I 磨料水射流喷头及前混合箱摘要磨料水射流是近几年发展起来的一种新的加工技术,磨料水射流分为前混合式和后混合式。前混合式磨料水射流是预先将磨料于水充分混合,再经过高压泵及增压装置的通过喷头装置产生高速流动的浆液射流,与后混合式磨料水射流相比,它具有更大的切割能力,但同时也存在磨料连续均匀供料问题和喷嘴的寿命问题。磨料水射流实验装置包括喷头、前混合箱、连续供料系统、循环过滤系统以及控制箱部分组成。前混合箱装置主要提供连续供料、均匀混合等作用,他的机构设计直接影响磨料水射流切割能力与效率。喷嘴的材料、形状和尺寸的设计直接影响射流的出口速度与压力。为此,本文对前混合式磨料水射流的前混合箱及喷头进行了详细的设计计算。关键词:磨料水射流;前混合箱;喷头II Abrasive water jet nozzle and the former mixed box Abstract Abrasive water jet is recently developed a kind of new processing technology, abrasive water jet is divided into former hybrid and after hybrid. Former hybrid abrasive water jet is presegregation of abrasive and water grout, then after fully mixing highpressure pumps and vasopressor device through the nozzle produce highspeed flow slurry jet, and the hybrid abrasive waterjet, it has more than the cutting ability, but also exists abrasive continuously even the materials problems and nozzle life problem. Abrasive water jet experiment equipment including nozzle, former mixed box, continuous material feeding system, circulation filter system and control box components. Former mixed box device is mainly to provide continuous material feeding, mixing effects, and its mechanism design directly affects abrasive water jet cutting ability and efficiency. Nozzle materials, shape and size of the design directly affects jet velocity and pressure exports. Therefore, in this paper the former hybrid abrasive waterjet mixed boxes and nozzle before a detailed design calculation.
