9014浙江省检验医学学术年会I“中国•杭州I2014年8月20-22曰大会发言糖类抗原724(CA724)水平在部分痛风患者体内升髙的原因分析宁波医疗中心李惠利医院黄芸菲吴巧萍杨俊杰【摘要】目的探讨痛风病人的血清CA724含量升高的原因。方法1.选取痛风病人40例，在入院首日测定尿酸、血沉、超敏CRP�AFP�CEA��CA125�CA153�CA199和CA724的水平。同时选取40例正常健康体检者作为对照组，进行回顾性研究。并分别对痛风组的CA724与血沉、超敏CRP和尿酸进行相关性分析。2.将40例痛风病人按是否在入院前进行过抗痛风的治疗分为A和B两组，比较各组的CA724�血沉、超敏CRP和尿酸水平，采用独立样本T检验进行统计学分析。结果痛风患者与正常对照组的CA724水平差异有统计学意义�P0.05)，但其它肿瘤标志物水平差异却无统计学意义性，CA724水平与尿酸、血沉、超敏CRP并无相关性。A�B组的CA724测定值有明显差异(P0.05),但血沉、超敏CRP和尿酸水平却无明显差异。结论抗痛风治疗的药物可能干扰CA724的测定，其原因是可能剌激机体产生了类似CA724的物质’排除药物干扰因素对提高CA724检测准确性具有临床意义。关健词痛风；CA724;干扰Analysisofthecauseofelevatedcarbohydrateantigen724(CA724)levelinsomepatientswithgoutHuangYunfei,WuQiaoping,YangJunjieDepartmentofclinicallaboratory,NingboMedicalCenterLiHuiLihospital315010,China.[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethecauseoftheelevatedCA724levelinpatientswithgout.Methods1.40patientswithgoutinourhospitalwithweredetectedserumconcentrationofAFP�CEA�CA125�CA153�CA199�CA724�uricacid�erythrocytesedimentationrate(ESR)�hypersensitivityCRP.and40casesofnormalhealthyindividualswereselectedascontrolgroup,theywerestudiedretrospectively.AndwealsoanalysisthecorrelationbetweenCA724anduricacid,ESR，hypersensitivityCRP.2.40goutpatientsweredividedtotwogroups(AandBgroup)accordingtowhetherhavingbeenacceptedtreatmentbeforeadmission，andthelevelsofhigh-sensitivityCRPandCA724andESRwerecomparedbetweentwogroups,usingindependentsamplesT-test.ResultsUnlikeothertumormarkers(AFP�CEA�CA125�CA153�CA199),therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferencesinCA724levelsbetweenthepatientswithgoutandnormalgroup(P0.05),theelevatedCA724hadnocorrelationwithuricacid,erythrocytesedimentationrate,highsensitiveCRP.TheCA724inthetreatedgroupweresignificantlydifferentfromanothergroup(P0.05).ConclusionsDrugsofthetreatmentforgoutcaninterferethedeterminationofCA724,itlikelytostimulatethebodytoproduceasubstancesimilartoCA724.Itisclinicalsignificancetoimprovetheaccuracyoftumormarkersbyexcludedruginterferencefactors.[Keywords]Gout,Carbohydrateantigen72-4;Interference•58•
