南京航空航天大学博士学位论文水面舰船设备冲击环境与结构抗冲击性能研究姓名:尹群申请学位级别:博士专业:工程力学指导教师:胡海岩20060601I1MSC.DYTRANII2345CS(STS)IIIABSTRACTModernwarshipinevitablyencountersshockdamageduetowaterexplosioninanavalbattle.Withthequickdevelopmentofguidedmissile,laser-bombandweaponinwater,andwiththeobviouslyincreasingofmassandexplosiontimeofbomb,shockenvironmentforequipments,anti-shockcharacteristicsofstructuresandequipmentsofwarshipshouldbedeeplystudiedindetail,whichwillassurethesafetyandthenormallyworkofshipstructureandincreasevitalforceandbattleeffectivenessofwarship.However,itisaverycomplexnonlineardynamicprocessthatwarshipisshockedbyunderwaterexplosion.Theprocessthatthestructureofwarshipisattackedbyhugeshockloadwithinveryshorttimebelongstobigdeformationandstrongnonlinearproblemduetointeractionbetweenthefluidandthehull.Theunderwaterexplosionincludesmanyparameters,suchasthetypeofdetonator,themassofdetonator,thedistance,theenvironmentofunderwaterandthestructuralpropertiesofthewarship.Forthecomplicationofunderwaterexplosion,itisverydifficulttobuildanexplicitnumericalmodelfordescribetheproblemofunderwaterexplosionbyusinganalyticalmethod.Inthesametimeexperimentsofunderwaterexplosionarenotoftencarriedoutforthatitisakindofveryexpensivedevastatingexperiment.Inaddition,theexperimentalresultsarelimitedforgeneralizationbecausetherearesomeuncertaintyandstronglynonlinearintheunderwaterexplosionproblem.Therefore,withthedevelopmentoftechnologyofnonlinearfiniteelement(NFEM)methodandtheimprovementofcomputer,thenumericalsimulationstrategywilltakeonamoreandmoreimportantroleindealingwiththeunderwaterexplosionproblem.Thepaperadoptsacompositiveresearchmethodincludinganalyticalmethod,numericalsimulationstrategyandmodelexperimentmethodstudyingtheshockenvironmentofequipmentonwarshipandtheanti-shockpropertiesofthewarshipstructure.ThepaperpresentsanumericalsimulationmethodappliedtotheproblemofunderwaterexplosionofshiponthebasisofstudyingvisualizedNFEM.Aserialofprocessesfromdetonatorexplosion,thespreadofshockwave,tothedynamicresponseofthestructureundershockwavearenumericalsimulatedinthepaper.Basedonthesimulationresults,thepaperconcludesthestructuraldamagedeformationandmechanicsofdamageofthetypicalwarship.Theshockenvironmentofequipmentonthewarshipispredictedinthepaperandthepredictionequationsofshockenvironmentofequipmentsonsurfaceshiparededuced.Inaddition,thepaperdiscussesthenewtypeshockresistancestructures,andgivesfournewtypeshockresistancestructures,whichshowfavorableIVenergyabsorptionbehavior.Finally,themodelexperimentiscarriedout,andtheexperimentalresultsvalidatethenumericalsimulationresults.Themainresearchcontentsofthepaperareasfollows:1Thenumericalsimulationmethodofexplosionofdetonatorandthespreadofexplosionloadarebuiltbasedonstudyingthetheoryofshockwave.ThepaperobtainsthepropertiesofunderwaterloadandthespreadrulebysimulatingtheunderwaterloadswiththeMSC.DYTRANsoftwareandrealizethesimulationofthewholeprocessofunderwaterexplosion.Inthesametime,somekeytechnologiesinsimulationarediscussedincludingthereasonabledeterminationtherangeofwater,elementsize,theboundaryconditionoffluid,parametersofdetonatorandwaterandadoptstheparameterofelementsizewhichisdimensionless,toobtainthebestelementsizeinordertosolvetheproblemabouttheexplicitforsimulationresults.Simultaneously,theeffectsofdifferentseabottomwhichincludesoil,sandstonerock,andrigidbottomtoshockwavearestudiedindetail.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthepresentedmethodcanpreferablysimulatesthespreadprocessofshockwave.2Thepapercalculatesnumericallythedynamicresponseofwarshipunderexplosionload,andconcludesthepropertiesofthedynamicresponseaboutstructureandequipments.Furthermoretheeffecttrendofmassofdetonatorandthedistanceofexplosiontothedynamicalresponsearegiven,andtheeffectrulesareconcluded.Inaddition,somefactorssuchasbombindifferentanglewiththeshipsideandthedifferentseafloorconditionincludinginfinitewaterdepthandtherigidboundaryareconsidered,andtheeffectprincipalsaregiven.3Thepropertiesofthedynamicresponseofmainequipmentsincludingdisplacement,velocityandaccelerationareanalyzedbasedonstudyingthedynamicresponseofthestructure.Andtheshockspectrumsofmainequipmentsonthewarshipareplotted.Thepaperconcludestherelationshipamongexplosionshockfactor,locationparametersofequipmentandshockenvironmentofequipments.Finally,thepredictionequationsofshockenvironmentofequipmentsonsurfaceshiparededuced.Theexampleresultsshowthatthepredictmethodisconvent,quickandcorrect.4Thepaperanalyzesdeeplythestructuraldamagedeformationandmechanicsofdamageofthetypicalwarship.Furthermore,thepaperpresentsnewtypedouble-bottomstructures,whichsatisfytherequirementofwarshipdesignandhavetheexcellenceonenergyabsorption,thedensityofmaterial,thetechnicsofmanufacture.Theprosperitiesofshockresistanceofnewtypedouble-bottomstructuresaresimulated.Thepaperalsoanalyzesthepropertiesofshockresistanceofthewarshipwiththelongitudinalflitchfilledwithinfoamandtheeffectofsinglefloorshockisolatoranddoublefloorsshockisolator.V5Theshockresistancemodelexperimentofwarshipstructureandequipmentisc
