河南大学硕士学位论文产业结构视角下的河南省土地利用研究姓名：田源申请学位级别：硕士专业：土地资源管理指导教师：高建华2011-06I12II32002GDP2005-200942005-2008200652002-20091.412.07IIIAbstractWithChina’sacceleratingdevelopmentmodechange,itsregionalindustrialstructureisalsochangingconstantly,whichinturnleadstothetransformationoflandutilization.Byfacingtheallalonglandresourceconstraints,Industrialdevelopmentisboundtoraisenewdemandsofstructureadjustmentonlandresourcesallocation.Utilizationoflandresourcesdirectlyaffectsthedevelopmentoftheindustrialstructure,andconversely,industrialstructureevolutionwillinfluencethelandusingpattern,spacelayout,aswellasallocationandutilizationefficiency.Thecontradictionbetweendemandandscarcityoflandresourceshasbecomeincreasinglynotableovertheindustrialgrowth,therefore,optimizationofindustrialstructureandreasonableallocationoflandresourceshavebecomethekeyissuesformaintainingthecurrentregionaleconomicgrowth.Currently,HenanProvinceisbearingpressuresfrombothofthosetwoissues,andthecontradictionisespeciallyprominentduringtheprocessofdevelopmenttransformation.ThisarticlediscussestherationalityoflandutilizationinHenanProvince,andtriestoinvestigatetheadjustmentapproach,bylookingatitsindustrialdevelopmentstructure.Bysummingupthedomesticandforeignresearchanalysis,andcombingthroughassociatedtheories,thearticleanalysesthecharacteristicsandproblemsofHenanProvince’scurrentindustrialandlandusingstructure;bycomprehensivelyapplyinglandeconomiesandindustrieseconomics,thispapercombinessystemanalysis,qualitativeandquantitativeanalysis,theoreticalstudiesandempiricalresearch,toanalysestheimpactofindustrialstructureontheHenanProvince’slandusingstructure,throughtheaspectsofland-usingefficiency,industry-driverandstructuraldifferences.Further,authorsetsforthrelevantpolicyrecommendationsonhowtospeedupthereadjustmentoftheindustrialstructure,toIVstrengthentheconstructionofIndustryAgglomerationDistrictandtoutilizelandintensively.Researchshows:1.Landusestructureandindustrialstructurearecloselyrelated.Industrialstructuredecideslandusestructure,andlandusestructureprovidesthematerialfoundationforindustrialstructure.Landresourceisthebasisofeconomicdevelopment,andwithoutit,nogrowthispossibleforeverysingleeconomicsector.Continuousadjustmentsoflandusestructureprovideconditionsanddriversfortheadjustmentoftheindustrialstructure;Industrialstructureadjustmentcaninturncausechangesoflandusestructure,andsocanleadtoredistributionoflandresourcesbetweendifferentindustrialsectors,directionguidanceoflandresourcesdevelopmentandutilization,andinfluenceoflandutilizationeffectiveness.Atpresent,intheprocessofregionaldevelopmenttransformation,HenanProvince’slandusestructureisnotonlyfacingpressurefromreadjustmentoftheindustrialstructurebutalsothedevelopmentoflandusestructureitself.2.Researchonregionallandusestructurefromtheperspectiveofindustrialstructurecanbedonethroughtheaspectsofland-useefficiency,industry-driver,andstructuraldifferences.3.Currently,theoutputvaluetoland-spaceratioforHenanprovince’sPrimaryIndustryisquitelow,andhasbeengrowingslowly.TheratiosforSecondaryandThirdIndustryhavebeenonagrowingtrend,withtheThirdIndustryhavingthehighestGDPtoland-spacevalueandcontinuetogrowfast.Baseonthelandoccupationrate,through2005to2009,PrimaryIndustry’sproportiondidn’tdeclinealongitsoutput,becauseofthestrictenforcementoflandusecontrolsystem,whichaimstopreserveagriculturalland;SecondaryandThirdIndustry’slandoccupationaregrowing,andthisisconsistentwiththeirincreasingoutput,however,notablythegrowthrateisnotashigh,thankstotheadoptionofintensiveutilizationofland.Intermsofemploymentvolumetolandratio,theSecondaryIndustry’sVrateisdecreasing,whiletheThirdIndustry’srateisincreasing,withthePrimaryIndustrywasleftfarbehind.4.Through2005to2009,Henanisgraduallyoptimizingandupgradingitsindustrialstructure.Inthemeantime,Henanprovince’sEcologicalEnvironmentResourceEfficiencyisdecreasing,whileallothersectors’ratesareincreasing,andsoleadtoanoverallincreaseofLandResourceEfficiency.Theendresultispositive,butstillraisesourconcernthatinpursuitofeconomicandsocialdevelopment,Henanmustalsopayattentiontoenvironmentalprotection,soastoraisetheEcologicalEnvironmentResourceEfficiencyoflanduse.5.Deviation-coefficientofindustrialstructureandlandusestructurereferstotheabsolutevalueofdifferencebetweentherateofchangesforthosetwostructures.Thegreaterthedeviationofcoefficient,thelargerthegapbetweentheindustrialstructureandlandusestructure,andviceversa.InthecaseofHenanprovince,thevalueincreasedfrom1.4to12.07from2002to2009,andindicatesthatHenanProvince’sindustrialstructureischanginginagreaterspeedthanitslandusestructure.ThisimpliesfurtherthatHenan’sLandResourceEfficiencyisoptimizinggradually,andeconomicbenefit,socialbenefitandecologicalbenefitfromutilizingthelandresourcearealldevelopinginacoordinatedmanner.Keywords:HenanProvince;IndustrialStructure;LanduseStructure;Optimize1111.1[1][2].GDP70[3][4][5]2[6][7]43%[8][9]1.21.2.1131.2.210%-20%10%-20%20%-40%10%-20%10%-20%20%-40%20%-40%20%-40%20[10][11]41.31.3.11.3.21.3.31-1151-1622.12.1.1123272.1.21
