酸度计AcidityumeterPHB-4型便携式pH说明书UserManualFlowofPHB-4PortablepHMeter目录Content一.仪器的主要技术性能MainTechnicalPerformance二.仪器工作原理InstrumentShapeandStructure三.仪器的使用方法Application四.仪器的维护Maintenance五.附录1.缓冲溶液的配制Appendix1.PreparationofBufferSolution六.附录2.缓冲溶液的pH值与温度的关系对照表Appendix2.RelationshipCheckListofBufferSolutionpHandTemperature使用本仪器之前,请仔细阅读本使用说明书。它将使你能了解仪器的测量原理和正确使用本仪器,避免不必要的测量误差,确保测量精度,延长仪器的使用寿命。Beforetheoperationofthisinstrument,pleasereadtheoperationmanualforyourcorrectoperation,inordertoavoidunnecessarymeasurementerrors,ensureameasurementprecision,andextendtheservicelife.PHB-4型便携式数字pH计,是一台由31/2位数字显示的pH计,它不仅适用于工矿、研究院所的化验室取样测定水溶液的酸度(pH)值和测量电极电位(mV)值,由于本仪器具有体积小,携带方便,特别适合于在无交流电源的地方作水溶液的酸度测定。PHB-4PortablepHmeteriscontrolledbyasingle-chipmicrocomputer,andequippedwithadisplayoftemperatureandpH,aswellas3½digitsdisplayforautomaticidentificationofbuffersolution.ItisapplicabletominesandthelaboratoryofinstitutesformeasurementofsamplesolutionpHandelectrodepotential(mV)value.Withtheadvantageofsmallsizeandcanbecarriedabout,itisespeciallyapplicabletotheoccasionswithoutACpowersupplyforthemeasurementofsolutionpH.一、仪器的主要技术性能MainTechnicalPerformance1.仪器正常使用条件NormalOperationConditions(1)环境温度(5~35)℃;Ambienttemperature(5~35)℃(2)空气相对湿度不大于80%;Relativehumiditynotmorethan80%(3)被测溶液温度:(5~60)℃;Temperatureofthesolutiontobemeasured:(5~60)℃(4)供电电源:9V(6F22)电池一节;Powersupply:twoalkalinebatteriesNo.5(5)无显著的振动;Freefrombigshakes(6)除地球磁场外无外磁场干扰。Freefromexternalmagneticinterferenceotherthangeomagneticfield.2.仪器的主要参数MainTechnicalParameters(1)仪器级别:0.1级Instrumentlevel:level0.1(2)测量范围:pH:(0~14)pH;Rangeofmeasurement:pH:(0.00~14.00)pHmV:(0~±1400)mV,(自动极性显示);mV:(0~±1400)mV,(automaticdisplayofpolarity)(3)电子单元基本误差:pH:±0.03pH;Basicmeasurementerrorbyelectronicunit:pH:±0.03pHmV:0.2%FS;mV:±0.2%FS(3)电子单元输入电流:1×10-11A;Inputcurrentofelectronicunit:1X10-11A(4)电子单元输入阻抗:5×1011Ω;Inputimpedanceofelectronicunit:5X1011Ω(5)电子单元稳定性:±0.03pH±1个字/3h;Stabilityofelectronicunit:±0.03pH±1character/3h(6)溶液温度补偿范围:(0~60)℃;Rangeoftemperaturemake-upforsolution:(0~60)℃(7)仪器重复性:0.03pHRepeatabilityofinstrument:0.03Ph(8)仪器外形尺寸:L×b×h,mm:160×65×40Overallsizeofinstrument:LXbXh,mm:170x75x30(9))仪器重量(kg):0.5Instrumentweight(kg):0.53.仪器附件Accessories(1)PHB-4型电子单元一台;AsetofPHB-4electronicunit(2)E-201-C9复合电极一支;ApieceofE-201-C9Compositeelectrode,asetofaccessories.Refertodetailsinthepackinglist.二、仪器的外形结构InstrumentShapeandStructure1―电极插口;2―电极固定架;3―显示屏;4―电源开关键;5―“▲”键;6―“▼”键;7―“确认”键;8―“模式”键;9―背光按钮1—Electrodesocket2—Electrodefixedmount3—Displayscreen4—ON/OFFkey5—“Up”key6—“Down”key7—“Enter”key8—“Mode”key9—Backlightbutton三、仪器的使用方法Theuseoftheinstrument仪器供电电源为2节5号碱性电池,打开仪器背部的电池盖,即可放入电池。仪器在使用前,即测量溶液pH值前,先要标定。但这不是说每次使用前都要标定,一般当测量间隔时间比较短的情况下,每天标定一次已能达到要求。Theinstrumentpowerissuppliedby2alkalinebatteriesNo.5.Openthebatterydooratthebackoftheinstrumentandputinthebatteries.Beforetheoperationoftheinstrument,i.e.beforethesolutionpHmeasurement,calibrationshallbefirstcarriedout.However,calibrationisnotrequiredeverytimebeforeuse.Generally,iftheintervalbetweentwomeasurementsisshort,only1calibrationeverydayisenough.仪器采用二点标定的方式进行,具体按如下步骤进行:Theinstrumentadopts2-pointcalibrationwiththespecificproceduresasfollows:(1)按“on/off”开关,仪器进入“mV”测量状态Pressthe“on/off”keytoswitchon.Theinstrumententersintothestatusofmeasuring“mV”.(2)按“模式”键仪器进入温度设置状态,“℃”指示符号闪烁,模式循环如下。Pressthe“Mode”keytoenterthetemperaturesettingmode,andtheindicatingsymbol“℃”willflash.Thefollowingisaboutthemodecycle:“mV”测量(显示MEAS和mV)——温度设置(显示℃闪烁)——PH标定1(显示SRD1)——PH标定2(显示SRD2)——PH测量(显示MEAS和PH)MeasurementofmV(displayingMEASandmV)——Temperaturesetting(displayingflashing℃)——PHcalibration1(displayingSTD1)——PHcalibration2(displayingSTD2)——pHmeasurement(displayingMEASandPH).(3)按“▲”或“▼”键,使仪器温度显示为标定溶液的温度,按“确认”键,把设置的温度存入仪器内,此时“℃”指示符号停止闪烁;Press“▲”or“▼”keytomaketheinstrumentindicatethetemperatureofthecalibratedsolution.Press“Enter”key,andrecordthesettemperatureintotheinstrument.Now,theindicatingsymbol“℃”willstopflashing.(4)然后按“模式”键,此时仪器显示“STD1”表明仪器进入第一点标定,(如果不需要进行标定则再按“模式”键二次,使仪器显示“MEAS”直接进入PH测量)Thenpress“Mode”key,andtheinstrumentwilldisplay“STD1”,indicatingthattheinstrumentisenteringfirstpointcalibration,(ifthecalibrationisnotnecessary,press“Mode”twice,andtheinstrumentwilldisplay“MEAS”andentermeasurementmodeofpHvalue).(5)先把电极用蒸馏水清洗,然后把电极插在三种pH缓冲溶液中的任意一种,此时仪器显示第一点缓冲溶液的位置mV值,待读数稳定后按“确认”键,仪器显示第一点缓冲溶液的PH值,第一点标定结束。再按“模式”键此时仪器显示“STD2”表明仪器进入第二点标定状态。PlacetheelectrodethathasbeencleanedbythedistilledwaterintoanyofthethreekindsofpHbuffersolution,andtheinstrumentwilldisplaythepotentialvaluemVofthefirstpointbuffersolution.Whenthereadingbecomesstable,press“Enter”key,andtheinstrumentwilldisplaythepHvalueofthisbuffersolution,endingthefirstpointcalibration.Thenpress“Mode”key”,theinstrumentwilldisplay“STD2”,indicatingthattheinstrumentisenteringthesecondpointcalibration;(6)然后取出插在pH缓冲溶液中的电极,用蒸馏水清洗。把清洗过的电极插入另一种pH缓冲溶液中,此时仪器显示第二点缓冲溶液的位置mV值,待读数稳定后按“确认”键,仪器显示第二点缓冲溶液的PH值。再按“模式”键此时“STD2”熄灭,“MEAS”显示,表明仪器标定结束进入PH测定状态。DrawouttheelectrodeinthepHbuffersolution,andcleanitcompletelywiththedistilledwater.Placethecleane
