K32JB/T8793-1998工业机械电磁起动器1998-07-17发布1998-12-01实施国家机械工业局发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13术语、符号、代号····················································································································································································14分类····················································································································································································································15特性····················································································································································································································26正常工作条件和安装条件·····································································································································································47结构和性能要求··························································································································································································48试验方法·········································································································································································································89检验规则·······································································································································································································1210标志、包装、运输与贮存································································································································································14JB/T8793-1998目次II前言本标准根据GB/T14048.1—93《低压开关设备与控制设备总则》和GB14048.4—93《低压开关设备与控制设备低压机电式接触器和电动机起动器》的相关技术内容而制定的。本标准为行业类组标准,考虑到行业状况,所以对一些技术参数给出范围要求,在具体产品标准中应具体给定。本标准与原企业联合标准相比增加下列新试验:a)弹性部件的耐老化性能及试验;b)耐热性能及试验;c)抗锈性能及试验;d)约定操作性能及试验;e)通断操作过电压及试验。本标准由成都机床电器研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:天水213机床电器厂。本标准起草人:魏本茂、杨质明、金壁德、唐秀兰。JB/T8793-199811范围本标准规定了工业机械用电磁起动器(以下简称起动器)的基本要求。包括起动器的特性,起动器应遵循的有关条件,结构与绝缘性能,以及验证起动器的试验方法,并规定了制造厂应提供给用户的主要技术参数与数据。起动器主要用于控制三相鼠笼型感应电动机的直接起动、停止和正反向运转,并能对电动机的过载及断相起保护作用。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB2423.1—89电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验A:低温试验方法GB/T2423.4—93电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Db:交变湿热试验方法GB2828—87逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB/T2900.18—92电工术语低压电器JB3284—83电机、电器产品运输、运输贮存基本环境条件及试验方法GB4207—84固体绝缘材料在潮湿条件下相比漏电起痕指数和耐漏电起痕指数的测定方法GB/T4942.2—93低压电器外壳防护等级GB5169.4—85电工电子产品着火危险试验灼热试验方法和导则GB/T5226.1—1996工业机械电气设备第1部分:通用技术条件GB/T13384—93机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T14048.1—93低压开关设备和控制设备总则GB14048.4—93低压开关设备和控制设备低压机电式接触器和电动机起动器GB14048.5—93低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分机电式控制电路电器3术语、符号、代号本标准采用的术语、符号、代号符合GB/T2900.18和GB14048.4中的有关规定。4分类4.1按控制电动机的运转方向分:a)不可逆起动器——起动器只能使电动机按一个方向转动;b)可逆起动器——起动器能使电动机按正反两个方向转动。1)相反运动间的联锁国家机械工业局1998-07-17批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准工业机械电磁起动器JB/T8793-19981998-12-01实施JB/T8793-19982GB/T5226.1—1996中9.3.4适用。2)采用相异技术GB/T5226.1—1996中9.4.2.4适用。4.2按照外壳提供的防护等级分类见GB/T4942.2。5特性5.1特性概述起动器的特性可用下列项目来说明:a)起动器的型式(见5.2);b)主电路的额定值和极限值(见5.3);c)使用类别(见5.4);d)控制电路(见5.5);e)辅助电路(见5.6);f)保护继电器型式和特性(见5.7);g)与短路保护电器的协调配合(见5.8)。5.2起动器的型式a)控制方式为非自动起动器;b)操作方式为电磁操作;c)起动器由交流接触器、热过载继电器或电子式热过载继电器及起动、停止按钮加外壳组成。5.3主电路的额定值和极限值5.3.1额定电压5.3.1.1额定工作电压起动器的额定工作电压Ue为AC380,660V。5.3.1.2额定绝缘电压起动器的额定绝缘电压Ui为AC660V。5.3.1.3额定冲击耐受电压起动器的额定冲击耐受电压Uimp为8kV。5.3.2电流或功率5.3.2.1约定发热电流(Ith)起动器的约定发热电流至少等于八小时工作制中不封闭的工作电流昀大值。5.3.2.2约定封闭发热电流(Ithe)起动器的约定封闭发热电流应至少等于八小时工作制中封闭的工作电流昀大值。5.3.2.3额定工作电流(Ie)或额定工作功率起动器的额定工作电流是在考虑到额定工作电压、约定发热电流或约定封闭发热电流、热过载继电器的额定电流、额定频率、额定工作制、使用类别和外壳防护型式等情况下,由制造厂规定的。在考虑到额定工作电压的条件下,起动器的额定工作电流可用配用的电动机的额定输出功率来代替或补充,制造厂应提供电动机额定功率与电流之间的关系。5.3.3额定频率交流50Hz或50/60Hz。5.3.4额定工作制a)八小时工作制;b)不间断工作制;JB/T8793-19983c)断续周期工作制。负载因数标准值为40%,额定操作频率为30h–1。5.3.5正常负载和过载特性GB/T14048.1—93中5.3.5适用,补充如下:5.3.5.1额定接通能力和额定分断能力当起动器按7.2.4.1的要求操作时,额定接通能力和额定通断能力才有效。5.3.5.2约定操作性能对AC–3及AC–4使用类别的约定操作性能的要求见7.2.4.3。5.3.5.3起动器的起动和停止特性GB14048.4—93中的5.3.5.5适用。5.4使用类别a)主电路使用类别起动器主电路的使用类别主要为AC–3,也能适当降低控制容量用于AC–4使用类别;b)辅助电路的使用类别辅助电路的使用类别为AC–15。5.5控制电路起动器额定控制电源电压US分别为:AC24,48,110,127,220,380V。5.6辅助电路额定工作电压为AC380V;额定绝缘电压为AC660V;或由具体产品标准规定。5.7保护继电器的型式和特性5.7.1特性概要继电器特性规定如下:a)继电器的型式(5.7.2);b)特性量(5.7.3);c)热过载继电器的标志和电流整定值(5.7.4);d)热过载继电器的时间电流特性(5.7.5);e)周围空气温度的影响(5.7.6)。5.7.2继电器的型式a)热过载继电器;b)电子式热过载继电器。5.7.3特性量热过载继电器的:a)电流整定值或标志(5.7.4);b)时间–电流特性(5.7.5)。5.7.4热过载继电器的标志和电流整定值GB14048.4—93中5.7.4适用。5.7.5热过载继电器的时间–电流特性GB14048.4—93中5.7.5适用。5.7.6周围空气温度的影响GB14048.4—93中5.7.6适用。5.8与短路保护电器(SCPD)的协调配合起动器与SCPD的协调配合是由SCPD的型式、额定值和特性值表示特征的。SCPD提供了与起动器之间的过电流选择性保护及短路的适当保护。JB/T8793-199845.9通断操作过电压通断操作过电压是起动器在接通和分断操作中所产生的过电压昀大值,应在制造厂的具体产品标准中规定。6正常工作条件和安装条件6.1正常工作条件符合本标准的起动器应能在以下标准条件下工作。凡要求起动器运行在超过
