价格保护

如果联想降低某种产品的价格或提高折扣，对于贵方直接从联想获得的产品（即已在贵方的库存中或在运输途中的产品），贵方有资格得到降低价格或提高折扣的待遇。但是，以优惠计划（例如，促销价格或优惠激励计划）获得的产品可能无法获得全部折扣额。贵方必须在更改生效日期起一（1）个月内以书面形式向联想核实贵方的库存。折扣额指任何调整之后贵方已支付的价格以及新价格之间的差异。IfwedecreasethepriceorincreasethediscountforaProduct,youmaybeeligibletoreceiveapricedecreasecreditoradiscountincreasecreditforthoseyouacquireddirectlyfromusthatareinyourinventory,orintransit.However,Productsacquiredfromusunderaspecialoffering(forexample,apromotionalpriceoraspecialincentive)maynotbeeligibleforafullcredit.Youmustcertifyyourinventorytousinwritingwithinonemonthoftheeffectivedateofthechange.Thecreditisthedifferencebetweenthepriceyoupaid,afteranyadjustments,andthenewprice.priceprotection.Thisisinsomewayslikeacompanypricematchingitself.:^)Morespecifically,thecompaniesthatdothisoffertorefundaportionofyourpurchaseprice,iftheproductyouboughtdropsinpricewithinacertaintimeframeafteryoubuyit.Atypicalperiodoftimeis30days.Apriceprotectionguaranteeextendsassurancestoaconsumerthatuponbuyinganitem,ifthecustomerfindsthesameitemcheaperfromanothervendor,theoriginalsellerwillmatchthepricebyrefundingthedifferencetothebuyer.Somevendorsadvertiseanevengreateroffer,suchasa“115%priceprotectionguarantee,”indicatingtheywillrefundthedifferenceplus15%togivethecustomeranevendeeperdiscount.Atimerestraintof30daysistypical,andotherconditionsapplywhichcanvaryamongretailers.Priceprotectionisanagreementbetweenasellerandbuyer(ordistributor,whereby(i)inthecaseofapriceincrease,thebuyerwillbeabletocontinuepurchasingtheproductatthelowerpriceforaperiodoftimeafterthepriceincrease,and(ii)inthecaseofapricedecrease,thesellerwillgivethebuyeracreditorrebateforthedifferenceinpricebetweentheoldpriceandthenewpriceforallofthestockthebuyerhasonhandwhichwaspurchasedatthehigherprice.2.3价格保护(待定)-价格保护是联想在特定期间内因产品销售价格下降而给予贵方的价格补偿。-价格保护的范围仅适用于本文件规定的产品范围。-价格保护的计算依据是联想不定期发布的价格文件。-贵方申请价格保护的产品须同时满足以下条件：是贵方直接从联想提取的联想打印机及耗材产品（不包括那些联想文件规定不享受价格保护除外）；贵方在价格保护期间从联想所提产品数量与贵方的库存报告数量相比，以较小数量作为享受价格保护的基数。贵方应根据在价格变更生效日起全部库存和在途存货量，自通知价格变动宣布之日起三十（30）天内，向联想提交申请并务必使联想收到该申请；贵方已经递交最近三（3）个月的销售报告；贵方使用当前新价格文件提取的产品不享受当前的价格保护。-贵方应按联想的要求提供每月或双方另行商议周期的库存报告。联想会不定期进行盘点抽查，如发现实际库存与库存报告不符，将会给予相应的惩罚，具体参见联想另行发布的相关库存盘点文件。-价格保护以联想实际出货数量和每周库存报告为计算基础，以CreditNote形式发出。-联想价格保护计算的解释权属于联想。备注：请特别注意价格保护日期和适用的库存报告日期均为当前周的周日,如周日库存报告与月末库存报告合并发出，则价格保护日期与适用的库存报告日期均为当月月末。
