丹景山佛兴寺改扩建工程直立式衡重挡土墙施工专项方案发包人:四川丹景旅游投资开发有限公司编制单位:四川天筑定建筑工程有限公司监理单位:四川亿博工程项目管理有限公司编制人:宁光杰日期:二零一五年九月三十日目录1一、编制依据·····································································································11、规范规程··································································································2、图纸依据··································································································二、工程概况·····································································································21、挡土墙规模······························································································22、挡土墙各分项工程的做法特点及要求·····························································2三、施工部署·····································································································31、项目组织机构··························································································32、岗位职责分工···························································································23、流水段划分······························································································4四、施工进度计划·············································································································4五、分项工程施工方法·························································································41、混凝土挡土墙地基开挖···············································································42、模板工程·································································································43、混凝土工程······························································································54、施工缝与泄水孔的留置和处理······································································75、土方回填·································································································6六、质量保证措施·······························································································81、质量目标··································································································2、质量管理体系···························································································73、质量保证措施········································································································7七、安全保证措施·······························································································81、安全目标·································································································82、安全管理体系···························································································83、安全保证措施················································································错误!未定义书签。一、编制依据1、《建筑结构工程施工工艺标准》QCJJT-JS02-20042、《混凝土模板用胶合板》GB/T17656-199923、《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204-2002;4、《建筑施工钢管脚手架安全技术规程》;5、《建筑工程质量统一验收标准》GB50300-20016、《国家建筑标准设计图集》04J0087、毛石挡土墙设计图纸及设计变更单8、现场实际情况二、工程概况1、挡土墙形式本工程为丹景山佛兴寺地藏宫挡土墙,采用C15毛石混凝土大体积挡土墙,设计选用通用挡土墙,地面到顶面高度分别为6.00m、12.00m、,基础埋深1.07m、1.2m,外侧为1:0.05斜面,内侧呈1:0.25斜坡形,顶宽500㎜,挡墙底宽度分别为2340㎜、3010mm。毛石掺入量不大于中体积30%,毛石中部最小厚度不小于200mm,毛石强度等级不低于MU40,基本形式见下面附图:衡重式毛石混凝土挡土墙基本断面形式2、挡土墙各分项工程的做法特点及要求挡土墙地基开挖及处理:中风化或强风化地基,开挖过程出现局部风化而造成基础不平整,设计采用砂卵石换填至设计标高(由设计根据开挖后现场的实际地质条件进行决定后再作处理)。3模板工程:由于该断面上部呈梯形,基础呈不规则形状,而且施工工期短,高边坡土质疏松,易塌方,所以挡土墙内侧拟采用120mm砖胎模,边施工边回填土方,砖胎模采用M5水泥砂浆砌筑,内抹1:3水泥砂浆,挡土墙体外侧采用复模板。墙体内采用预埋ф12钢筋预埋,间距500mm排距1300mm固定模板及钢管支撑体系。预埋拉筋详图如下:毛石混凝土工程:挡土墙要求为C15毛石混凝土,毛石强度等级不得低于MU40,毛石掺入量不大于总体积的30%。毛石混凝土挡墙要求每隔10~20m一道变形缝,变形缝宽度20~30mm,缝内沿墙的内、外、顶三边填塞涂沥青木板,塞入深度不小于200mm。挡墙设置泄水孔,孔眼尺寸为100mm左右,孔眼间距2~3m米,上下左右交错设置,泄水孔向外坡度为5%,最低一排泄水孔的出水口应高出地面200mm,内设反滤包(详设计图)。3、主要特点与施工难点毛石混凝土挡土墙基础开挖场地狭窄,且紧邻山地高边坡,高度超过10m,土质疏松易塌方,需要放坡较大。毛石混凝土挡土墙部分墙体较高,施工操作难度较大,施工工期短。三、施工部署1、项目组织机构1.1本工程将全面实行项目部管理施工,工程项目管理是以高效率地实现项目目标为目的,以项目经理负责制为核心,以项目合同和成本核算制为主要内容,并对工程项目进行全过程、全方位的计划、组织、协调、控制的管理制度。1.2项目经理部将依据建设单位要求和公司对项目的规划和决策,具体制定和实施总体方针目标,包括工期、质量、安全等。项目经理部将受公司的方针目标考核,同时项目经理部还将接受建设单位和社会各方的监督和检查,最终为项目实现目标管理提供保障。41.3按照公司项目管理组织条例,本项目经理部将在公司总部的控制和协调下进行本工程的施工管理。1.4充分发挥我单位的优势,积极为用户服好务,保证干出一个重合同守信用,让业主满意的工程。2、岗位职责分工项目经理部主要管理人员配备如下:序号姓名职务职责范围1宁光杰项目经理项目负责人2罗俊项目技术负责人现场施工负责人3陈军安全员现场施工安全负责人4张涛项目施工员现场施工技术质量管理5汪泽瑾质检员现场施工技术质量管理6汪泽瑾材料员工程材料管理控制7徐红梅项目内业资料员工程内业资料3、流水段划分:该毛石混凝土挡土墙根据施工缝设置要求位置留设,挡土墙施工流水段划分为2个流水段。四、施工进度计划本工程从2015年10月1日开始施工,到2015年10月30日完工。五、主要施工方法1、挡土墙地基开挖挡土墙基础开挖:开挖时因场地狭窄,采用人工开挖,挖掘机装土,自卸汽车运土,装载机进行推土平整,开挖的土石方堆放至业主工程师指定的弃土场。开挖边坡严格按照设计及规范要求进行放坡,不允许偏陡,防止塌方或滑坡,保证施工边坡稳定。根据实际开挖情况,如遇不良地质情况,立即请设计、业主、监理等现场确定开挖边坡是否采取支护措施。基坑开挖完成后,及时进行地基验槽,然后进行毛石混凝土挡墙的扩展基础施工。2、模板工程2.1、组成材料5毛石混凝土挡土墙模板采用复模板,竖向背楞选用φ48×3.5钢管扣件支撑,间距300mm;横向背楞采用选用φ48×3.5mm双钢管间距600mm,预埋钢筋固定钢管,采用M14的对拉螺栓(两头焊接对拉片)间距600×600进行拉结;外侧采用双排脚手操作架,操作架立杆纵横向间距均为1200,大小横杆步距为1200,架体外侧设置水平杆支撑于桥台的钢筋混凝土柱子上,水平撑杆间距水平间距为1500,步距为1.2米,每隔三排立杆设一剪刀撑,保证架体稳定。2.2、斜率控制方法模板支设时采用上下定位的方式确定斜率,测量人员在垫层上弹出每段模板下口线,上口采用锤球吊点进行定位,为模板定位提供依据。2.3、模板拼接节点模板拼缝处要求贴双面密封条以避免漏浆,端头保持平齐,拼缝处用U型卡固定,钢管扣件加固牢固。2.4、对拉螺栓布置本工程螺栓采用M14对拉螺栓,最下一排距地面高度根据现场实际情况调整(距水平施工缝不大于150),每排水平间距600,竖向间距600,两端焊接对拉片与钢模板进行拉接,保证模板的牢固。2.5、模板的安装模板及支撑应具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性;固定在模板上的预留孔不得遗漏,安装必须牢固且位置准确。所有模板的轴线位置、截面尺寸、平整度、垂直度通过自检、互检、交接检严格检查,确认无误后,进入下一道工序施工。每次模板安装高度为1.5m左右,并根据挡墙的断面尺寸进行调整。安
