WuhanInstituteOfTechnology硕士学位论文功能性粉末涂料的制备与性能类型/领域:化学工程研究生:王于敏指导教师:樊庆春副教授培养单位:化工与制药学院二○一四年五月分类号:学校代号:10490学号:201206095密级:武汉工程大学硕士学位论文功能性粉末涂料的制备与性能作者姓名:王于敏指导教师姓名、职称:樊庆春副教授申请学位类别:工程硕士学科专业名称:化学工程研究方向:功能性涂料论文提交日期:年月日论文答辩日期:年月日学位授予单位:武汉工程大学学位授予日期:年月日答辩委员会主席:PreparationandPropertiesofFunctionalPowderCoatingsAThesisSubmittedfortheDegreeofMasterMajor:ChemicalEngineeringCandidate:WangYuminSupervisor:AssociateProfessor.FanQingchunWuhanInstituteofTechnologyWuhan,Hubei430073,P.R.China独创性声明本人声明所呈交的学位论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。尽我所知,除文中已经标明引用的内容外,本论文不包含任何其他个人或集体已经发表或撰写过的研究成果。对本文的研究做出贡献的个人和集体,均已在文中以明确方式标明。本人完全意识到本声明的法律结果由本人承担。学位论文作者签名:20年月日学位论文版权使用授权书本学位论文作者完全了解我校有关保留、使用学位论文的规定,即:我校有权保留并向国家有关部门或机构送交论文的复印件和电子版,允许论文被查阅。本人授权武汉工程大学研究生处可以将本学位论文的全部或部分内容编入有关数据库进行检索,可以采用影印、缩印或扫描等复制手段保存和汇编本学位论文。保密Ο,在年解密后适用本授权书。本论文属于不保密Ο。(请在以上方框内打“√”)学位论文作者签名:指导教师签名:20年月日20年月日摘要I摘要装饰和防护是涂层的两大基本作用。户外用涂层常年暴露在外,空气中的灰尘颗粒、汽车尾气等污染物会沾污涂层,使其失去美观效果。为了使户外涂层长期保持美观,涂膜涂装后的养护工作就很重要。但是,后期保养和清洗消耗人力物力,也是一笔不小的开支。因此,研究不仅可以防止污染物粘附于其表面,还可以借助雨水或人工水洗除去其表面污垢的自清洁涂层具有很大的实用价值。涂层自清洁功能的实现主要基于三种机理:疏水机理、亲水机理、光催化机理,由于疏水性表面容易在涂层表面形成雨痕;光催化涂层的氧化分解没有选择性,会分解涂层本身,影响其使用耐久性;而亲水性涂层不仅可以解决疏水性涂层产生的雨痕问题,而且可防止有机污染物的附着,有很好的自清洁效果。因此本文以亲水性自清洁机理为向导,制备了β-羟烷基酰胺固化聚酯型亲水粉末涂料,研究了亲水性树脂和亲水性助剂对粉末涂层的亲水性、亲水持久性、耐候性、耐水性以及机械性能的影响,结果如下:(1)亲水改性树脂的引入能明显提高涂膜亲水性,当粉末涂料中树脂全部为亲水改性树脂时,涂膜的水接触角可以由86.17°降至50.35°;15次干湿循环后水接触角为51.47°,亲水持久性好;且经人工加速氙灯老化、中性盐雾各1000h后涂膜基本无变化,显示出良好的耐候性和耐盐雾腐蚀性;另外,涂膜还具有良好的机械性能:铅笔硬度为2H,杯突实验为6mm,弯曲实验为3mm,冲击性能为490N·cm。(2)添加亲水性助剂有助于提高涂膜亲水性,当其加入量≥3%时,涂膜的水接触角可以由86.17°降至30°以下;但当其加入量4%时,会影响粉末的带电性,制备的粉末上粉率不高;且经过15次干湿循环实验后,涂膜对水接触角(70°以上)变化很大,接近于未添加助剂时制备的涂膜水接触角,亲水持久性较差。(3)在添加亲水性助剂的基础上又加入了纳米二氧化硅,考察其对涂膜亲水持久性的影响。结果表明:纳米二氧化硅可以明显提高亲水性助剂改性涂膜的亲水持久性;且涂膜耐沾污等级也有所提高;当亲水性助剂一定时,涂膜亲水持久性随纳米二氧化硅的增加而提高,弥补了亲水性助剂易迁移的缺点;但纳米二氧化硅加入量过多时,制备的粉末储存稳定性变差,因此要选择适当的加入量。武汉工程大学硕士学位论文II关键词:粉末涂料,自清洁,水接触角,亲水持久性,耐候性AbstractIIIAbstractDecorativeandprotectivearethetwofundamentalrolesofcoatings.Outdoorcoatingfilmexposedallthetime,itwillbestainedbyairbornedustparticles,vehicleexhaustandotherpollutants,andlossofaestheticeffects.Itisimportanttocleanupregularlytomaintainthebeautifulappearanceoflong-termoutdoorfilm.But,maintenanceandcleaningoflaterperiodwastenotonlymanpowerbutalsoresources.Thus,itisusefultocomeupwithself-cleaningcoatingswhichcannotonlypreventcontaminantsfromadheringtoitssurface,butalsoremovedirtbytherainorcleanwater.Theself-cleaningcoatingsrealizedonthreemainmechanisms:hydrophobicmechanism,hydrophilicmechanismandlightcatalyticmechanism.Itwasalwaysleaverainmarksonthehydrophobicsurfaceafterwater'sdefluxion;Theoxidativedecompositionofthefreeradicalhavenoselectionofthephotocatalyticcoatings,anditwilldestroythefilmandaffectitsdurability;whilehydrophiliccoatingscannotonlysolvetheproblemofrainmarksproducedbyhydrophobiccoatings,butalsopreventadhesionoforganicpollutants,andhaveagoodself-cleaningeffect.Therefore,thispaperguidedbyhydrophilicself-cleaningmechanismandpreparedtheβ-hydroxyalkylamidecuringpolyesterhydrophilicpowdercoatings.Studiedtheinfluencetohydrophilic,hydrophilicpersistence,weatherresistance,waterresistanceandmechanicalpropertiesofhydrophilicresinandthehydrophilicadditivesforthefilm,andtheresultsareasfollows:(1)Theintroductionofahydrophilicresininpowdercoatingscanobviouslyimprovethehydrophilicoffilm.whentheresinareallthehydrophilicresin,watercontactangleofthecoatingfilmcanbereduced86.17°to50.35°;after15Dry-wetcirculationwatercontactangleofthefilmwas51.47°,revealedgoodhydrophilicpersistence;andafter1000hartificiallyacceleratedagingtestofxenonlampandtheneutralsaltspray,thefilmalmostnodifference,showedgoodweatherabilityandresistancetosaltspraycorrosion;inaddition,thefilmalsohasgoodmechanicalpropertiessuchaspencilhardnessof2H,cupdrawingtestwas6mm,thebendingtestof武汉工程大学硕士学位论文IV3mmandtheimpactpropertiesof490N·cm.(2)Thehydrophilicadditivehelpedtoimprovethehydrophilicofpowdercoatingfilm.whenaddedinanamount≥3%,thewatercontactangleofthecoatingfilmcanbereducedbyalessthan30°from86.17°;Butwhenaddedinanamount4%,thechargeofthepowdercoatingswasaffect,flouryieldwaslow;after15Dry-wetcirculationexperiments,thewatercontactangleoffilm(above70°)greatchanged,andclosedwithnon-additivesfilm'swatercontactangle,thehydrophilicpersistencewasbad.(3)Onthebasisofahydrophilicadditivesonandjoinedthenano-silica,testeditsimpactonthehydrophilicpersistenceofthehydrophilicfilm.Theresultsshowedthat:nano-silicaadditivescansignificantlyimprovethehydrophilicpersistenceofthefilm;andstain-resistantlevelofthefilmalsoimproved;whenthehydrophilicadditiveswasdetermined,thehydrophilicpersistenceofthefilmimprovedbytheincreasingofnano-silica,madeupfortheshortcomingsofeasymigrationofthehydrophilicadditives;butaddinganexcessiveamountofnano-silica,powdercoatingshadpoorstoragestability,soitisnecessarytochoosetheappropriateamount.Keywords:powdercoatings;self-cleaning;watercontactangle;persistenthydrophilic;weatherresistance目录V目录摘要................................................................................................................IAbstract.......................................
