曹桂萍(常州工学院化工系,江苏常州213022) : 采用SBR反应器,通过厌氧/好氧、厌氧/缺氧两个阶段的驯化培养来富集反硝化聚磷菌(DPBs),考察了不同条件对DPBs富集情况的影响。在培养驯化过程中应抑制厌氧/好氧阶段聚糖菌的生长以及厌氧/缺氧阶段反硝化菌的繁殖。结果表明,乙酸是DPBs生长的优良碳源;在pH=8.5的条件下,按C/P值为8进水、按N/P值为4在缺氧段添加硝酸钠进行培养驯化可富集大量的DPBs。 : 反硝化聚磷菌; 富集; 聚糖菌; 反硝化菌:X703 :C :1000-4602(2010)13-0060-04StudyonEnrichmentConditionsofDenitrifyingPhosphorusAccumulatingBacteriaCAOGui-ping(DepartmentofChemicalEngineering,ChangzhouInstituteofTechnology,Changzhou213022,China) Abstract: Inalaboratory-scalesequencingbatchreactor(SBR),denitrifyingphosphorusaccu-mulatingbacteria(DPBs)wereenrichedduringacclimationintheanaerobic/aerobicandanaerobic/an-oxicstages,andtheinfluenceofdifferentconditionsontheenrichmentofDPBswasinvestigated.Thegrowthoftheglycogenaccumulatingorganismsintheanaerobic/aerobicstageandthepropagationofdeni-trifyingbacteriaintheanaerobic/anoxicstageshouldbeinhibitedduringtheacclimation.TheresultsdemonstratethataceticacidisthebestcarbonsourceforthegrowthofDPBs,theoptimalconditionsforenrichmentofDPBsarethatpHvalueofthewastewateris8.5,theinfluentC/Pratiois8,andsodiumnitrateisaddedintotheanoxicstageatN/Pratioof4.
