IndustrialElectricalServices(I.E.S.)LtdRegisteredAddress:Unit2,TeybrookCentreBrookRoad,GreatTeyColchester,Essex,CO61JEPhone:[phone]Fax:[phone]Email:[e-mail]RATORINTERFACEOVERVIEWRef:BrackettGreenTitle:RakeScreenFunctionalDesignSpecificationIESRef:ADMIN1\IES\PRODUCTS\BRACKETT\BOSKER-RAKE\MICROLOGIXPLC\TI002-DCF1:HomeScreenF2:Auto/Off/RemoteF3:StartF4:HoursRunScreenF5:AlarmResetOverviewOfMagelisOperatorInterfaceForBoskerRakeMachineThediagrambelowshowstheMagelisoperatorinterfaceusedfortheBoskerRakemachine,andshowsthelocationsoftheFunctionKeysF1–F12.TheoperatorinterfacescreensandcontrolkeysfortheBoskerRakearesetoutasfollows:PressingF1willchangethedisplaytotheHomescreen,whichdisplaysvaryinginformationaboutthestateofthemachine.PressingF2willtogglethemachinebetweenOff,Automatic,andRemotemode.Ifthependantispluggedin,themachinewillchangetoManualmode.Themachinewillreturntooffmodeoncethependantisremoved.PressingF3willforcethemachineintoanautocycle,aslongasthemachineisinAutomodeandparked.ThisbuttonisdisabledwhenthemachineisinRemotemode.PressingF4willchangethedisplaytotheHoursRunscreen.Thistellstheuserthelengthoftime(inhours)themachinehasbeenrunningautocycles.PressingF5willresetanyalarmsthatarenolongerstanding/active.F6:DumpSelectionF7:ZoneSelectionF8:LightSelectionF9:TimersSystemTimersAlarmTimersIfoneormoredumppositionsexistateitherendofthemachine,itispossibletoconfigurewherethecollectedwasteistobedisposedbypressingF6.Theselectionofthedumppositions,oralternatingbetweendumpscanbechosen.PressingF7willchangethedisplaytotheZoneSelectionscreen.Inthisscreenthestateofthezonesaredisplayed.E.g.if1zoneisselectedfromtheparametersscreenthenzone1willshowasbeingenabled,if2zonesareselectedthenzones1&2willbesownasbeingenabledetc.Individualzonescanbeconfiguredtobecleanedorskipped.Ifzone1issetto‘yesandzone2issetto‘no’,thenonlyzoneonewillbecleanedandzone2willbeskipped.PressingF8willshowtheLightsscreen.ThelightsattachedtothemachinecanbeconfiguredtoOff,On,orAuto.IntheOffmode,thelightswillnevercomeon.Ifsettoonmodethelightswillstayonuntilsettoofforautomode.InautomodethelightswillcomeonwhenthemachineisinanautocycleorwhenthemachineisbeingusedinManualmode.PressingF9willchangethedisplaytotheTimersscreen.Thecursorkeysarethenusedtomovethecursorovertherequiredtimersetandthenthe‘enter’keyispressedtochangethedisplaytoshowthechosensetoftimers.Thesetimersareusedtosetcertainparametersofthemachineitself,e.g.theopenandclosetimeofthegrab,orthelengthoftimetheaudiblealarmsoundsbeforethemachinestartstomove.Thesetimersareconfiguredtotriggeralarmsifcertainconditionsarenotmetwithinthetimespecifiedforthatalarm.F10:ParametersF11:TimeClockF12:Login/LogoutPressingF10willchangethedisplaytotheParametersscreen.Thisisthemainset-upscreenofthemachineandallowstheusertoconfigurethenumberofzones,numberofgrabsforeachzone,thepositionthemachineshouldparkinoncompletionofaautocycle,thenumberofdumppositionsandwherethedumppositionissituated.Theremotemodeandthesoundercanalsobeenabled/disabledfromthisscreen.PressingF11changesthedisplaytotheTimeClockscreen.Ifthemachinehasbeeninautofortheamountoftimesetbythetimeclock,themachineisforcedtoclean.Oncethecleancyclehasfinished,thetimerisreset.Ifthetimeclockfunctionsignalsthemachinetocleanwhileitisalreadyinthemiddleofacleansequence,themachinewillignoreitandfinishthecleansequenceitisonandthenpark.PressingF12willdooneoftwothings.Iftheuserisnotloggedinandthemachineisnotcleaning,theLoginscreenwillbedisplayedaskingforapassword.Oncethecorrectpasswordisentered,accesstotheZoneSelectscreen(F7),Timersscreen(F9),andParametersscreen(F10)willbeallowed.Iftheuserisloggedinthenpressingthiswillinstantlylogthemout.
