AppointmentAgreementPartyA:AlpesBabyBilingualChildren’sEducation甲方：瑞欧宝贝双语儿童教育PartyB:PhoneNo.:乙方：电话：AccordingtoPartyA’sworkingneed,PartyAandPartyBreachthefollowingagreementonthebasisofequality,willingnessandconsensusandwilljointlycomplywithit.甲乙双方本着平等、自愿、诚信的原则，就甲方聘用乙方担任兼职教师事宜，经协商甲乙双方达成如下协议：1.PartyAappointsPartyBasPart-timeTeacherwithanappointmenttermofoneyears,fromto.甲方聘请乙方为兼职老师，从年月日到年月日。2.PartyA’sRightsandObligations甲方的权利与义务(1)PartyAappointsPartyBasPart-timeTeacherandwillprovideastableandsafeworkingenvironmenttoPartyB.甲方聘请乙方为兼职老师，需提供乙方稳定和安全的工作环境。(2)PartyAneedstoprovidedetailsofstudentstoPartyBbeforearrangingPartyBtoteachcoursessothatPartyBcancarryouttargetedinstruction.甲方需要提供详细的学生信息给乙方，以便乙方能制定相应的课程目标。(3)PartyAaminePartyB’steachingwork.甲方会对乙方的教学工作进行考核。(4)PartyAwillgiverewardsorreducesalariesaccordingtoPartyB’sexaminationresults.甲方会根据考核结果来加减工资。(5)PartyAshouldinformPartyBpriortoonedayifclasshoursneedtobeaddedaccordingtostudents’actualconditions.如果课程时间会增加，甲方应该提前一天通知乙方。3.PartyB’sResponsibilitiesandObligations乙方的责任和义务(1)PartyBiswillingtobeappointedasPart-timeTeacherbyPartyAandperformcorrespondingresponsibilitiesandobligations.乙方按照规定作为甲方的兼职老师需履行相应的责任和义务。(2)PartyBshouldactivelygivecoordinationandparticipateinteachingresearchexchange,frequentlyreflectstudents’performancesandjointlytakeeffortswithPartyAtotakefulladvantagesofpersonalizededucation.乙方要积极协调和参与教研交流，经常反映学生的表现，共同努力与甲方充分发挥个性化教育的优势。(3)IfPartyBneedstochangeteachingtimeduetospecialreasons,heorsheshouldinformPartyAofitpriorto3days.乙方因特殊原因需要改变授课时间的，应提前三天通知甲方。(4)Duringteachingcourses,PartyBmustobeyPartyA’sworkingsystemandstrictlycarryoutinstructionaccordingtoteachingplanandprogressbutshouldnotconflictwithstudentsandparents.在教学过程中，乙方必须遵守甲方的工作制度，严格按照教学计划和进度进行教学，不得与学生和家长发生冲突。4.SalaryandPaymentMethod薪酬与支付方式(1)PartyB’sclasshoursalaryis/class.乙方课时为每课。(2)Paymentmethod:itwillbepaidon5thpermonth.缴费方式：每个月五号。5.Theagreementwillbeexecutedafterbeingsignedandisinduplicate.PartyAandPartyBrespectivelykeepone.本协议经签署后一式两份，一式两份。甲、乙双方分别保留一个。PartyA：PartyB：甲方（签字）：乙方（签字）：Date：Date：日期：日期：
