Q/CNPC—CY四川石油管理局企业标准Q/CNPC-CY97—2005代替Q/CY097—1998钻井技术操作规程2005—XX—XX发布2005—XX—XX实施四川石油管理局发布Q/CNPC-CY97—2005I目次前言······························································································································Ⅱ1范围············································································································12规范性引用文件································································································13钻井设备的安装······························································································4钻进·············································································································5钻井液·················································································································6事故的预防及处理·························································································7定向井、丛式井、水平井·························································································8固井···························································································9井控···························································································10中途测试···························································································11测井作业···························································································12钻井环境安全的特殊要求·················································································13完井和交井···························································································14欠平衡钻井···························································································Q/CNPC-CY97—2005II前言本标准是对Q/CY097-1998《钻井技术操作规程》的修订。本次修订主要针对钻井技术的发展,新设备、新工艺的应用,现场实际情况的变化,对原标准作适当调整。本标准与Q/CY097-1998相比主要有以下变化:1、根据GB/T1.1-2000的要求对原标准的格式进行了修订。2、将原标准中的第2章“引用标准”修改为“规范性引用文件”,其规范性引用文件导语也相应进行了修改。3、规范性引用文件中用新标准替换了旧标准。4、根据新设备和新工艺的应用,增加了有关的安装要求和操作规定;5、增加欠平衡钻井部分;6、7、8、本标准于1990年12月首次发布,1998年11月第一次修订,2005年4月第二次修订。本标准自生效之日起,原标准Q/CY097-1998废止。本标准按GB/T1.1—2000《标准的结构和编写规则》、GB/T1.2—2002《标准中规范性技术要素内容的确定方法》进行编写和表述。本标准由四川石油管理局提出。本标准由四川石油管理局批准。本标准由四川石油管理局钻井、试油专业标准化技术委员会归口。本标准负责起草单位:四川石油管理局钻采工艺技术研究院。本标准参加起草单位:四川石油管理局川东钻探公司、四川石油管理局川西钻探公司、四川石油管理局井下作业处、四川石油管理局测井公司。本标准主要起草人:。Q/CNPC-CY97—20051钻井技术操作规程1范围本标准规定了石油、天然气钻井工程系统技术操作规程。本标准适用于四川石油管理局所属的钻井工程系统有关的各种作业。2规范性引用文件SY/T5024-1999弓形弹簧套管扶正器SY/T5051-1991钻具稳定器SY/T5067-91安全接头SY/T5068-2000钻修用打捞筒SY/T5069-2000钻修用打捞矛SY/T5083-91尾管悬挂器SY/T5087-2003含硫油气井安全钻井推荐作法SY/T5088-2002评定井身质量的项目和计算方法SY/T5114-1992打捞公锥SY/T5115-1992打捞母锥SY/T5144-1997钻铤SY/T5127-2002井口装置和采油树规范SY/T5198-1996钻具螺纹脂SY/T5199-1997套管、油管和管线管用螺纹脂SY/T5217-2000金刚石钻头及金刚石取心钻头SY5225-1994石油天然气钻井、开发、储运防火防爆安全生产管理规定SY/T5248-91钻井井下落物打捞方法SY/T5271-2000卡点确定与爆炸松口作法SY/T5322-2000套管柱强度设计方法SY/T5361-1995测井电缆穿心打捞操作规程Q/CNPC-CY97—20052SY/T5369-1995石油钻具的管理与使用方钻杆、钻杆、钻铤SY/T5409-91井下钻具打捞作业规程SY/T5466-2004钻前工程及井场布置技术要求SY/T5575-1993钻杆测试资料处理方法SY/T5593-1993钻井取心质量指标SY/T5619-1999定向井下部钻具设计方法SY5727-1995井下作业井场用电安全要求SY/T5858-2004石油工业动火作业安全规程SY5876-1993石油钻井队安全生产检查规定SY/T5954-2004开钻前验收项目及要求SY/T5964-2003钻井井控装置组合配套、安装调试与维护SY/T6203-1996油气井井喷着火抢险作法SY/T6223-1996固控设备的安全、使用与维护SY6277-1997含硫油气田硫化氢监测与人身安全防护规定SY/T6283-1997石油天然气钻井健康、安全与环境管理体系指南SY/T6337-1997油气井地层测试资料录取规范SY/T6426-1999钻井井控技术规程SY/T6548-2003油矿承荷电缆、电缆连接器使用和维护规范Q/CNPC-CY174钻井工程设计格式Q/CNPC-CY267-20043钻井设备的安装3.1设备安装在设备基础布置和设备基础验收合格后进行。3.2水电安装3.2.1井场电气的设计、选型与安装应符合Q/CNPC-CY267-2004的有关要求。井场须设配电控制中心及相应的分区、分类配电控制子中心。进入爆炸危险(或有特殊规定)区域的电气装置、电器、灯具、电机、配电线路应符合相应防爆等级(或规定)的要求。3.2.2井场电气设备及金属结构房(含野营房)必须采用接零保护,接地形式采用TN-C-S系统,接地装置及接地电阻应符合Q/CNPC-CY267-2004的有关规定。3.2.3同一区块或系统内的电力设备控制开关应安装在同一控制板上,并标明负荷,以便在特殊情况时能迅速准确地切断电源。远程控制台应设专线回路供电,室内照明符合防爆Ⅱ区的要求。Q/CNPC-CY97—200533.2.4钻井液净化系统、机泵区域、钻台和井架的照明应分别采用专线供电,由井场电气控制中心控制;井场场地照明的探照灯由发电房或井场电气控制中心单独出线并控制;防喷器远程控制房的电源应由发电房或井场电气控制中心单独出线并控制,远程控制房内的电气设施应按爆炸危险区域的2区配置。3.2.5供水设备能力要求出口排量应在20m3/h以上。储水罐到井场的最小供水能力应达到100m3/h以上,钻台最小水头不小于0.05MPa。3.3机械设备的安装3.3.1安装前,应以井口纵向、横向中心为基准,根据钻机型号,在基墩上画出底座安装边线,有配重水柜的钻机还应画出水柜中心线和边线,必须用610mm水平仪找正、找平,不平度每米小于0.8mm,前后小于1mm,找正偏差小于2mm。3.3.2机械设备的安装应达到“平、稳、正、全、牢、灵、通”的要求。3.3.3固定螺栓孔的直径应为固定螺栓直径的110%。3.3.4所有因找平而加的垫铁,其间都应用电焊点牢,防止松动脱落。3.3.5各运转机件上的护罩和保护装置必须配齐装牢。3.3.6每根皮带的张紧度,按两皮带轮的中心距计算每米应小于15mm,测力应垂直于两皮带轮中心距的中心,力的大小应符合表3-1规定。3.3.7每根链条的张紧度,水平链条应小于链条切线长度的2~3%,爬坡链条应小于切线长度的2%。表3-1三角皮带截面型号ABCDE测量力(N)2530751351803.3.8天车、转盘、井口三者的中心线必须在一条铅垂线上,最大偏差应小于10mm。3.3.9机械设备的安装应先找平,后找正。3.3.10绞车以滚筒面为准,水平度误差每米不得大于3mm。3.3.11转盘以旋转台为准,水平度误差不得大于2mm。3.3.12各动力机、联动机底座、传动箱、带泵轴前后、左右水平度误差每米不得大于0.5mm。3.3.13钻井泵前后水平面以阀箱法兰平面为基准,水平度误差每米不大于3mm,左右水平面以轮面为基准,水平度误差每米不得大于2mm。3.3.14钻机以转盘为基准,按设备传动次序,以链轮、皮带轮为标准进行校正。正车箱链轮与绞车传动轴链轮的偏差、斜差均应小于1.5mm。转盘链轮与滚筒轴链轮偏差、斜差不得大于2.0mm。3.3.15驱动转盘的万向轴斜度应在5~8°范围内,两法兰平面的平行度应在0.5mm之内。3.3.16钻井泵找正以万向轴、链轮或皮带轮为准,偏差、斜差均不得超过3.0mm。3.3.17电磁刹车、水刹车找平找正以牙嵌为准,端面间隙与外园偏心差均不得超过1.0mm。3.3.18变矩器固定在传动箱底座上,前后位置以气囊摩擦鼓边缘端面至气囊固定盘的距离20~30mm为准。3.3.19各联动机皮带轮找正偏差、斜差均不大于2.0mm。3.3.20大修后的钻井泵皮带轮、链轮和轴的锥度、键槽都应与厂家要求一致;固定螺丝要上紧,运转中要定期检查。3.3.21钻井泵预压空气包充氮气或压缩空气(绝不允许充氧气),充气值为工作压力的30%,但最高不应大于6.0MPa;低于2.5MPa即应补充压力。3.3.22立管高出钻台面一般应为17m左右,比水龙带约短1m,与水龙带连接处弯头不小于45°,并Q/CNPC-CY97—20054固定牢固。3.3.23钻井常用钢丝绳以公称负荷计算安全系数值3.3.23.1手传动用钢丝绳
