.2避雷网:1.2.1在机械室的屋顶用40×4mm热度锌扁钢敷设成不大于3m×3m网格,微机室的屋顶用40×4mm热度锌扁钢敷设成不大于1m×1m网格,格交叉点焊接。每隔3米与避雷带焊接连通,安装平直牢固。1.2.2网格交叉点并用支撑柱垫高,确保避雷网与屋面(隔热层)不直接接触。1.2.3焊接,三面堆焊焊接,无虚焊,焊点平滑无毛刺,焊接处先刷防锈漆,再刷银漆,防腐层在焊点四周延伸20~25mm。1.3引下线:1.3.1采用直径为10mm热镀锌圆钢或40×4mm热度锌扁钢,将避雷带及综合接地网连接。每两根引下线间距不得超过18米,与其它电气线路距离大于1m。条件允许的情况下,应遵循与其余接地汇接线间距大于5米,与分线盘(柜)处间距大于5米的原则。1.3.2引下线可利用建筑物的主钢筋引下,竖向主筋上部应与避雷带合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司6焊接、下部应与基础接地网焊接,露出墙体部分应做防腐处理。2、综合地网的建设2.1施工内容2.1.1在距离信号楼墙体1—1.5m处建设一个环型接地网2.1.2分别设置电源引入处防雷箱地线、防雷分线柜地线、微机屏蔽地线、逻辑地、安全地线5处接地汇集排,与地网单点冗余连接。2.1.3引下线、汇集线与地网的连接处设置垂直接地体。2.1.4各种接地汇集线及引下线引向地网的接点处设置永久明显用途标记。2.2施工工艺技术标准:2.2.1材料:水平接地体:40mm×4mm热镀锌扁钢,镀层不小于20-60μm;垂直接地体:石墨接地体;2.2.2埋设:深度为土质地面0.7m以下;距建筑物外墙距离1-5m之内;2.2.3防雷接地模块:a.防雷接地模块采用石墨接地体,尽量设在引下线、汇集线接地处,或与其它地网连接处。b.金属石墨接地体(垂直接地体)极间与40×4mm热镀锌扁钢可靠焊接为一个整体,“石墨接地体”相互间距2米以上,均匀分布要求垂直埋设.合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司72.2.4.连接部分:a.按天网引下线和室内引出线的位置从地网预焊出数根扁钢在信号楼墙边(距地面高度600mm),以方便引下线和室内引出线与综合地网连接。b.电源防雷箱、分线盘柜、微机屏蔽地、逻辑地、汇集排引出线与室外接地网连接(两根25mm2有绝缘外套的多芯铜导线,装铜线鼻、铜锣栓与地网预焊出的扁钢相连)。c.避雷带的引下线与各室内汇集排(接地汇集线)的引出线,在接地装置上的连接点间隙大于5米。2.2.5焊接:a.焊接重合长度大于扁钢宽边的2倍,三面焊接,圆钢与圆钢,圆钢与扁钢(角钢)的焊接重合长度必须大于圆钢直径的6倍,(符合2B,6D要求)焊接无虚焊。b.焊接处采用“涂沥青”方式。焊好后敲掉氧化渣,上沥青漆做防腐防锈处理。2.2.6防锈防腐:焊接处防腐层应在焊点四周延伸20-25mm,埋入地下的焊点,防腐层必须大于5mm以上.2.2.7标记:敷设完后回填土时应分层夯实,不应夹有石块和建筑垃圾等,并埋设永久性标识“”(水泥地面用平行与地面的标识牌标明地网去向及用途;土质地面在上方树立好地网标桩)。合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司83、室内接地汇集线及等电位连接线3.1施工内容3.1.1在信号机械室内分别设置电源防雷箱地线、防雷分线柜地线(含电缆屏蔽地)、微机屏蔽地线、逻辑地、及安全地线共5处接地汇集排,并分别用两根25mm2有绝缘外套的多芯铜导线与综合地网连接。◆电源引入处防雷箱的地线单独从配电盘处引出到地网◆防雷分线柜地线单独从机械室引出到地网◆微机屏蔽地线设置后从微机室外墙引出到地网◆逻辑地线单独设置后从微机室外墙引出到地网◆安全地汇集排沿机械室所有设备设置,从机械室引出至地网。接地汇集排的长度一般为0.15、0.5m、1m或1.5m,根据连接地线的多少选取相应的长度。3.1.2将室内电气和电子设备的金属外壳、机柜、机架、信号设备工作地、防静电接地、电缆金属屏蔽外层、保护地、防雷器地等各种裸露金属物,以最短的距离就近连接到等电位汇集排上。3.1.3室内所有防雷配线均采用阻燃线,走最直接的路径以减少配线的长度和方向变化。防雷配线与既有设备的配线分开布放,以减少相互间的电磁干扰。3.2施工工艺技术标准:3.2.1汇集排采用30mm*3mm紫铜排,沿室内墙踢脚线上方水平明铺,合肥地方铁路信号系统综合防雷施工组织设计方案深圳科安达电子科技股份有限公司9离地面距离为15cm;在墙上间隔1m用螺栓及绝缘护套固定铜排。打螺栓时,检查路径是否暗埋线路。汇集排安装牢固,紧贴墙面平直不扭曲。3.2.2控制台室、继电器室、电源室的汇集排要相互连通,不得构成闭合回路。室内跨门处等电位汇集排从地板下方通过。3.2.3室内同一排不同的金属机架、柜之间用10mm2多股铜导线与贯通于机柜上的30mm*3mm的紫铜排栓接后,再用两根25mm2有绝缘外护套的多股铜线切地砖埋设,就近与接地汇集线连接。(以上所有连接部分都必须去漆)3.2.4接地汇集线及接地汇集线间的连接导体、接地汇集线与
