得利满高密度沉淀池V型滤池应用技术手册(一)技术规格及工艺描述技术规格及工艺描述1.GeneralProcessDescription/工艺综述PartyBisresponsibleforthefollowingwastewatertreatmentprocess:乙方负责的污水处理工艺如下:-Inletscreenchamber,aearationtankandbuffertank进水格栅间,曝气池及调节水池-Liftingpumpstation提升泵站-RepartitionstructureofrawwatertotheDensadeg®高密度沉淀池的进水配水构筑物-Densadeg®(highefficiencyphysical-chemicalsettlingtanks)高密度沉淀池(高效物化沉淀池)-MixerandRepartitionStructureafterDensadeg®高密度沉淀池后的混合及配水构筑物-V-FilterV型滤池-Sludgedewateringsystem污泥的脱水系统-Coagulantstorageanddosingsystem混凝剂贮存和投加系统-Limepreparationanddosingsystem石灰制备和投加系统-Flocculantpreparationanddosingsystem絮凝剂制备和投加系统-Acidstorageanddosingsystem酸的贮存和投加系统-ElectricityandAutomationsystem配电和自控系统Followingistheproposedprocessdiagram.工艺流程图如下:2DescriptionOfMainStructure/主要构筑物说明TheeffluenttobetreatedcomesfromvariousplantsoftheSteelworks,andcontainssomedomesticsewage.Eachplantisoperatingwithdifferentcharacteristicsandtiming.Theexpectedeffluentswillthereforeundergovariationsinquantityandqualitythatshallbeminimizedtooptimizetheefficiencyofthewastewatertreatmentplantdescribedhereafter.将要处理的污水来自钢铁厂,其中还包含部分的生活污水。各个工厂的操作具有不同的特点和时间。因此,预计的污水在水量和水质上会有变化,应最大限度地减少这一变化,以优化污水处理厂的效率。Theeffluentwillarriveintoahomogenizationandbuffertankafterflowingthroughthecoarseandfinescreen,andthenbepumpedtothecoagulationandrepartitionstructure.污水通过粗格栅和细格栅后将进入均化缓冲池,然后由泵提升到混凝配水构筑物。Thebuffertankisdesignedtohavearetentiontimeaslongaspossible,andithasbeenfinallydecidedtotake2.5hoursonpeakflowoftheinletwaterthroughdiscussions,andthatthetankhastobecovered.RawwaterliftingshallbeprovidedwithflowcontroltoensuresmoothandcontinuousvariationsoftheflowenteringDensadeg,avoidingsuddenincreaseduetostartofthepumpatfullcapacity.缓冲池应具有尽可能长的停留时间,最终经过讨论采用进水峰值流量的2.5小时,并且要加盖。原水提升备有流量控制,以保证进入高密池的水量是尽量平稳而连续变化的,避免在满负荷时水泵的开启造成水量的突然增加。ThePlantshallbebuiltinonetime.Thedesignandimplementationoftheprojectshallabidebythefollowingprinciples:本工程一次建设,工程设计实施原则:-Civilworksshallbedesignedandcompletedbasedonon120,000m3/d土建工程按120,000m3/d设计及建设-Supplyanderectionofequipmentshallbeaccomplishedonthebasisof120,000m3/d设备供货安装将按120,000m3/d完成2.1ScreenChamber,BufferTankAndLiftingPump格栅间、调节水池及提升泵站格栅间Twoelectrically-operatedinletpenstocksandoneelectricemergencydischargevalvearetobeinstalledintheinletchannelofthescreenchamber.格栅间的进水渠内设置2个进水电动闸板阀,和一个事故电动排放阀。AttheentryofinletchannelofthescreenchamberwillbeequippedwithonlinepHmeter,tomonitorthepHvalueofthewater.IncaseofthepHvaluelowerthanthesetvalue,theinletpenstockwillcloseandtheemergencydischargevalvewillopen.WhenthepHvalueiswithinthenormalrange,thesystemthenresumesoperationtoacceptinletwater.在格栅间的进水渠口处设置在线pH仪表,监控水中的pH值。当pH值低于设定值时,进水闸板将关闭,事故阀门打开。当pH正常时,系统自动恢复进水。Theinletchannelhasanoverflowweirwhichcanenabletodischargetheoverflowedwaterintothenearbyriversintherainyseason.Meanwhile,it’snecessarytoopentheemergencyvalveintheeventoflargeamountofsandcausedbytherainstorm.进水渠内设置溢流堰,雨季时过量的水可溢流排放至附近的河流中。同时暴雨时因泥沙量瞬时间很大,需打开事故阀排放。Thebottomoftheinletpipes(orchannel)inthescreenchamberhasthelevelof-3.0mundertheground.格栅间的进水管道(或渠)底的标高为地面下-3.0m。Therearedesignedtwoinletchannelseachhavingcapacityof2500m3/h.Whenonechannelisundermaintenance,theothercancarrycapacityof5000m3/h.进水的格栅渠道设置两条,每条渠道的过水能力为2500m3/h。在一条检修时,另一条可通过5000m3/h的流量。Eachchannelwillbeequippedwithtwo-stageautomaticscreens.Thebarspacingofthecoarsescreenisdesignedas25mmandthatofthefinescreenis10mm.Theywillbeusedtoremovetheparticulestoensurethenormaloperationofthesystem.在每条渠道上设置两级机械自动格栅,粗格栅栅隙25mm,细格栅栅隙10mm,去除颗粒杂物保证后续系统的正常运行。Eachscreenhasonecontainertocollectthescreenings,thesecontainerscanbeeasilytransportedtothenearbyroad.每个格栅处设置栅渣收集箱来收集栅渣,收集箱可方便地移动到附近的路边。·Screenchannel栅渠-Numberofchannels..................................2栅渠数量-Widthofchannel......................................1.2m栅渠宽度·Coarsescreen粗格栅-numberofscreen....................................2格栅数量-type.........................................................automatic型式机械自动-screenbarspacing....................................25mm栅条间距·Finescreen细格栅-numberofscreen....................................2格栅数量-type.........................................................automatic型式机械自动-screenbarspacing....................................10mm条间距2.2AerationTank/曝气池Onesetofaerationtankistobeinstalledtoremovethefloatingoilandscum.设置一座曝气除油池,去除浮油和浮渣。TheAerationTankisprovidedwithanairpipenetworkequippedwithDegremont’sVIBRAIRtypeairdiffusersforaerationofthewater.Theairdiffusernetworkissuppliedwiththerequiredamountofairbytwoairblowers,1inoperationand1asstandby.曝气池有一个空气管网,配有得利满公司的VIBRAIR型曝气头,用于水曝气。由鼓风机向曝气头管网供给所需的风量。鼓风机设置2台,一备一用。TheAerationTankwillbeinstalledwithelectricskimmerattheoutletweirforpurposetocollectthefloatingoilandscumandsendthemtotheoilstoragetank.Thecollectedoilandscumwillthenbepumpedtotheblastfurnace.曝气池出水堰处设置电动撇油器,收集浮油和浮渣,并自动流入储油池中,用泵输送到高炉冲渣。·AerationTank曝气池-number.....................................................1数量-effectivevolume........................................1250m3有效容积·Aerationsystem曝气系统-Airdiffuser.............................................................VIBRAIR曝气头-num
