8.仪容仪表Groomingguidelines8.1个人仪表PersonalAppearance在服务行业,如我们的酒店,个人仪表至关重要。我们所服务的客人会观察我们的一举一动,因此我们必须始终全力以赴并遵守以下要求:Inaserviceindustrysuchasours,personalappearanceisofvitalimportance.Thegueststhatweserveobserveoureveryaction.Therefore,wemustdoourverybestatalltimesandobservethefollowingguidelines:1)制服工作期间必须穿着完整的制服并佩戴名牌。制服要保持干净、熨烫平整,皮鞋要光亮。请上班前在更衣室内的镜前检查自己是否穿戴整齐。Uniformafulluniformandnametagmustbewornatalltimeswhileonduty.Uniformsmustbeclean,neatlypressedandingoodcondition.Shoesshouldbecleanandpolished.Pleasedoaquickinspectioninthemirrorbeforeyouleavethelockerroomtoensurethatyouarewellpresentedbeforeyoustartworkfortheday.2)头发头发应保持清洁,梳理整齐。发型应体现专业及商务的形象。除非是为了配合餐厅主题,酒店不提倡在头发长度,形式及颜色上搞极端突出,发饰可佩戴暗色小发卡或发圈。Hairshouldbecleanandwellcombed.Hairstylesshouldprojectaprofessional,businesslikeimage.Extremesofanynaturewhetheroflength,styleorcolouraregenerallydiscouragedexceptwhenthisistreatedaspartoftheoutletconcept.Hairaccessoriesshouldbekepttoaminimum.Smallclipsordarkcolouredbarrettesmaybeworn.3)化妆应保持简单,清爽及健康的形象。只许使用清淡香水。MakeUpshouldbesimple,lightandhealthylooking.Onlymoderateamountsofperfumeshouldbeused.4)指甲应保持干净。指甲必须剪短,修剪整齐。只许涂透明及自然色指甲油,且须将指甲全部涂抹均匀,特殊工作者除外。FingerNailsshouldbespotless.Nailsmustbeneatlytrimmedtoamoderatelength.Onlynaturalcolourednailpolishispermitted.Thepolishshouldbecompleteandcovertheentirenail.5)首饰私人首饰不许佩戴于制服上。耳环只限于耳钉类。允许佩戴手表及一枚结婚戒指。其它戒指手镯只能在部门经理允许的情况下佩戴。由于卫生及安全的原因,厨房、管事及餐饮服务的员工不许佩戴多余首饰。JewelleryPersonaljewellerymustnotbewornwiththehoteluniform.Earringsaretobestudsonly.Asimpleweddingringandawatcharepermitted.OtherringsandbraceletscanbewornonlywithpermissionfromthedepartmentheadandshouldnotbewornforKitchen,StewardingandFood&BeverageServiceemployeesforsafetyandsanitationreasons.6)个人清洁卫生员工应经常刷牙洗澡以确保无口臭及体味。HygieneEmployeesshouldensuretheydonothavebadbreathand/orbodyodourbybrushingtheirteethregularlyandtakingdailyshowers.7)所有员工必须遵照部门经理对个人仪容仪表的要求。Allemployeesmustfollowthedepartmenthead'sguidelinesformaintainingprofessionalappearance.8.2卓越的服务StandardsofServiceExcellence1)微笑,热情地问侯和知会每一位客人和同事,用姓名来称呼别人。Alwayssmile,warmlygreetandacknowledgeeveryguestandcolleagueencountered.Callpeoplebyname.2)友好、礼貌。应尽快和友好地满足每位客人及同事的要求。Befriendlyandcourteous.Takecareofeachguest’sandcolleague'srequestquicklyandinafriendlymanner.3)整洁,着装及姿态。通过外表和行动来体现专业形象。Cleanliness,groomingandposture.Projectaprofessionalimagethroughappearanceandconduct.4)致力于让客人感受到舒适及安全。Becommittedtoguestcomfort,safety,andsecurity.5)准确地提供关于酒店设施和周围环境的信息。Providereliableinformationabouttheservicesavailableinthehotelandthelocalarea.6)乐于助人。应竭尽全力地帮助客人。Behelpful.Worktomakeeverythingrightfortheguest.7)乐观向上。语言及行为应尽量保持高度的热情。Bepositiveandoptimistic.Speakandactenthusiasticallywheneverpossible.8)向客人提供更多些友善,轻松,诚恳及专业的服务。Giveourguestsmoreofwhatwealreadydeliver-friendly,relaxed,genuine,professionalservice.9)留意客人,洞察他们的需要。Noticeourguestsandanticipatetheirneeds.10)团队精神。尊重,礼貌地对待同事及下属。Workasateam.Treatco-workersandsubordinateswithcourtesyandrespect.8.3酒店制服HotelUniform1)员工工作时须穿着酒店制服,着装整齐并佩带名牌。员工个人制服要经常换洗,如有破洞应及时修补,员工因疏忽丢失或损坏制服而引起的费用,由员工自负。Hoteluniformsmustbeproperlywornwithyournametagswhileonduty.Itistheresponsibilityoftheemployeetochangeuniformforcleaningandformendingwhenevernecessary.Thecostofauniformlostortornduetocarelessnesswillbechargedtotheemployee.2)除酒店批准外,所有员工下班后须将制服返还制服房或锁在更衣柜里,禁止员工在酒店外穿戴任何一部分的制服。AlluniformsmustbereturnedtotheUniformRoomorkeptinsidethelockerwhenoffduty.Nopartoftheuniformcanbetakenorwornoutsidethehotelwithouthotel'sauthorization.3)当员工离职时,所有制服须返还制服房。Uponterminationofemployment(orvacation),alluniformsmustbereturnedtotheUniformRoom.Failuretodosomayresultinwithholdingofsalary.8.4名牌NameTag1)名牌是酒店制服的一部分,因此所有员工在上班时必须佩带。名牌丢失或损坏,须立即报告人力资源部补发新名牌,相应费用按成本价由员工自负。Allemployeesareprovidedwithanametag.Itisapartoftheemployeeuniformsandmustbeworncorrectlywhileonduty.LossordamageofthenametagmustbereportedtotheHumanResourcesDepartmentimmediatelyforreplacement.Theemployeewillbechargedaccordingtothecostforreplacement.2)当员工离职时,名牌须立即返还人力资源部。Uponterminationofservice,thenametagmustbereturnedtotheHumanResourcesDepartment.
