Theyreflectthesocialchanges,culturallifeandpublicpsychology.
Thispaperattemptstopointoutthepresentproblemsintranslationresearchofvogueexpressions,givesabriefanalysisoftheirorigins,outlinesthetranslationprinciplesof“faithfulness”and“expressiveness”,andthenplacesfocusonformingtheirtranslationstrategiesindifferentconditions.InthepaperTheFeaturesandTranslationoftheChineseBuzzwordswrittenbyLuXiangontheModernMedia(2010(4))tellsusthatthefeaturesofthebuzzwordsincludedynamicsorextinction,deregulation,highfrequency,backgroundorcontextandbeinginformal.InthepaperPragmaticEquivalentintheTranslationoftheNetworkVogueExpression“SharpBrother”writtenbyWangYanontheJournalofHubeiUniversityofTechnology(Vol.25No.3)talksasfollows:withtherapiddevelopmentoftheInternet,overwhelmingnetworkvogueexpressions,duemainlytoitsabundantsocialculturalbackground,havegreatimpactonourdailylife.Nowadaysthereisanever-risingfeveraboutthetranslationofnetworkvogueexpressions,however,fewprobesintothisissue.Consequently,thispaperfocusesonthepragmaticequivalentintranslationandanalyzes
