昆明经济技术开发区信息产业基地2号路南延线(下段)工程深基坑支护施工方案深圳市深安企业有限公司1目录一、工程概况······················································································3二、土质情况······················································································31、地质情况·························································································3三、施工计划、进度·············································································41、钢板桩施工计划··········································································42、现场施工生产进度情况·······································································43、进度保证措施·············································································5四、项目管理机构················································································5五、1、机械、劳动力、材料··································································6(一).机械配备···················································································6(二).劳动力组织················································································6(三).材料组织···················································································7六、管沟施工工艺流程··········································································7七、沟槽开挖······················································································81、沟槽支护方法选型·······································································82、测量放线························································································103、打入钢板桩·····················································································114、钢板桩引孔·····················································································115、沟槽开挖与支护···············································································116、砂石垫层····················································································127、回填土···························································································128、拔出钢板桩·····················································································12八、拉森钢板桩支护结构验算·······························································13九、基坑监测措施··············································································14十、质量保证措施·················································································151、工程测量························································································152、基坑土方回填质量保证措施································································16昆明经济技术开发区信息产业基地2号路南延线(下段)工程深基坑支护施工方案深圳市深安企业有限公司2十一、雨季施工····················································································16十二、安全文明····················································································17十三、应急预案····················································································181、编制目的························································································182、应急救援抢险组织机构······································································183、应急预案的准备、防护用品································································184、应急救援措施··················································································19十四、管沟施工总体计划(见后附)·························································21昆明经济技术开发区信息产业基地2号路南延线(下段)工程深基坑支护施工方案深圳市深安企业有限公司3一、工程概况本工程污水管沟深基坑(开挖深度5m以上)位于道路北侧K3+430~K3+850,总长420m。管道采用钢筋混凝土管,检查井采用钢筋混凝土结构,采用HRB335和HP235钢筋,抗渗等级为S6;管道基础垫层为砂垫层150mm;填料均为现场沟槽开挖土方。按抗震设防烈度8度采取抗震构造措施。管沟采取结构自重及覆土重量抗浮设计方案,本工程管沟结构环境类别为地面以下部分为二类a;主要通过抗渗混凝土,合理级配,优质外加剂,合理设置施工缝,科学的设计和施工解决。由于污水管管沟位于人行道下方,除特殊路段外,基本不进行地基处理。二、土质情况1、地质情况土质情况:根据设计图纸地形地貌及地层结构描述及现场清表土探挖情况,地貌单元为滇池冲湖积平原边缘河流浸蚀堆积地貌。场地组成为人工填土,第四纪冲,积洪积粘性土、湖积粘性土,局部夹泥炭质土等。现按层序分序如下:①素填土:杂色,以粘性为主土质不均匀,较杂乱,松密不一。局部地段夹有碎石。本层厚度0.8m~4.1m全场分布②-1粘土:褐灰~黄褐色,硬塑~可塑,中压缩性土。土质较均,光滑,干强度和韧性高,无摇振反应,含氧化铁斑点,局部分布。②-2粘土:褐黄~褐灰色,可塑~软塑,高压缩性土,土质较均,光滑,干强度和韧性高,无摇振反应,含氧化铁斑点,本层厚度0.7~1.65m,全场分布②-3泥炭质土、有机质土、淤泥质粉质粘土:黑色~灰色,很湿,软塑~流塑,属高压缩性土,土质不均,所含职务残体保存较好,味臭,富含有机质。本层1.70m~2.00m局部分布。③圆砾及砾砂:深灰~灰褐色局部呈现半胶结状,含少量卵石,一般粒径2~20mm,最大粒径150mm,呈亚圆形或菱角形,岩性有砂岩、粉砂岩,玄武岩,灰岩等组成砾石之间充填着粘性土和沙土,砾石含量约占50~60﹪,受中等风化或强风化,夹有粘性土,粉土,砂形土透镜体较多,稍密中密,全场分布。昆明经济技术开发区信息产业基地2号路南延线(下段)工程深基坑支护施工方案深圳市深安企业有限公司4③A-粉土、砂土:褐灰~灰色,很湿,中密,摇振反应迅速,无关泽反应,干强度和人性低,局部混砾石,本层0.8m~10.4m,呈夹层或透镜状分布。③B-粘性土:岩性为粉质粘土和粘土,黄灰~灰色,可塑状,光滑~稍有光滑,干强度和韧性高~中度,无摇振反应,局部混有砾石,、强风化岩石等,本层厚度0.60m~10.50m,呈夹层或透镜状分布。地下水源水位埋深0.2~4.3m,加上周边人类活动用水,地表河流、农田灌溉使用水源渗漏,导致沟槽开挖水源汇集,易造成沟槽边坡土方崩塌。三、施工计划、进度1、钢板桩施工计划k3+430~575、820~850段管道埋深深度为5~6m,嵌固深度为6~7m,根据现场地质和地质报告、深基坑支护计算书及钢板桩支护图,应选择IV12m钢板桩,双拼HW200*200H型钢作为钢围檩,单根型钢长6m,设一道φ377*10钢管支撑钢板桩(详见5~6m深基坑支护图),才能满足规范要求。k3+370~640,k3+785~850段管道埋深深度为6~7m,根据现场地质和地质报告、深基坑支护计算书及钢板桩支护图,应选择择IV12m钢板桩,双拼HW200*200H型钢作为钢围檩,单根型钢长6m,设二道φ377*10钢管支撑钢板桩,两道钢板桩间距为3.5m(详见6m以上深基坑支护图),才能满足规范要求。k3+640~785段管道埋深深度为7~7.6m,根据现场地质和地质报告、深基坑支护计算书及钢板桩支护图,应选择择IV12m钢板桩,双拼HW200*200H型钢作为钢围檩,单根型钢长6m,设二道φ377*10钢管支撑钢板桩,两道钢板桩间距为3.5m(详见6m以上深基坑支护图),才能满足规范要求。2、现场施工生产进度情况污水管管沟现场施工根据管沟分布的情况,分4个施工段具体如下:施工段1:2011年3月1日至2011年3月20日,施工K3+430~K3+630部分;施工段2:2011年3月15日至2011年4月5日,施工K3+630~K3+730部分;施工段3:2011年3月20日至2011年4月20日,施工K3+730~K3+830部分;昆明经济技术开发区信息
