编号:GZWL.BGY-XZ001碧桂园星作土石方项目1号临时洗车池施工方案编制人:审核人:审批人:时间:年月日碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案1目录第一章工程概况·····························································2第二章1号临时洗车池准备工作及施工································2第一节土石方开挖施工···············································21.地质情况··········································································22.拟投入设备及人员配备························································23.土石方开挖主要施工方法及技术措施······································34.安全文明施工措施······························································4第二节1号临时洗车池位置··········································41.土方开挖具体位置······························································42.土方开挖平面图·································································63.洗车池平面位置·······························································7第三节洗车池施工·····················································81.临时洗车系统····································································82.施工顺序········································································83.施工方法········································································84.沉淀池、集水池·····························································105.洗车池··········································································106.洗轮机安装···································································107.洗车池进出口道路施工····················································12第四节洗车池管理····················································121.洗车程序········································································122.洗车池保养与维护··························································12碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案2第一章工程概况1.碧桂园·星作项目位于贵州省贵阳市遵义路与解放路交汇处东北侧,场地标高介于1060.0至1061.7之间。地下室底板垫层地面标高为1054.35(地下室底板标高为1054.7),高于1054.35标高的土体应于清除,土石方开挖深度约6~7米。2.本项目土石方工程施工面积约3.1万平方米,土石方工程开挖量约20万立方米,现场回填方量约0.8万立方米,弃土(石)方量约为19.2万立方米,现场无可用种植土,种植土工程另行发包处理。第二章1号临时洗车池准备工作及施工第一节土石方开挖施工1.地质情况本工程基坑开挖范围内土层分布第①层人工回填土、第②为粉质粘土,第③层为中风化白云岩。场地地势较平坦,地基水平方向分布较稳定,无影响场地整体稳定性的不良地质作用,场地土为中性土属三类场地土。2.拟投入设备及人员配备土石方开挖及洗车池需设备及人员配备见下表:设备及人员配备表序号机械、人员劳动力数量1挖掘机1台2自卸式载重汽车5台3潜污泵3台4水准仪1台5全站仪1台6高压水枪2支7清洗机2台8洗轮机1套9增压抽水泵1台10挖掘机司机2人碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案311运输车司机5人12测量员2人13基坑清土工人4人14降水工人2人3.土石方开挖主要施工方法及技术措施测量人员做好技术准备,并随时跟踪挖土标高,加强边线控制,严禁超挖。根据市政管线单位提供的图纸及现场指认管线分布情况进行仪器探测判断管线位置再开挖探坑。确认现场管线具体位置及埋藏深度,用红油漆标注。机械开挖前先人工挖1.2米深、0.5米宽探坑,经管线单位确认没有市政管线再机械大面积开挖。开挖时暴露出来的管线周围填砂保护,确保管线不被破坏,如与以后施工工作面发生冲突联系管线所属单位进行迁改。3.1土石方开挖工艺流程破除表层混凝土(或大渣层)→基坑土石方开挖(外运)→测量→边坡防护→地基换填→修筑洗车平台3.2土方开挖方法3.2.1开挖时可采用挖机配合自卸装载汽车由高至底逐层开挖。开挖时沿路线方向开便道,便道纵坡应保证自卸汽车在正常情况下能顺利运走土方,同时因地制宜考虑错车处。3.2.2挖土过程中出现的岩层及地下构筑物时,用机械破碎,破碎后的石方采用挖掘机装车,自卸汽车运输。3.2.3开挖时,开挖边线位置做出明显标志(撒石灰线或插标杆),防止超挖。3.3土方开挖放坡。碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案4边坡防护3.4.施工中应注意的问题3.4.1挖土过程中如出现土体较大位移,应立即停止挖土,分析原因并采取有效措施。3.4.2晚上现场放坡位置均视情况放置一定数量的照明灯及散光灯和警戒灯。4.安全文明施工措施4.1开挖时应派专人进行基坑监测,出现不良现象及时处理防止发生坍塌事故。4.2要时刻注意边坡的稳定性,在雨后要仔细观察土壤情况,如发现有裂缝、鼓包、滑动等现象,要及时排除险情后方可施工。4.3土方开挖周边搭设防护栏(单排),1.5m高,刷黄黑相间油漆,边坡喷浆。第二节1号临时洗车平台位置1.土方开挖具体位置碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案5序号图片说明11号洗车池洗车位置碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案62.土方开挖平面图平面图说明紫色方框为洗车池位置碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案73.洗车平台平面位置洗车平台平面示意图说明碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案88第三节洗车池施工1.临时洗车系统1.1洗车池采用一台增压抽水泵、一台泥浆泵、两支高压水枪、两台清洗机、洗轮机一套。1.2适用车型:渣土矿粉运输车辆、混凝土罐车、混凝土泵车、轮式装载机等工程车辆。2.施工顺序放线→原地面上挖槽→过滤池、集水井→洗车槽→人工洗车平台→排水明沟→面层批荡→养护3.施工方法洗车平台效果图洗车平台平面图如下:碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案99洗车池洗车平台排水沟(U20槽钢)洗轮机洗车平台φ50pvc排水管沉沙井沉淀池二级沉淀池集水池φ100pvc排水管φ100pvc排水管排水沟(U20槽钢)说明:1、本图尺寸以mm计。2、循环水池和沉砂池内空尺寸为3000*3000*3000mm,底部和侧壁用200mm厚C30混凝土;侧壁50mm抹面。3、冲洗水管采用直径为50mm的热熔管。4、供水管采用直径50mm的塑料管从业主提供的水源地方接至洗车池处。5、蓝色线为原地面线,红色为侧墙顶面线。6、1-1为A段断面图、2-2为B段断面图、3-3为C段断面图、4-4为集水池、沉淀池、二级沉淀池整体断面图、5-5为二级沉淀池断面图.6-6为洗轮机断面图。临时洗车池平面图临时洗车池纵向剖面图1122344552-2断面图35-5断面图4-4断面图新增临时洗车池断面面图5600*300*300排水沟1-1断面图3-3断面图洗车平台底板钢筋大样图1311123242234344666-6断面图34·碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案10104.沉淀池、集水池根据需要现场设置一、二级沉淀池和集水池,尺寸为3000mmx3000mmx3000mm,基坑开挖采用机械挖土人工配合,机械挖土完成后人工找平,根据现场土质情况开挖坡比设置为1:0.5~0.75。找平后浇筑200mm厚的C30混凝土。池壁支木模板,模板安装完成后用钢管加顶托支撑,打200mm厚的C30混凝土,并洒水养护3天。一、二级沉淀池和集水井上方铺设Φ14单层双向间距为150mm的钢筋网片,并在池壁两边安装高度1.2米防护栏杆,刷黄黑相间油漆。洗车池靠近工地大门旁设置沉沙池,防止冲洗车辆泥沙流至工地外,影响周围居民正常生活。沉沙池采用3米长、3米宽、3米深24墙砖砌结构,并用M7.5砂浆抹面。5.洗车平台原地面为同一水平面上,在原地面上按纵断面图挖除土方,用作人工洗车平台,洗车平台入口安装1条300mmx4000mm的减速带降低车辆速度进出洗车平台,人工洗车平台预埋200mmx100mm的槽钢用作排水沟,为了防止在洗车过程中污水往两边溢出,在人工洗车平台两边修建挡水墙(宽200mm高600-1300mm),先绑扎Φ14双层双向间距为150mm钢筋,钢筋绑扎完成后支木模板,浇筑C30混凝土,并洒水养护3天。6.洗轮机安装在蓄水池后修建长度3米的自动洗车系统,为方便冲洗车底及货箱。洗轮机采用锚固安装,将其固定在3米平台上。其安装图如下:碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案1111洗轮机安装图碧桂园星作土石方项目1号洗车池施工方案12127.洗车池进出口道路施工由于1号临时洗车池拟建于现有地平上,该路段无法满足车辆进出场的承载。需对洗车池进口段道路基础换填0.8米(根据开挖后揭露地质情况现场确定),换填取材优先考虑开挖破碎的岩石及地下构建物,场地换填材料不够再外购。换填后浇筑C30混凝土,道路硬化宽度7米,硬化长度以现场实际收方为准。出口至解放路段道路为原桥梁基坑回填区域,无法满足车辆进出场的承载,需作加强处理,拟采用浇筑30cm厚C30混凝土,内设双层双向钢筋网片,钢筋为横向φ20@150mm,纵向为φ16@200mm,道路宽度不小于6.5m.第四节洗车平台管理1.洗车程序车辆进入洗车槽→洗轮机冲洗和人工冲洗→泥水进入排水沟→沉定池→集水井→水循环利用2.洗车平台保养与维护为了有效地利用洗车系统,达到运土车辆不污染道路的目的,应加强日常管理与维修。2.1每日检查蓄水池内水位,检查池内是否有漂浮杂物,有漂浮杂物应及时清理。2.2防止排水沟发生堵塞,应及时清理排水沟里面的淤泥。2.3沉淀池清淤根据现场需要采用污水泵与人工配合清理。清理工程量以现场签证为准。2.4外运土方保洁人员安排保洁人员具体分工表序号劳动力人数备注1洗车工2出土车辆的车轮冲洗。2清理工1清理车厢悬挂泥土,覆盖车棚3清扫工3大门口泥土清扫1人,沿途道路清扫2人4洒水车驾驶员1清理路面需沿途洒水5交通指挥员3解放路进工地入口处指挥1人,洗车池位置1人,沿途道路交通指挥1人
