1、-1-盐城纺织职业技术学院2012届学术论文题目:细纱机附加压力棒实验分析姓名:陈花学号:09104203专业班级:纺贸912指导教师:周彬2011年06月细纱机附加压力棒实验分析摘要-2-摘要为进一步改善细纱条干水平,通过分析细纱牵伸区附加压力棒的牵伸机型,并对加装压力棒前后纺纱条干的质量进行了试验对比。试验证明:细纱牵伸区装加压力棒后,不仅成纱的质量有了明显提高,而且可提高细纱牵伸倍数,减少前纺设备投入。同时提出细纱压力棒配置和使用时应注意的问题,以便更好的发挥压力棒牵伸作用。同时介绍了压力棒隔距块的结构及特点,分析了细纱机前区附加压力捧隔距块的作用原理。在后区为平面牵伸和V型牵伸的机型上,前区使用压力棒隔距块来进行CJ14.5tex的纺纱试验,结果表明:细纱前区附加压力棒隔距块后成纱的质量都有明显改善,且平面牵伸形式改善效果更明显。指出在使用压力棒隔距块时要注意的问题,说明压力棒隔距块很经济实用,是一种值得推广的新型纺纱器材。关键词:细纱;压力棒;牵伸机理;质量对比;配置原则;压力棒隔距块;前牵伸区;成纱条干;牵伸倍数;纺纱实践细纱机附加压力棒实验分析Abstract-3-Ab。
