盾构解体施工方案1目录一、编制依据与原则························································································21.1编制依据······························································································21.2编制原则······························································································2二、工程概况···································································································3三、盾构解体组织机构·······················································································3四、解体前现场的准备工作················································································3五、盾构机吊放································································································4六、接收井的尺寸确定·······················································································41以下为罗维特盾构机示意图:·····································································42刀盘拆除································································································53盾尾、拼装机及管片装卸机拆除··································································54.螺旋机的拆除··························································································5七、盾构机的解体·····························································································61吊车······································································································62盾构机主要具体尺寸、重量表····································································83.盾构解体前应完成的准备工作···································································8八、组装工具··································································································12九、安全保证措施····························································································13盾构解体施工方案21、编制依据与原则1.1编制依据⑴.北京市轨道交通机场线09标施工图⑵.盾构机使用说明书及操作手册⑶.《建筑机械使用安全技术规程》(JGJ33-2001)⑷.《起重作业安全技术操作规程》(Q/ZJ011018-1996)⑸.《吊车安全技术操作规程》(Q/ZJ011016-1996)⑹.《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规程》(JGJ80-1991)⑺.甲方和监理工程师指定的工程规范或技术说明⑻.其它相关的起重运输专业资料1.2编制原则⑴.严格执行国家和北京市有关工程建设的各项方针、政策、规定和要求。⑵.遵守、执行招标文件各条款的具体要求,确保实现业主要求的工期、质量、安全、环境保护、文明施工和职业健康等各方面的工程目标。⑶.充分研究现场施工环境,妥善处理施工组织与周边接口问题,周密安排交通疏导,使施工对周边环境的影响最小化。盾构解体施工方案3二、工程概况西局站~东管头站区间采用盾构法施工,起止桩号为:K11+851.42~K13+021.58,区间隧道左线长1009.58m,右线长1170.58m。区间在里程K12+467.5处设置1座联络通道兼泵房。区间隧道主要穿越卵石、圆砾层,隧道顶面覆土为5.6m~8m。本区间采用1台盾构机,由东管头站西侧增设的盾构始发井下井,向西掘进,到达西局站东侧后转场至东管头站二次始发,向西掘进,于西局站接受后解体出场。接收井位于西局站东侧,施工现场基本呈长方形,具体尺寸下面会有详细说明。三、盾构解体组织机构1、组织机构及人员名单盾构机解体工作时间短,任务重,必须周密计划,使整个工作有秩序地进行。在项目部的领导下,成立了以项目经理为总指挥的领导小组:盾构解体的具体人员组织名单及相应职责如下:(1)指挥组组长:张玉华副组长:李乾斌、桂轶雄、车凯、李文峰、刘钧组员:唐虎、宋祥林、李彦飞、黄玉川、蒋振振、余东方职责:负责整个解体的管理、组织与协调工作注:所有人员的通讯在盾构解体及进场期间必须24小时保持畅通。四、解体前现场的准备工作在盾构机解体和到达车站之前,必须做好以下准备工作:1、现场照明及局部照明设施准备。2、盾构机吊运及解体所需的设备及机具准备。(详见盾构机吊放、解体所盾构解体施工方案4需机具一览表)3、盾构机摆放及解体时所需材料(木材、钢板)的准备。4、人员准备:各专业技术人员、技术工人,明确分工。5、技术准备:制定周密的各项工作计划,细致研究盾构机解体方案。五、盾构机吊放1.盾构机各部件的地面吊装与存放为保证在最短时间内完成卸车作业,以最大限度的节省吊车租赁费用。盾构运输车队出场顺序:刀盘—工作台—后体—拼装机—螺旋输送机—中体—前体—驱动。装车过程中车辆要按顺序逐个进入装车场地,前车离开工地后,下一辆才能驶入,因为装车区域无法错车。六、接收井的尺寸确定1.以下为罗维特盾构机示意图:盾尾中盾螺旋机前盾盾构解体施工方案52.刀盘拆除当盾构机到达接收井,首先拆除刀盘。因为刀盘自身长度为2m,镶入前盾1m,所以当刀盘拆除后,可利用的有效空间也仅为1m。3.盾尾、拼装机及管片装卸机拆除刀盘拆除后,把盾构机向前推至西墙,开始拆除、吊装盾尾。盾尾拆除完成后示意图:中盾螺旋机前盾4.螺旋机的拆除如上图所示:当刀盘与尾盾拆除后,前盾与中盾距离为5.27m,螺旋机插入盾壳5.5m,螺旋机距西墙1m,且盾构机不能直接贴到竖井结构内皮,得离结构内皮不小于0.5m的距离。为保证螺旋机能顺利吊出,从竖井西侧的结构内皮A到竖井东侧吊装孔B净空至少为14.545m(5.5+7.545+1+0.5)。为满足吊装需求,吊装可用范围前后需各留1m富余量,则吊装净空A-B至少约为17m。结构外皮尺寸约为22.1m(17+1.5+3.6)。如下图所示:盾构解体施工方案6七、盾构机的解体1吊车针对本盾构最大部件重量和始发井的长宽与井深以及场地状况,采用450吨汽车吊和200吨汽车吊起吊。450t吊车外形尺寸见图。盾构解体施工方案7GMK6450型450吨吊车尺寸图采用全液压450吨汽车吊单吊车主臂吊装,200吨汽车吊配合翻身。450吨吊车配重120吨,吊钩选用100吨钩(吊钩自重2.4吨)穿四轮九股绳;本次吊装单体最大重量为98吨,根据现场情况及吊车自身情况,吊装工作半径为11米,此时,查表得出吊车吊装主臂伸出长度为35.3米,角度为75.2度,此时吊车额定负荷118吨,吊车负荷系数83.05%;在盾构机顶部重心对称两侧设置四个吊耳用于吊装。利用盾构机出厂时设计的吊耳进行吊装罗威特盾构机吊耳通用图清理现场:将龙门吊及杂物移至现场东侧,达到始发井口的周围12米内没有障碍物(空中和地面),满足吊臂安全工作距离要求盾构解体施工方案82盾构机主要具体尺寸、重量表罗威特盾构机分段参数如下:序号名称数量长度宽度高度重量1刀盘1φ63001890602前盾体(主驱动)1φ63002310983中盾体1φ63003036804盾尾1φ63003500255螺旋机112860φ1400/850256拼装机1388034241950187拼装机梁149452420132258管片吊梁16000175027039管片装卸机14800435032101010管片装卸机1500043503540143.盾构解体前应完成的准备工作在盾构机开始解体之前,现场必须做好以下准备工作:1)盾构机主机部分全部在接收基座上。2)现场照明及局部照明设施完成。局部照明是指竖井内及在解体盾构机时,盾构机壳体内的照明设施。3)盾构机解体所需的设备及机具准备。(详见盾构机吊放、解体所需机具一览表)。4)完成盾构机主机与后配套的连接梁的拆除。5)完成各种管线的标示并进行拆除;6)完成前体、后体定位块的焊接;7)完成进行前体、后体焊接缝的预先切割;8)完成刀盘中心刀的切割及拆卸;9)完成刀盘连接处的焊接缝的切割;盾构解体施工方案910)焊接前体、刀盘及后体的吊点,并有技术人员确认吊点的强度是否符合要求;11)焊接好后体上部的防变形支撑(20#工字钢);12)将所有推进千斤顶行程缩至0点,并用拼装机将所有顶靴拆卸下来;13)将铰接千斤顶固定好,并将左右两侧的铰接千斤顶个拆掉6个;14)人员准备:各专业技术人员、技术工人,明确分工。15)技术准备:制定周密的工作计划,细致研究解体方案。3、盾构机主体的解体盾构主机各部分主要尺寸及重量如下:整个解体步骤按以下程序进行:皮带电路管路双梁拆除↓刀盘拆除吊装↓拼装平台拆除吊装↓盾尾、拼装机拆除吊装↓螺旋机拆除吊装↓中体拆除吊装↓前体拆除吊装↓台车用电瓶车拉回盾构解体流程图(1)盾构刀盘的解体首先,用450t吊车立于接收井的南侧。盾构机出洞后,要求刀盘的0度仿行刀停在正上方位置,且要把土仓的土全部清干净,之后在每个牛腿上做上记号(用电焊)。以上工作完成后,就可以开始给刀盘焊吊耳,吊耳位置一定要确定准确,焊吊耳的同时可以用气爆将中心鱼尾刀拆除,将各个注入口和仿行刀的管路断开。吊耳焊好后,用汽车吊将刀盘拴住,然后将牛腿螺栓拆除,用气爆将牛腿割开,刀盘吊装上井,200t吊车配合450t吊车进行反转,最后合抬放平放盾构解体施工方案10置在平板车上。注意:用气爆过程中,灭火器和防火布等消防器具准备好。1)450t吊车动作要缓慢,严禁速度过快,信号工要积极配合,要及时给出信号。2)焊接作业要按规定程序施焊,技术人员应增加检查的次数,发现问题及时解决。(2)拼装平台,拼装机,后盾解体当螺旋机尾部推出挑沿足够距离时,拼装平台露出挑沿,同时螺旋机尾部与挑沿尺寸足够后盾吊出,可将平台吊上井后,将盾尾与中体分离,四个吊耳焊接,用液压泵站将盾尾顶出来,200t吊车配合450t吊车进行反转,然后用450T汽车吊将盾尾吊出。盾构解体施工方案11(3)螺旋机解体螺(4)(5)(6)(7)(4)中体和
