主任致辞/ContentsIntroductionOrganizationFrameworkResearchHighlightsResearchTeamsJointResearchLabsAcademicExchangesPublications&Patents/1/2/3/6/110/113/12512实验室简介/Introduction机构框架/Organizationframework●学术委员会/AcademicCommitteeTheStateKeyLaboratoryofPrecisionMeasurementTechnologyandInstrumentsisanational–levelkeylaboratory,whichwasapprovedbytheNationalPlanningCommissionin1990,jointlyorganizedbyTsinghuaUniversity(THU)andTianjinUniversity(TJU),andestablishedandofficiallyopenedtothepublicin1995.Theresearchofthelaboratorycoverstwonationalfirst-levelkeydisciplinesandtheassociatedsecond-classdisciplines,i.e.,theInstrumentScienceandTechnology(inTHUandTJU)andtheopticalEngineering(inTHU).Thelaboratoryhastwosubdivisions,locatedinTHUandTJU,separately.TheresearchofthelaboratoryfocusesonPrecisionMeasurementTechnologyandInstruments,withtheemphasesonbothfundamentalandappliedaspects.Bycombiningmultidisciplinarynewknowledgeandtechnologies(suchasthoseinoptoelectronics,lasers,electronics,computerscience),thelaboratoryaimstodevelopnewprinciplesandmethodsofprecisionmeasurementandthekeytechnologiesintheimprovementininstrumentscience.Theresearchmainlycoversthefollowingfourareas:1.Laserandoptoelectricmeasurementtechnology2.Sensingandinformationmeasurementtechnology3.Micro-andNano-measurementandfabricationtechnology4.Qualitycontrolinmanufacturingtechnology●实验室负责人/LeaderofLaboratory34国家级奖励/ResearchHighlights1.正交偏振激光器及基于其振荡特性的精密测量仪器2.基于激光频率分裂的内应力、波片位相延迟测量原理及仪器3.基于微纳米技术的新型超级电容器及其实现4.空间微系统及纳型卫星565.激光合成波长纳米位移测量方法及应用6.测长方法创新及固体密度基准的建立研究小组介绍/ResearchTeams78CaoLiangcaiPh.DAssociateProfessor.Hewasbornintheyearof1977.From1995to2001,hestudiedinthedepartmentofPhysicsinHarbinInstituteofTechnologywithaBSdegreeandMSdegreeinOptics.In2005,hegotaPh.DdegreeinOpticalEngineeringinTsinghuaUniversity.ThenheworkedasafacultyinTsinghuaUniversityaftergraduation.Intheyearof2009,hewasavisitingscholarinUniversityofCaliforniaatSantaCruz.AndhewasalsoinvitedtoconductavisitingresearchinNationalCentralUniversityofTaiwan.Heisnowopeningcoursesinopticalinformationprocessingandmodernopticalexperiments.Hisresearchinterestsincludevolumeholographicopticalelements,opticalpatternrecognition,opticalmemoryandopticalcomputing.Hehasmorethan40paperspublishedandholds8patents.HewasissuedthefirstclassBeijingScienceandTechnologyAwardsin2005.HewasissuedthefirstclassteachingawardsinTsinghuaUniversityin2008.JinGuofangraduatedfromtheMechanicalEngineeringDepartment,PekingUniversityin1950.Heworkedasanassistant,associateandfullprofessorinTsinghuaUniversitytillnow.From1985-1990heservedastheChairmanoftheDepartmentofPrecisionInstrumentsandin1995-1999astheDeanofSchoolofMechanicalEngineeringinTsinghuaUniversity.From1991-1995hewaselectedtobethevice-presidentoftheNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina.In1994hewaselectedasamemberoftheChineseAcademyofEngineering.Heisalsoveryactiveinsocialactivity,suchas,hewasthevice-presidentoftheChineseInstrumentSociety,thevice-presidentoftheCommitteeofScienceandTechnologyoftheMinistryofEducationofChina,theBoardMemberoftheChineseAcademyofEngineering,andthevice-presidentoftheChineseOpticalSociety.From2002to2008,hewasvice-presidentoftheInternationalCommissionforOptics.Hiscurrentinterestsinresearchareopticaldesign,opticalmeasurement,binaryopticsandopticaldatastorage.Hehaspublishedthreebooks“ComputerGeneratedHolograms”,“BinaryOptics”and“LaserMetrology”,andmorethanthreehundredpapersondifferentjournals.HehasbeenawardedbymanyNationalAwardsofScienceandTechnology.HeisaFellowofOSAandSPIE.TanQiaofengreceivedhisBSofEngineeringandPhDinOpticalEngineeringattheTsinghuaUniversityin1996and2001,respectively.NowheisanassociateprofessorintheDepartmentofPrecisionInstruments.Hisresearchinterestsmainlyfocusonbinaryoptics,includingtheoreticalanalysis,optimizationalgorithm,performanceevaluationandpracticalapplications.Inrecentfiveyears,hepublishedmorethanthirtySCIjournalpapersandissuedfiveChinapatentsandoneUSApatent.BinaryOpticsisakindofdiffractiveopticalelementdesignedbyCAD(ComputerAidedDesign)andfabricatedbyVLSI(VeryLargeScaleIntegration)andinkindhightechnology.BinaryOpticshasalotofadvantages,suchashighdiffractionefficiency,specialdispersiveperformance,moreselectivityfordesigningparameters,morematerialcanbeutilizedasthesubstrateandconsequentlymorefunctionsbeyondtraditionalrefractive/reflectiveopticalsystemcanberealized.OurgrouphascarriedoutresearchonBinaryOpticsforabout20yearsandmainlyfocusesonitspracticalapplications,includingbeamcontrol,lasermachining,opticalinformationprocessing,opticaldisplay,opticalmeasurementandsoforth.Thehigh-dengsity,large-capacityandhigh-speedopticalvolumeholographicdatastorageareinvestigated.Themultiplexingmethod,storagemedia,channelprocessingandintegrationofthestoragesystemareexplored.Theparallelprocessingofthevolumeholographiccorrelatorsisverypromisingintheapplicationsofbiometricrecognition,remotesensingimageprocessingandorthogonaltransform.●研究方向ResearchDirections信息光学InformationOptics910●主要研究进展1.AstheLCDpanelhasnofunctionofspontaneouslyemittinglight,backlightsystem
