毕业设计(论文)外文翻译题目。。。水电站电气一、二次设计专业电气工程及其自动化(电力)班级。。。学生。。。指导教师。。。。2011年2010InternationalConferenceonPowerSystemTechnology1NewChallengestoPowerSystemPlanningandOperationofSmartGridDevelopmentinChinaZhangRuihua,DuYumei,LiuYuhongAbstract--Thefuturedevelopmenttrendofelectricpowergridissmartgrid,whichincludessuchfeaturesassecureandreliable,efficientandeconomical,cleanandgreen,flexibleandcompatible,openandinteractive,integratedandsoon.Theconceptandcharacteristicsofsmartgridareintroducedinthispaper.Onthebasisofpracticalnationalsituation,thedevelopmentplansofsmartgridinchinawithChinesecharacteristicsareproposed.Smartgriddevelopmentinchinais2basesoninformationtechnology,communicationtechnology,computertechnologywiththehighintegrationwithinfrastructureofgenerating,transmissionanddistributionpowersystem.Besides,smartgriddevelopmentinchinabringsforwardmanynewchallengeandrequirementsforpowersystemplanningandoperationin9keytechnologiesasbelow:1.Planningandconstructionofstrongultrahighvoltage(UHV)powergrid2.Large-scalethermalpower,hydropowerandnuclearpowerbasesintegrationofpowergrid3.Large-scalerenewableenergysourcesintegrationofpower3grid4.Distributedgenerationandcoordinateddevelopmentofthegridsofvariousvoltageratings5.Studyonsmartgridplanninganddevelopingstrategy6.Improvethecontrollabilityofthepowergridbasedonpowerelectronicstechnology.7.Superconductivity,energystorageandothernewtechnologieswidelyusedinpowersystem8.Powersystemsecuritymonitoring,fastsimulation,intelligentdecision-makingandcomprehensivedefensetechnology9.Theapplicationofemergencyandrestorationcontroltechnologyinpowersystem4Inresponsetothechallenge,thispaperpresentsthemainresearchcontents,detailedimplementationplanandanticipatedgoalsofabove9keytechnologies.SomemeasuresandsuggestionsforpowersystemplanningandoperationofsmartgriddevelopmentinChinaaregiveninthispaper.IndexTerms--smartgrid,powersystemplanning,powersystemoperation,keytechnologies,large-scalepowerbases,informationandcommunicationtechnology,computertechnology.ZhangRuihuaiswiththeInstituteofElectricalEngineering,ChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS),Beijing100190,China(E-mail:ruihuazh@mail.iee.ac.cn).5DUYumeiiswiththeInstituteofElectricalEngineering,ChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS),Beijing100190,ChinaLiuYuhongiswiththeInstituteofElectricalEngineering,ChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS),Beijing100190,China978-1-4244-5940-7/10/$26.00.2010IEEEI.INTRODUCTIONWITHtheincreasingpressureonenvironmentalprotection,energyconservingandpersistencedevelopsimprovesgraduallyrequiredforsociety.Atthesametime,powermarket-orienteddevelopmentconsistentlyandprovidehigherelectricenergyreliabilityandqualityarerequiredforconsumer_Itrequirethatthefuturesmartgridmustcanto6providesecure,reliable,clean,highqualitypowersupply,isabletoadapttovariousofelectricpowergeneration,needbeingabletoadapttohighlybecomemarket-orientedelectricpowerexchangeespecially,actingonselfsownbeingabletoadapttocustomerespeciallychoosesneed,further,improvetheamplepowergridassetsutilizationefficiencyandbeneficialresult,providehigherqualityservice.Forthispurpose,manycountrieswithoutexceptionlookuponsmartgridasfuturedevelopmentdirectionofpowergrid[1-4].Onthebasisofpresentsituationandpractical7condition,thedevelopmentplansofsmartgridinchinawithChinesecharacteristicsareproposed.Theimbalanceinthedistributionofenergyresourcesandthedevelopmentofregionaleconomicrequiresthehighefficientdevelopmentofenergyresourceinwesternregiontosatisfytheelectricitydemandofwholecountry.Besides,thelimitationofenvironmentalcapacityconfinesconventionalcoal-firedthermalpowerinEastChina,whichrequiresanewmodelofpowersupply,whichwillcarryoutlarge-scalepowerflowsandbalancebetweenregions[5].8ThepowersystemconditionindifferentareasofChinaisverydifferent.TheconditionofChina'senergyandelectricityloaddistributiontodeterminethelong-distancelargescalepowertransmissionwillbethedirectionofthedevelopmentofChina'spowersystem_So,thisdeterminedthesmartgridofChinawiththecommoncharactersofsmartgrid,itwiththeuniquecharactersoflargesendingends,largereceivingends,largepowertransmissiongrid[6-9].Smartgriddevelopmentinchinaisbasesoninformationtechnology,communicationtechnology,computertechnology9withthehighintegrationwithinfrastructureofgenerating,transmissionanddistributionpowersystem[10-13].Smartgriddevelopmentinchinaaddressesmanynewchallengeandrequirementsforpowersystemplanningandoperationin9keytechnicalaspects.Toresponsethechallenge,thepaperpresentsmainresearchcontentsandkeytechnologiesintheareaofpowersystemplanningandoperation,andproposeddetailedimplementationprocedureandanticipatedgoals.Finally,somemeasuresandsuggestionsforpowersystemplanningandoperationaboutChinasmartgrid10developmentaregiveninthepaper.II.DEFINITIONANDCHARACTERISTICSOFSMARTGRIDA.TheDefinitionofSmartGridBasedonphysicalpowergrid,smartgridisanewtypepowergridwhichhighlyintegratesmodernadvancedinformationtechniques,communicationtechniques,computerscienceandtechniqueswithphysicalgrids.Ithasmanyadvantages,suchasimprovingenergyefficiency,reducingtheimpacttoenviro
