海外KD工厂索赔业务培训教程TheTrainingCourseonClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants上海吉利美嘉峰国际贸易股份有限公司制造技术部ManufacturingTechnologyDept.GeelyInternationalCorporation2013年8月2日2August2013目录/Contents一.海外工厂索赔业务简介BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants二.KD质量信息流程的操作OperationofKDqualityinformationflow三.现场索赔确认单的制作Makingouttheclaimformofon-siteconfirmation一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants1、索赔业务术语ThetermsrelatedtoKDpartsclaim物料索赔:指甲方按销售合同规定所提供的KD产品,在运抵乙方指定的地点后,在开箱验货、生产组装及调试过程中,因甲方原因,出现漏发或错发的物料损坏或报废、KD物料功能不全或功能丧失等质量事件,乙方因维护生产需要而向甲方提出补偿物料损失的索赔要求,甲方根据协议规定,满足乙方索赔要求的过程。Partsclaim:PartsclaimreferstotheprocessthatafterPartyAhasshippedtheKDpartssuppliedbyPartyAaspertheSalesContracttotheplacedesignatedbyPartyB,therearetobefound,duetoPartyA’sreason,theissuessuchaspartsbeingshort-deliveredordeliveredwrongorqualityissuessuchaspartsbeingdamagedortobescraped,KDpartsnotfunctioningadequatelyorlosingfunctionintheprocessofunpackingtoinspect,assemblingandrectification,andthenPartyBlodgestheclaimagainstPartyAforcompensatingthelossesinmaterialssoastomeettheneedsofproductionandPartyAhonorstheclaimraisedbyPartyBasperagreement.一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants1、索赔业务术语ThetermsrelatedtoKDpartsclaim修复索赔:指因甲方责任造成并经甲方确认可修复的物料,在KD工厂由乙方修复后,乙方向甲方提出修复费用的索赔要求。Reworkclaim:ReworkclaimreferstotheclaimraisedbyPartyBforcompensatingthereworkcostaftertheKDparts,whosequalityproblemsareascribedtoPartyAbutareconfirmedtobereworkablebyPartyA(Claimsonthepaintingproblemsarelimitedtothedamagescausedduringtheprocessoftransportationandpackaging),arereworkedbyPartyBintheKDAssemblyPlant.订单号:一般指甲乙双方签署KD套件销售合同时的流水号,一般为6位阿拉伯数字。OrderNo.:OrderNo.referstotheserialnumberofthesalescontractsignedbybothPartyAandPartyBonKDparts.Theserialnumberusuallyconsistsof6Arabicnumerals.一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants1、索赔业务术语ThetermsrelatedtoKDpartsclaim错漏发问题:指因甲方原因,送至乙方的KD物料,与BOM表或装箱单对比,存在品类不一致,或者数量上出现差异的情况。Partsbeingshort-deliveredordeliveredwrong:Partsbeingshort-deliveredordeliveredwrongreferstothecasesthatduetothereasonofPartyA,thereisinconformityincategoryordiscrepancyinquantityoftheKDpartsdeliveredtoPartyBwhencomparedwiththeBOM(billofmaterial)orpackinglist.质量问题:指因甲方原因,送至乙方的KD物料因外观、尺寸、功能等无法满足生产、调试及整车出厂检验要求的情况。QualityProblem:QualityProblemreferstothecasesthatduetoPartyA’sreason,theappearance,dimensionandfunctionoftheKDpartsdeliveredtoPartyBcannotmeettherequirementsforproduction,rectificationanddeliveryinspectionofcompletevehicles.一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants1、索赔业务术语ThetermsrelatedtoKDpartsclaim甲方代表:指甲方或甲方关联公司派驻乙方工厂人员,负责开箱验货、生产质量支持及索赔服务工作。TheRepresentativeofPartyA:TheRepresentativeofPartyAreferstothepersonwhoissentbyPartyAorassociatecompaniesofPartyAandstationedattheplantofPartyBandwhoisauthorizedtotakechargeofthematterssuchasunpackingtoinspect,providingsupportconcerningproduction,qualityandserviceworkforclaim.乙方代表:乙方负责开箱验货及KD工厂生产、技术及质量支持的人员。TheRepresentativeofPartyB:TheRepresentativeofPartyBreferstothepersonwhoisfromPartyBandtakeschargeofunpackingtoinspectaswellasprovidingsupportinaspectsofproduction,technologyandqualityinKDAssemblyPlant.一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants2、非索赔范围Scopeofitemsthatcannotbeclaimed1.乙方未事先书面通知甲方或未经甲方事先书面许可,自行开箱验货认定为错漏发、外观破损的物料;Partsdeemedtobeshort-deliveredordeliveredwrongortobedamagedonthesurfacewhenPartyBbyitselfunpackscontainertoinspectwithoutpriorwrittennoticetoPartyAorwithoutpriorwrittenpermissionofPartyA;2.未按甲方生产工艺、技术要求组装生产造成的损失;ThelossesresultedfromfailingtofollowtherequirementsoftheproductionprocessandtechnologystipulatedbyPartyAinassemblingandproduction;3.在组装生产过程中,车身及钣金件出现的质量问题;不合理的存储方式或没有遵守甲方特别提示的存储要求,造成物料损坏,丢失,如:未采取遮挡措施,长期露天放置,造成KD件出现斑点、锈蚀、氧化、装饰件外表面与硬物直接接触等;PartsdamagedorlostduetounreasonablestoragemodeorbeingunabletofollowtherequirementsforstorageraisedspecificallybyPartyA.Forexample,partsareputintheopenforlongtimeandnomeasuresistakentoshieldthem,leadingtothestainedspots,rustandoxidationappearingonthesurfaceoftheKDparts,andthesurfaceofthetrimpartstouchesthehardobjectsdirectlyandsoon;一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants2、非索赔范围Scopeofitemsthatcannotbeclaimed4.库存超6个月,未采取先进先出组装生产而发现的质量问题及错漏发问题;Qualityproblemsandissuesofpartsbeingshort-deliveredordeliveredwrongfoundwhenthepartshavebeenstoredforover6monthsandFIFO(firstin,firstout)isnotadoptedinassembling;5.同一个订单下的质量信息反馈单,提交之后的三个月内,如不再出现相同订单下的质量信息反馈单,则该订单对应的索赔权限将关闭,即甲方不接受涉及该订单的质量信息反馈和索赔单。Withinthreemonthsafter“PartsQualityProblemFeedbackForm”underoneorderNo.issubmitted,ifnoother“PartsQualityProblemFeedbackForm”underthesameorderNo.issubmitted,thecorrespondingrighttoclaimonthepartsoftheordershallbeforfeited,i.e.the“PartsQualityProblemFeedbackForm”andthe“ClaimFormforKDParts”inconnectionwiththeorderwillnotbeacceptedbyPartyA.一.海外KD工厂索赔业务的介绍BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants3、索赔业务流程Theflowofclaimbusiness目录/Contents一.海外工厂索赔业务简介BriefintroductiononClaimBusinessinOverseasKDPlants二.KD质量信息流程的操作OperationofKDq
