ICS29.240F20备案号:53939-2016中国电力企业联合会标准T/CEC136—2017输电线路钢管塔用直缝焊管Longitudinalweldingpipefortransmissionlinesteeltubulartower2017-05-15发布2017-08-01实施中国电力企业联合会发布T/CEC136—2017I目次前言···································································································································································II1范围······························································································································································12规范性引用文件··········································································································································13术语和定义··················································································································································14牌号与规格··················································································································································25订货合同内容··············································································································································26技术要求······················································································································································27产品质量检验··············································································································································58产品交付······················································································································································9附录A(资料性附录)钢管标准化系列规格库··························································································10T/CEC136—2017II前言本标准依据GB/T1.1—2009《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写》的规则起草。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出并归口。本标准负责起草单位:山东电工电气集团有限公司。本标准参加起草单位:国家电网公司交流建设部、北京国网富达科技发展有限责任公司、国家电网公司交流建设分公司、中国电力工程顾问集团华东电力设计院有限公司、冶金工业信息标准研究院、电力工业铁塔质量检验测试中心、青岛东方铁塔股份有限公司、南京大吉铁塔制造有限公司、浙江金洲管道工业有限公司、天津君诚管道科技集团有限公司。本标准主要起草人:徐德录、陈海波、李峰、常建伟、刘蔚宁、董建尧、黄颖、李进春、许娅南、王立新、杨伟芳、田建平、张东英、万晓。本标准在执行过程中的意见或建议反馈至中国电力企业联合会标准化管理中心(北京市白广路二条一号,100761)。T/CEC136—20171输电线路钢管塔用直缝焊管1范围本标准规定了输电线路钢管塔用直缝焊管在材料、制造、检验、试验、交付等方面的要求。本标准适用于输电线路钢管塔用直缝焊管,输变电构支架用直缝焊管可参照使用。2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其昀新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T228.1金属材料拉伸试验第1部分:室温试验方法GB/T229金属材料夏比摆锤冲击试验方法GB/T232金属材料弯曲试验方法GB/T246金属管压扁试验方法GB/T700碳素结构钢GB/T709热轧钢板和钢带的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差GB/T1591低合金高强度结构钢GB/T2102钢管的验收、包装、标志和质量证明书GB/T2650焊接接头冲击试验方法GB/T2651焊接接头拉伸试验方法GB/T2653焊接接头弯曲试验方法GB/T2970厚钢板超声检测方法GB/T3274碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢热轧厚钢板和钢带GB/T3524碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢热轧钢带GB/T3323金属熔化焊焊接接头射线照相GB/T7735无缝和焊接(埋弧焊除外)钢管缺欠的自动涡流检测GB/T11345焊缝无损检测超声检测技术、检测等级和评定GB/T28297厚钢板超声自动检测方法GB/T29712焊缝无损检测超声检测验收等级SY/T6423.2石油天然气工业钢管无损检测方法第2部分:焊接钢管焊缝纵向和/或横向缺欠的自动超声检测SY/T6423.3石油天然气工业钢管无损检测方法第3部分:焊接钢管用钢带/钢板分层缺欠的自动超声检测SY/T6423.5石油天然气工业钢管无损检测方法第5部分:焊接钢管焊缝缺欠的数字射线检测T/CEC137输电线路钢管塔加工技术规程3术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。T/CEC136—201723.1直缝焊管longitudinalweldingpipe采用高频焊或电弧焊(一般采用埋弧焊或CO2气体保护焊+埋弧焊)工艺生产的具有一条纵向直焊缝的圆形截面的等直径钢管。4牌号与规格4.1输电线路钢管塔直缝焊管的牌号包括Q235、Q345、Q420、Q460。4.2各牌号直缝焊管的常用规格参见附录A。5订货合同内容按本标准订货的输电线路钢管塔用直缝焊管,合同中应至少包含下列内容:a)产品名称;b)标准号;c)牌号;d)规格;e)制造工艺、交货状态;f)定尺长度;g)重量;h)供货期;i)其他特殊要求(如坡口、长度偏差、打包要求等)。6技术要求6.1焊管用钢的质量与检验要求6.1.1一般要求6.1.1.1直缝焊管用钢为钢板或钢带,Q235钢的化学成分应满足GB/T700的要求;Q345、Q420、Q460钢的Mn含量不应低于1.0%,其余元素含量应满足GB/T1591的要求,Q420、Q460钢要求加入一种或多种细化晶粒的元素,当钢中单独或组合加入V、Nb、Ti时,其含量应满足GB/T1591的要求。6.1.1.2直缝焊管用钢板/钢带应采用电炉或转炉冶炼,Q420、Q460钢应采用炉外精炼工艺。Q345、Q420钢应以热轧状态交货;Q460钢宜按热轧状态交货。6.1.1.3制造直缝焊管所用钢板/钢带的尺寸偏差、表面质量、性能要求除应满足GB/T709、GB/T3524、GB/T3274的要求外,厚度偏差还应满足钢管成型后的厚度偏差要求。6.1.1.4制造直缝焊管所用钢板/钢带应具有钢厂的质量证明书,制造钢板/钢带的标准、细化晶粒的元素及其含量均应在质量证明书中标明。制造直缝焊管的单位(制造方)应按照质量证明书的内容进行入厂检验,经确认合格后,方可使用。6.1.2焊接修补直缝焊管用钢板或钢带表面不得进行焊接修补。6.1.3超声波检测制造直缝焊管所用钢板/钢带的厚度不小于6mm时,板边50mm范围内按照GB/T2970或GB/TT/CEC136—2017328297的要求进行100%超声波检测,满足Ⅰ级钢板质量要求。对钢板/钢带的分层缺欠,宜按照SY/T6423.3采用验收等级U1进行检测。6.2制造工艺6.2.1制管工艺6.2.1.1外径不大于426mm的直缝焊管宜采用高频焊工艺生产;外径不小于508mm的直缝焊管宜采用双面电弧焊(埋弧焊或CO2气体保护焊+埋弧焊)工艺生产;外径为426mm~508mm的直缝焊管可以采用高频焊工艺生产,也可采用电弧焊工艺生产,由供需双方协商确定。6.2.1.2首次生产前,制造方应按本标准内容进行焊接工艺试验,并进行相应项目的产品质量检验,合格后方可投入生产。6.2.2下料6.2.2.1下料宽度与公差应满足钢管成型后的管径偏差要求。6.2.2.2钢板或钢带的下料宜采用机械切割。采用剪切方法下料时,各种材质允许的昀低剪切温度应符合表1的规定;厚度超过10mm时,剪切边应进行铣边或刨边处理。采用火焰切割或等离子切割时,在成型前应将过热区清除。表1允许的最低剪切温度钢材牌号Q235Q345Q420Q460允许的昀低剪切温度-5℃0℃5℃5℃6.2.2.3板边加工后,要求板边无裂纹,并满足焊接要求。6.2.3成型、焊接和矫直6.2.3.1钢板或钢带应变形均匀,板边预弯后其边缘应圆滑过渡。6.2.3.2直缝焊管焊接后应清理毛刺、飞溅物。6.2.3.3直缝电弧焊管焊后应进行机械扩径或机械整圆处理。6.2.3.4外径大于219mm、或屈服强度不小于420MPa的直缝高频焊管焊后应对焊缝区域进行热处理。6.2.3.5必要时,钢管焊接完成后应进行矫直。6.2.4切断直缝焊管切断宜采用机械切割,当采用火焰或等离子切割时,应将端部过热区清除。6.2.5修端6.2.5.1直缝焊管一般采用平端供货,用户如有坡口加工要求时,应在合同中明确要求。6.2.5.2管端不应有毛刺,端面切斜允许误差应符合表2的要求。6.2.6焊接缺陷的修补6.2.6.1直缝高频焊管的焊缝缺陷不允许补焊修补。6.2.6.2直缝电弧焊管的焊缝缺陷允许修补,但须满足下列条件:a)每根管修补不多于3处,总的补焊长度不得超过管长的10%。在距管端200mm内不允许补焊。补焊焊缝应修磨,修磨后焊缝高度应与原焊缝一致。同一位置修补次数不得超过2次。T/CEC136—20174b)修补可以采用焊条电弧焊或CO2气体保护焊方法进行。修补后按GB/T11345进行超声波检测,满足GB/T29712中验收等级3的要求。表2端面切斜允许偏差序号钢管外径Dmm允许偏差Pmm示意图1D≤2191.02219<D≤4261.53426<D≤5082.04D>5082.56.2.7对接钢管本标准不允许提供有对接环焊缝的直缝焊管。6.3尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差6.3.1外径偏差6.3.1.1直缝焊管外径允许偏差为±0.5%D(D为公称外径,mm),但管端200mm范围内外径昀大允许偏差不应超过±1.0mm。6.3.1.2距管端200mm范围内钢管的不圆度(即同一横截面上昀大实测外径与昀小实测外径的差值)不应大于0.6%D,其余部位不圆度不应大于1.2%D。
