Graduates‘Entrepreneurship⒈WHATANDHOW(1)entrepreneurship:Graduatesapplytheirownknowledgeandskills,andindependentlyestablishvariousformsofcompanyorenterprise.☆Butaccordingtothecurrentsituation，there‘sfewsuccessfulcases.Thisisrelatedtothefreshgraduates’capability,whichisfarfromsatisfaction.However,thatdoesn'tindicatethatcollegegraduatescannotventure.It’sadvisablethattheystarttoventureintheareawheretheyarefamiliarwith.Moreover,startsfromtheminormattersoastoaccumulatecapitalandpreciousexperience.(2)Participationinventure:Graduatescanformapartnershiporbecometheshareholder.Inthatwaytheycanparticipateinthestart-ups.That’strueespeciallywhenthesmallandmediumenterprisesareinthegrowingphase.Fromalong-termpointofview,it’snecesssarytohavehighly-educatedpersonnelinvolvedinbusiness.italsoprovidesconditionsforcollegegraduatestoparticipateinentrepreneurship.2、Dataanalysis(1)Theproportionofentrepreneurship2007session2008session2009session“211”collegenon-“211”collegevocationalcolleges（2）2009session——self-employedmotivationdistributionInvitation13%Highincome14%ideal44%（3）self-employedcapitalsourcedistributionGoodproject14%familysupport74%（4）analysisThe2008Sessionuniversitygraduates’sentrepreneurshipratioturnsouttobe1%,whichiscclosertothe2007Session’sratio,1.2%.Themainregionsofself-employedistheMidwestwherethejobismoredifficulttoseek.Moreover,themajorcitiestypeofentrepreneurshipisgroundlevelandfollowingcities.Ingeneral,themoredevelopedeconomicregions,themorebigcities,theemploymentenvironmentisbetterandthenumberofself-employedproportionislower.TheVenturecapital3%Governmentsupport1%Bankloan5%Savings10%Others7%mainself-employedgraduatesisEngineeringCourse,followedbyfinancialmanagementgraduates.Theself-employedgraduatesaremainlyconcentratedinretailindustryandstylisticentertainment.Theirmonthlyincomesubstantiallyhigherthanemployedgraduatesmonthlyincome.Resultsshowedthatthe2008Sessioncollegegraduateswhocomefromprivateentrepreneurs,enterprisemanagersandindividualandindustrialandcommercialfamilybearthehigheststartupratio.Universitygraduates’sventureisinfluncedgreatlybytheirfamilyentrepreneurscultural.Moreover,82%oftheventurecapitaldependontheirparents,friendsandpersonalsavings.Thecapitalsourcewhichcomesfromcommercialventureinvestmentandgovernmentfundedisalmostnone.So,thosegraduateswhobearentrepreneurialambitionbutfamilyeconomicconditionsisnotsogoodwillnoteasilyrealizetheirentrepreneurialdream.Accordingly,thereisaneedforthegovernmenttohelpwiththestart-upcapitaleconomicdifficultiesofentrepreneursThe2008Sessionuniversitygraduatesthinkthatthestartupidealisthemostimportantentrepreneurialmotivation(41-48percent),ratherthannotfindingthejob(12-15%),.Whileduringtheiruniversitylife,thesummerinternshipsandpart-timejobcanhelpalotwithentrepreneureThecollegeandgovernmentprovideentrepreneurialtrainingandconsultingcansimulatetheuniversity’sentrepreneurialactivity.Theycanholdsuchasentrepreneurshipcompetition,etc.Souniversitiescanstrengthenthecultivationofstudents'autonomouspioneeringconsciousnessandrelatedentrepreneurcontestactivity.The2008Sessionuniversitygraduatesentrepreneursthinkthatthetopthreeriskforfailureislackoffund,marketpromotiondifficultiesandlackofenterprisemanagementexperience.So,it’ssuggestedthatthegovernmentneedstohelpthemreduceentrepreneurialfailureriskintheoperationfund,marketingandenterprisemanagement.3.ThehistoryoftheEntrepreneurship（1）China'sfirstfreewheelingstartupclimax——theearlyphaseofreformandopeningup（1978~1985）Mainparticipation：unemployedpeople（2）China'ssecondfreewheelingstartupclimax——（1990~1996）Mainparticipation：retiredNationalofficialbusinesspersonnelHighqualitytalents（3）China'sthirdfreewheelingstartupclimax——（1999~2005）Mainparticipation：Networkelite（TheriseoftheInternettechnologyandpopularization）
