精品资料网（）25万份精华管理资料，2万多集管理视频讲座精品资料网（）专业提供企管培训资料Standard:AllassociatesmustbeawareofSafetyandSecuritystandardsso,intheeventofanincident,correctprocedureswillbefollowed,toensurethesafetyofassociates,guestsandhotelproperty.标准：为确保员工和客人以及饭店财产的安全，所有的员工都必需清楚楼层和安全保卫的标准。一旦有意外情况发生时，够采取正确的工作程序解决问题。Procedures:1.Ensureallserviceareadoors,minibarstorageunitsandlaundrychutesarelockedatalltimes.2.EnsureHousekeepingbasketareneverleftincorridorsduringonmealbreaksetc.3.EnsurethatLinentrollysareneverplacedinfrontofFireextinguishersorFireExits.4.NotifytheHousekeepingofficeofmissingordamagedhotelpropertyineitherpublicareasorguestrooms.5.NotifytheHousekeepingofficeorSecuritydepartmentuponnotinganysuspiciousorunusualpersonsonthehotelpremises.6.EnsurethatanytypeofguestitemfoundinroomsofdepartedguestsaretakentotheHousekeepingofficeassoonaspossible.7.Understandandbecomfortableintheroleplayedduringahotelemergency,whetheritisamedical,firealarmorsecurityemergency.8.Usefiresafetyequipmentandrecitetheappropriatephrasestoguestsinthecaseofanevacuation.9.UnderstandtheroleswhichManagementandeachDepartmentplayinthecaseofanemergencyand/orevacuation.10.Ensureallelectricalequipmentisingoodworkingorderandcomestonoharmtoguestsand/orassociates.11.Understandallchemicalsandtheiruses,maintainingstrictsafetyprecautionsatalltimes.12.Allaccidentsmustbereported,onmatterhowminor,totheHousekeepingoffice.程序：1.保证所有服务区域的门，酒水柜门，布草滑道的门在所有的时间是锁上的。2.确保管家部工作篮在午饭时间不能停放在走廊。3.确保所有管家部布草车绝对不可以停放在紧急安全出口的门前。4.无论在公共区域或饭店客房内的任何饭店物品的丢失或损坏，应立即通知管家部办公室。5.若在饭店内发现任何可疑人士，应立即通知管家部办公室和保安部。6.确保所有酒店内的客人遗留物品在第一时间内交到管家部办公室。7.无论遇到何种情况，例如意外事故，火警，紧急情况，都能够遵循酒店的有关原则和政策做出相应处理和反应。8.在火灾疏散过程中，使用灭火设备，并用正确的语言疏导客人。9.了解在紧急情况下或疏散过程中，管理集团和各部门的主要作用。10.确保所有电器设备保持良好的工作状态，不会伤到饭店内的客人或员工。11.了解所有化学药品及其用途，保持严格的安全管理条例。12.不论大小，所有事故必须报给管家部办公室。13.事故报告必须由当事人详细完成事故经过，并由管家部文员或经理签字证明。精品资料网（）25万份精华管理资料，2万多集管理视频讲座精品资料网（）专业提供企管培训资料13.AnaccidentreportformmustbecompletedwithasmuchinformationprovidedbytheassociateandinthepresenceoftheHousekeepingcoordinatorand/orExecutiveHousekeeper.14.Ifmedicalattentionisrequired,theassociatewillbesenttothenominatedHotelMedicalcenterfortreatment.15.Beforechangelightbulbs,thelightmustbeturnedoffandtemperatureofbulbchecked.16.RoomAttendantisresponsibleforchangingbulbsfortablelamp,standinglampandnighttablelamps.17.LightbulbsthatarebrokenorceilingandfluorescentlightsoutofordermustbechangedbyEngineerelectrician.14.假如需要进行治疗，员工应该被送到指定医院内进行治疗。15.更换灯泡时，一定要先将电源关闭，并检查灯泡的温度，以防烫手。16.管家部员工负责更换台灯，落地灯和床头灯的灯泡。17.任何有破损的灯泡或天花顶灯的灯泡，以及因为线路问不能使用的灯泡必须由工程部负责安装。
