2009年7月11日Somepeoplethinkthatcompaniesandindividuals,ratherthangovernments,shouldpaytocleanuppollutionthattheyhavecaused.Towhatextentdoyouagreeordisagreewithstatement?Topicsofpollutionneverfailtoarousepeople'sattention.Manyindividualsconsideritisreasonableforcompaniesandindividualstospendmoneyondealingwithenvironmentproblemthattheyhavemade,whileotherbelievethatitshouldbepaidbygovernment.Personally,Iaminfavorofthelatter.Althoughmanyindividualsconsiderittheresponsibilityofcompaniesandindividualstocleanuptopollutioncausedbythem,Istillbelievethatthisshouldbethedutyofthegovernment.Manyindividualsfinditreasonabletorequirecompaniesandindividualsinsteadofthegovernmenttopayforcleaningthepollutionthatiscausedbythem.Personally,Idonotagreewiththisopinion.Indeed,therearereasonsforpeopletosupportopposetotheideathatthecostofcleaninguppollutionshouldbepaidbythegovernment.Firstofall,itisunfairtoapartsomeofthetaxpayers.Noteverypeoplepaythesametaxeverytaxpayermakespollution,soitseemsunfairtousepeople’smoneytosolvetheproblemthattheyhavenotcaused.Secondly,thepublicspendmoneyspendingprivatemoneyonpollutioncontrolisbeneficialtoreducingofpollution.Peoplewouldsensefeelthatlotsofmoneyshouldbecostonresolveresolvingtheproblemofenvironment.So,sotheymaychoicechooselesspollutingwayoflivingsuchastheelectricalequipmentwhicharedoesnotharmtotheenvironment.However,theopinionoftheothersidethatthegovernmentshouldpaythemoneysoundsmoreconvincing.Foronethings,thegovernmentisresponsibleforprovidingcitizenswithahealthylivingenvironment.Withoutcleanenvironment,peoplemightgetsick,suchascold,headache,feverandsoon.Therefore,thissituationwouldbeaheavyburdentothesocialmedicalservices.Inaddition,usingfinancetopaythismoneycanbemoreeffectivethanothers.Companiesandindividualshavemanykindsofreasonscouldnottopaythisfee.Forinstance,theymaysaythattheydonotreceivethenoticeortheywasarenotabletopayit.Itwillleadtotheresultthattheproblemcouldnotbesolvedintime.Toconclude,Ifirmlybelievethatthecostofcleaninguppollutionshouldbepaidbygovernment.Itisthedutyofgovernmentanditcanimprovethecleanefficiency.
