船舶管系生产设计规范目次前言············································································································Ⅲ1范围·········································································································12规范性引用文件··························································································13设计依据···································································································14设计准则···································································································25设计内容···································································································36设计程序···································································································37设计方法···································································································6图1管系布置的间距······················································································6图2管子与电缆、风管的相对位置····································································6图3空气管在主甲板上的高度尺寸····································································7图4测深管底端安装位置················································································8图5测深管末端安装位置················································································8图6两阀间距·····························································································10图7卫生设备安装高度·················································································10图8区域划分图··························································································12图9通过水密甲板,非水密隔舱的几种结构形式················································13图10平行管路法兰布置方法··········································································14图11FBU钢管支架·······················································································14图12U型螺纹支架·······················································································14图13扁铁支架····························································································14图14BRC铜管多路支架················································································15图15BRC铜管单路支架················································································15图16塑料支架····························································································15图17支架焊接形式······················································································15图18支架焊接形式······················································································16图19支架焊接形式······················································································16图20支架固定形式······················································································16图21支架固定形式······················································································17表1测深管底端防击板尺寸及安装要求······························································7表2支架最大间距规定·················································································17。1范围本规范规定了船舶管系生产设计的设计依据、设计准则、设计内容、设计程序和设计方法。本规范适用于柴油机动力大、中型钢质海船的管系生产设计。其它小型船舶及特种船舶的管系生产设计,也可参照执行。2规范性引用文件GB/T11693-1994船用法兰焊接单面座板GB/T11694-1994船用法兰焊接双面座板Q/SWS34-001-2003测深管末端Q/SWS34-010-2003船用焊接套管Q/SWS34-011-2003法兰式通舱管件Q/SWS34-012-2003螺纹接头通舱件Q/SWS34-013-2003船用法兰密封垫片及选用规定Q/SWS52-014-2003船体强力构件开孔及补强Q/SWS54-001-2003船舶管子零件设计规范Q/SWS60-001.2-2003船舶建造质量标准建造精度3设计依据3.1管系生产设计必须依据船舶建造规格书及船东与公司所签合同的有关条款规定。3.2管系生产设计必须依据相关船级社的规范、规则以及船级社检验的有关要求。3.3管系生产设计必须根据船体结构(主尺度、甲板高度、梁拱、舷弧)线型及分段、总段划分的要求进行,并根据有关全船布置,机舱、泵舱、主船体及上层建筑区域的各类机电设备,船舶设施及房舱设施的具体布置要求进行。3.4管系生产设计必须根据产品的初步设计、详细设计所确定的各类管路系统工作原理图、布置图的要求进行。3.5管系生产设计必须依据主机、辅机、甲板机械等各类机电设备的技术资料要求和管系阀件、附件的连接规定。3.6管系生产设计必须依据国家标准、行业标准和企业标准的有关规定。3.7管系生产设计必须参照Q/SWS60-001.2-2003《船舶建造质量标准建造精度》有关规定。3.8管系生产设计必须根据公司确定的船舶建造方针的相关要求进行,必须根据公司生产中心制模式进行设绘和出图。4设计准则4.1管系生产设计,通过综合布置和托盘设计,应使其适应各个相关工艺阶段壳舾涂一体化作业的需要,满足区域舾装技术的要求。4.2管系生产设计必须满足系统功能的需求,确保功能的完满实施,服从详细设计所确定的技术要求。4.3管系生产设计要积极推行单元组装和模块技术,大力提高预舾装水平,推行旨在提高生产效率和缩短施工周期所相关的新工艺。4.4管系生产设计要大力推广应用标准系列的管子材料及标准化、通用化、系列化的系统附件和管子附件。4.5管系生产设计应该减少并逐步消除现场取样的管子零件,逐步实现综合布置的完全覆盖。4.6管系综合布置必须满足管系正常操作和方便保养维修的相关要求。4.7管系综合布置应妥善解决好管系与设备、分段(总段)合拢处的接口要求,要从综合布置和管件取段两方面着手,逐步处理好舾装的精度。4.8深化管系安装托盘设计必须细化舾装的工艺阶段,提供准确和完整的工艺信息和管理信息。4.9管系生产设计出图进度必须满足各作业阶段的需要,具体要求:4.9.1在船体分段开工前,应及时编制提供全船管子材料和连接附件订货清单,管系阀件、附件、垫片及特殊紧固件等订货清单,管系自制件清单及全船管系施工图纸目录。4.9.2在船体分段开工时,管系零件制造图和支架制造图应与船体分段结构图同时设绘和提供,要求管子零件制造与船体分段零件加工同时进行,支架及时制造或订货。4.9.3船体分段开工时,还应提供有关的单元组装制作图,单元托盘表及相关设备、机座、阀件等清单。4.9.4在提供相关的分段管子零件图,并保证按时生产的前提下,时隔15~20天后,应按时提供管系安装图、管系零件图支架图、安装托盘表、开孔图等施工图纸,以便按时实施相关分段预舾装作业。4.9.5在船体分段开始大组立时,应及时提供总段管子零件制造图、管系安装图、安装托盘表、支架图等施工图纸,以便按时实施相关总段预舾装。4.9.6在船体总段开始总组时,应及时提供船上各施工区域管子零件制造图,管系安装图、安装托盘表、支架图等施工图纸,以便按时实施相关区域的坞内舾装。4.9.7在坞内舾装开始时,应及时提供相关的未放样管系走向图、工艺分解及施工说明。5设计内容5.1依照船体结构、线型和机电设备布置位置,根据管路系统工作原理图,在相关舾装区域进行综合布置。5.2在综合布置基本结束时必须进行全面的复核和综合协调,在特定的舾装作业区域内取得壳舾之间、管系与电缆之间、管系与风管之间、管系与设备之间、管系相互之间,各区域的接口之间的综合平衡。5.3经过干涉检查,工艺处理以及优化工作,实现综合布置的最佳状态。并在此基础上,进行全面分割和取段工作,合理配置法兰等连接件及支架等固定件,确定开孔位置。5.4按照建造方针和设计要领,设计相关的单元组装,确定单元制造和安装的工艺。5.5根据造船模式要求,确定分段组立过程中,分段涂装前,总段搭载前和坞内搭载后等四个工艺阶段的具体作业内容,进行安装托盘的划
