叙永县岩头上景观挡土墙工程观景亭至拦河坝段高横重式毛石混凝土挡土墙专项施工方案编制人:审核人:审批人:中铁二十局集团有限公司日期:年月日1目录一、编制依据·····································································································21、规范规程·········································································错误!未定义书签。2、图纸依据·········································································错误!未定义书签。二、工程概况·····································································································21、挡土墙规模······························································································22、挡土墙各专项工程的做法特点及要求·····························································3三、施工部署·····································································································31、项目组织机构··························································································32、岗位职责分工···························································································23、流水段划分······································································错误!未定义书签。四、施工进度计划·············································································································4五、分项工程施工方法·························································································41、混凝土挡土墙地基开挖···············································································42、模板工程·································································································63、混凝土工程······························································································54、施工缝与泄水孔的留置和处理······································································85、土方回填·································································································6六、质量保证措施·······························································································91、质量目标·········································································错误!未定义书签。2、质量管理体系···························································································73、质量保证措施········································································································7七、安全保证措施·······························································································81、安全目标·································································································82、安全管理体系···························································································83、安全保证措施················································································错误!未定义书签。2观景亭至拦河坝段高衡重式毛石砼挡土墙施工方案一、编制依据1、《建筑结构工程施工工艺标准》QCJJT-JS02-20042、《混凝土模板用胶合板》GB/T17656-19993、《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2002;4、《建筑施工钢管脚手架安全技术规程》;5、《建筑工程质量统一验收标准》GB50300-20016、《国家建筑标准设计图集》04J0087、设计变更单,编号2007第CQ08-G-1138、现场实际情况二、工程概况1、挡土墙形式本工程为叙永县岩头上景观挡土墙,采用C20毛石混凝土大体积挡土墙,设计选用《国家建筑标准设计图集》04J008第74页HJB11,地面到顶面高度为7~13.00米,基础埋深1米,外侧为1:0.1斜面,内侧呈1:0.2斜坡形,顶宽1200㎜,挡墙底宽度3750~4625㎜,基本形式见下面附图:3衡重式毛石混凝土挡土墙基本断面形式2、挡土墙各分项工程的做法特点及要求挡土墙地基开挖及处理:中风化或强风化地基,开挖过程出现局部风化而造成基础不平整,设计采用砂卵石换填至设计标高(由设计根据开挖后现场的实际地质条件进行决定后再作处理)。模板工程:由于该断面上部呈梯形,基础呈不规则形状,而且施工工期短,采用普通木模板、木方与φ48×3.5钢管扣件支撑的体系结构。毛石混凝土工程:挡土墙要求为C20毛石混凝土,毛石强度等级不得低于MU30,毛石掺入量不大于总体积的30%。毛石混凝土挡墙要求每隔10m一道变形缝,变形缝宽度20~30mm,缝内沿墙的内、外、顶三边填塞涂沥青木板,塞入深度不小于200mm。挡墙设置泄水孔,孔眼尺寸为100mm,孔眼间距2m米,上下左右交错设置,泄水孔向外坡度为5%,最低一排泄水孔的出水口应高出地面200mm。3、主要特点与施工难点毛石混凝土挡土墙基础开挖场地处于永宁河中,开挖内壁土方深度超过10m,需要放坡较大。挡墙基槽三分之二处于河水中且是淤泥河和普坚石施工困难。毛石混凝土挡土墙墙体较高,施工操作难度较大,施工工期短。三、施工部署1、项目组织机构1.1本工程将全面实行项目部管理施工,工程项目管理是以高效率地实现项目目标为目的,以项目经理负责制为核心,以项目合同和成本核算制为主要内容,并对工程项目进行全过程、全方位的计划、组织、协调、控制的管理制度。1.2项目经理部将依据建设单位要求和公司对项目的规划和决策,具体制定和实施总体方针目标,包括工期、质量、安全等。项目经理部将受公司的方针目标考核,同时项目经理部还将接受建设单位和社会各方的监督和检查,最终为项目实现目标管理提供保障。1.3按照公司项目管理组织条例,本项目经理部将在公司总部的控制和协调下进行本工程的施工管理。1.4充分发挥我单位的优势,积极为用户服好务,保证干出一个重合同守信用,让业主满意的工程。42、岗位职责分工项目经理部主要管理人员配备如下:序号职务职责范围1项目经理项目负责人2项目技术负责人现场施工负责人3安全员现场施工安全负责人4施工员现场施工技术质量管理5质检员现场施工技术质量管理6材料员工程材料管理控制7预算员工程预(结)算四、施工进度计划本工程从2014年9月15日开始施工,到2014年10月20日完工。五、主要施工方法1、围堰截流1.1围堰截流方案选择须综合考虑工程本身水域、周围环境、与挡土墙的关系特点、成本及工期等方面的因素,在确保汛期河道畅通无阻的前提下,做到经济合理,节省投资。综合考虑截流水域深度,周边相邻边坡的要求,本工程截流采取的措施为:①先初步用沙袋截流;②抽排水;③清除河床淤泥;④施工放线。1.2、施工面积及材料准备1.2.1施工面积:截流河道面积总计约1000平方米1.2.2材料准备:初步截流阶段:(1)沙袋1000个;黄沙60立方;(2)抽排水阶段:口径Ø150水泵4台(配套水带);发电机一台;1.3、施工工艺及方法施工工艺:施工准备——围堰初步截流——抽排水——清理淤泥——施工放线1.3.1、施工准备:a、在取得叙永县水利局行政许可决定书后,我方立即组织相关人员对施工现场情况分析,河道宽约8.0米,长度约80米,水深约4.60米,从河道的原始资料得知,河道的底标高约为黄海高程333.5米;b、对现场进行测量放出边坡线,确认出截流的具体位置,以免在后续开挖过程中发生河道内水流入基坑。c、从现场的情况来看,没有施工道路连机械都不能进入,所有必须新平整场地修施工道路。51.3.2、围堰初步截流通过对现场的考察,我方将在永宁河靠岩头上侧处采用沙袋截流,上口宽度2m。具体措施为:用沙袋装好砂子,在河道中竖向打入4米长钢管@400,然后顺着钢管边堆码沙袋,上口确保2m宽呈梯形承台,堆码必须迅速,起到初步截流的措施。1.3.3、抽排水:现场拟采用4台Ø150口径水泵,4台Ø80口径的水泵,派专人进行连续抽水约3昼夜,具体按日抽水量确认。力争将水在3天抽排完成。1.3.4、在抽水完成后,对河底的淤泥进行清理干净,先在封闭的河道两端用人工开挖1m×1m×1m的集水井各1个,确保有渗水及雨水进入时可及时抽排。1.4、安全防护措施:1.4.1、进入河道施工的人员必须经过项目技术人员的交底,以免在施工的过程中出现安全事故。1.4.2、抽水设备必须派专人操作、看管,严禁非专业人员私自操作用电设备。1.5、应急预案:如发生接连几天的汛期、百年罕见的大水入侵,为防止险情扩大,使灾害损失减少到最低限度,特制定本应急预案来指导防汛工作。1.5.1、组织机构及职责由中成集团项目部成立应急响应指挥部,负责指挥及协调工作。组长:成员:具体分工如下:1)组长:及时了解掌握险情,组织现场抢救总指挥。2):根据总指挥组指令,及时布置现场抢险,保持与当地防汛部门、建设行政主管部门的沟通。3):维护现场秩序、做好周围人员的问讯记录、保持与当地上级部门的沟通。4):负责妥善处理好善后工作,按
