Elsevier投稿指南

现在准备投signalprocessing的fastcommunication,要求单栏双倍间距（其实其正规长文也要求双倍间距），在不含图表的情况下，文稿不超过10页全文双倍行距，图片，表格都是单独的上传的，图片做成PDF的上传能好一些，杂志会要求每张图片小于1M！字体一般是12ptor10pt，标题加不加粗都可以elsvier好多杂志的要求都差不多，正文字体12或10pt有的杂志要求编行号，有的不要求，表的列数要大于3，图的分辨率最好都大于300dpi/ppi，每一个表或图一般单放一页，参与文献的引用格式建议使用Endnote1.Referencescitedintextshouldbeindicatedbynumbersinbrackets,inlinewiththetext.在文中引用参考文献时，要按[1]这样去引，不要搞成上标。2.Providethecollectedfigurecaptionssequentiallyonaseparatepage.提供一个单独的图的标题页，格式如下：FigurecaptionsFig.1xxxFig.2yyyFig.3zzz...manuscript里面把文字放前面，图放最后，图片转成至少300dpi的tiff按照顺序一个个单独上传（注意有一些最小字符什么的限制，仔细看journal里面的guideforauthors），表格贴到word里面上传，highlight写在一个word里面，用bulletpoint标出来，有字符数限制，coverletter是给编辑的信，里面一般都是套话，讲一下文章写了什么东西，声明一下文章绝对原创，什么的。。最后按照顺序分别上传，然后系统会生成pdf，你看一下没问题的话确认了就好Typingyourmanuscriptfollowstheorder:Title,Authors,Affiliations,Abstract,Keywords,Maintext,Acknowledgements(optional),References(optional),Figurecaptions,FiguresandTables.Generally,doublelinespacing,12ptsfont,andTimesNewRomanarepreferredwhenyoutypethemanuscriptforreview.Thepreferablefileformatsare:EPS(forvectorgraphics)andTIF(forbitmaps).However,PDFandMSOffice(Word,Excel,Powerpointfigures)filesarealsoacceptable.Usefilenamesthatenabletoidentifytheircontentsintermsoffigurenumberandformat(e.g.fig1.tif,fig2.eps,fig3.pdf).Youareencouragedtouseequation-editingtoolssuchasmathtypetoeditequations.Pleasemakeuseofthenumberingandreferencingfunctions.FigureCaptions：Eachfigureshouldhaveaconcisecaptiondescribingaccuratelywhatthefiguredepicts.Includethecaptionsinthetextfileofthemanuscript,notinthefigurefile.FigurecaptionsbeginwiththetermFig.inboldtype,followedbythefigurenumber,alsoinboldtype.Nopunctuationistobeincludedafterthenumber,norisanypunctuationtobeplacedattheendofthecaption.Identifyallelementsfoundinthefigureinthefigurecaption;anduseboxes,circles,etc.,ascoordinatepointsingraphs.Identifypreviouslypublishedmaterialbygivingtheoriginalsourceintheformofareferencecitationattheendofthefigurecaption.FigurePlacementandSize：Figuresshouldbesubmittedseparatelyfromthetext,ifpossible.Whenpreparingyourfigures,sizefigurestofitinthecolumnwidth.Formostjournalsthefiguresshouldbe39mm,84mm,129mm,or174mmwideandnothigherthan234mm.Forbooksandbook-sizedjournals,thefiguresshouldbe80mmor122mmwideandnothigherthan198mm.表的要求是：AlltablesaretobenumberedusingArabicnumerals.Tablesshouldalwaysbecitedintextinconsecutivenumericalorder.Foreachtable,pleasesupplyatablecaption(title)explainingthecomponentsofthetable.Identifyanypreviouslypublishedmaterialbygivingtheoriginalsourceintheformofareferenceattheendofthetablecaption.Footnotestotablesshouldbeindicatedbysuperscriptlower-caseletters(orasterisksforsignificancevaluesandotherstatisticaldata)andincludedbeneaththetablebody.既然选项里有Figure和Table，你就单独上传，Manuscript里只写文字，把图和表的标题放在最后-Figurecaptionsarenotdetailedenough.Afigurecaptionshouldmakeitpossibleforthereadertounderstandthecontentsofthefigurewithoutconsultingthetext.Thefigurecaptionshouldalsogiveallexperimentalconditionsthatarenecessarytoreproducethemeasurements.-Standarderrorsshouldbegivenforallparametersdeterminedinthiswork,especiallyinTables2and3.最近完成了一篇邀稿综述，引用200余篇文献，文章编写过程中，图片和图表都是放在文中相关位子，方便修改和阅读。由于是综述文章，每个图片标题后面都有参考文献注明图片来源。有几个表格，因为对已做研究进行分类，所以表格中有大量引文文献。图片和表格的参考文献都是用endnote插入。Ensurethateachillustrationhasacaption.Supplycaptionsseparately,notattachedtothefigure.Acaptionshouldcompriseabrieftitle(notonthefigureitself)andadescriptionoftheillustration.Keeptextintheillustrationsthemselvestoaminimumbutexplainallsymbolsandabbreviationsused.1）Elsevier对投稿的稿件格式要求比较松，投稿时选择“YourPaperYourWay”的方式即可。只要你投稿时的稿件不影响审稿人阅读即可。也就是说你投稿时，直接把visio的图复制到word中就行了，调整好大小，能看清楚，不影响正常阅读和读图。把所有的图和表按照行文组织穿插在正文中就行了。投初稿时不用单独上传图、表等附件。只需要上传coverletter和manuscript即可。2）等你上传修改修改稿时，再单独上传图、表等附件就行。像Fig.2a、Fig.2b这种有多个子图组成的一整个图，Fig.2a、Fig.2b分别作为一个附件上传即可。3）我投的期刊不需要提供作者简历和照片，只提供单位名称和邮箱就行，这一条帮不上你了。4）对于截图等，用PS处理为300dpi，保留原始色彩就行了。Elsevier在出版时：网络版的，也就是供网上下载的PDF可以是彩色的。纸质版的印成灰色的就可以，灰色不单独收费，如果纸质版印成彩色的就要单独收费。figurecaptionpage是指图的标题页。就是要把所有的图的标题页放在一起，列一页
